Wyatt Langford Activated, Playing on Saturday
Wyatt Langford (oblique) has been activated off the 10-day injured list ahead of Saturday's game against the San Diego Padres. Langford missed about two weeks of action due to an oblique injury. Before going down, Langford was slashing .232/.308/.421 with 13 home runs, 31 RBI, and 11 stolen bases across 67 games. The slash line isn't perfect, but Langford does a little bit of everything which makes him valuable in fantasy formats. He'll bat sixth and play left field versus right-hander Stephen Kolek on Saturday. Fantasy managers should make sure to get Langford in there ahead of first pitch. In a corresponding move, infielder Justin Foscue has been optioned to Triple-A Round Rock.
