Trevor Lawrence Tough to Trust in Week 3
Trevor Lawrence has had one dud week and one solid week so far this season, making it hard to trust him against the Houston Texans secondary. The running game has been good to start the season, but the passing game has been inconsistent due to a multitude of young pass catchers and newcomers. Lawrence has some rushing upside, but it is counteracted by being turnover-prone (three interceptions and a fumble in two weeks). He has also dealt with drops from receiver Brian Thomas Jr., who reportedly has been dealing with a wrist injury. Both from a real football and fantasy perspective, Lawrence has not done enough to earn confidence from fantasy managers and Jaguars fans alike, making him a QB2 in Week 3.
