Seaver King to be Promoted to Double-A Harrisburg
Seaver King is getting promoted to Double-A Harrisburg after putting up a .263/.307/.380 slash line through 45 games at High-A this season. While those numbers don't jump off the page, the 2024 first-round draft pick was hitting much better as of late, going 20-for-59 (.339) with two doubles, a triple, a home run, and five stolen bases over the last 14 games. The Nats' fourth-ranked prospect doesn't offer much in the way of power, but can hit and run, with 12 steals so far in 2025. If he continues to hit and progress, a late-2026 MLB debut could be in the cards, but don't expect him to be a full-time regular until 2027.
