Buffalo Bills wide receiver Joshua Palmer continues to be a non-factor in the team's offense, seeing just two targets in Week 5 despite playing 51% of offensive snaps against New England. Since his nine-target outing in Week 1, Palmer has failed to see more than three looks in any game, making it clear he's fallen down Buffalo's receiving hierarchy. With Khalil Shakir and Keon Coleman commanding more consistent opportunities and the Bills leaning on their ground game, Palmer's path to fantasy relevance remains nonexistent. He can safely be left on waivers in all formats, as his current role offers little to no upside heading into Week 6.--Shaun Albin
