Brendan Allen won his second consecutive fight by beating Reinier de Ridder via fourth-round TKO in the main event of UFC Vancouver on Saturday. Allen got taken down in the first round by de Ridder, but it seemed that he lost most of his energy trying to finish Allen. Kevin Holland Drops Decision
Kevin Holland suffered a unanimous decision loss to Mike Malott in the co-main event of UFC Vancouver on Saturday. It was a bizarre fight to say the least. It was an entertaining fight, but it was ruined by two illegal shots from Malott. Holland was visibly compromised. Holland took the full five minutes to recover and nearly called the fight off, but he bit his mouthpiece and continued. Mike Malott extended his win streak by defeating Kevin Holland via unanimous decision in the co-main event of UFC Vancouver on Saturday. Malott landed an illegal groin shot on Holland that stopped the fight for almost a minute, but Holland chose to continue fighting. Not long after that, Malott again landed a low blow, only this time it had more impact, but still, Holland decided to continue. Jasmine Jasudavicius suffered a first-round TKO loss to former title challenger Manon Fiorot on the main card of UFC Vancouver on Saturday. Early in the opening round, Fiorot landed a straight left hand that hurt Jasudavicius and put her on wobbly legs. Davey Grant suffered a first-round submission loss to Charles Jourdain on the main card of UFC Vancouver on Saturday. Midway through the first round, Jourdain landed a devastating flying knee on Grant, breaking his nose and knocking him down.
