Ozzie Albies Mashes Homer No. 6
Ozzie Albies went 1-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in his team's 9-3 win against the Philadelphia Phillies. He also walked and scored twice. The Phillies and Braves played a doubleheader on Thursday, and the teams split them, with Atlanta taking the second contest. Albies' lone hit in the outing left the yard and scored teammate Austin Riley in the top of the fourth inning. He'd also later knock in a run on a fielder's choice. The 28-year-old has been superb recently, notching at least one hit in 14 straight appearances with four multi-hit games in that span. Over the stretch, he's 18-for-52 (.346), and has been even better across the last eight games, notching all five of his extra-base hits in the hot streak.
