Seth Quinn - RotoBaller

313 articles

I have been following sports since I was born, with the Patriots always being a big part of my life since 2001. It didn't take me long to find fantasy sports back in 2009, despite being a young kid. Since I realized it was possible during my senior year of high school, I've been writing about sports for a variety of sites. Specifically with fantasy football, I started with Fighting Chance Fantasy in my freshman year of college, and started writing for Rotoballer after my senior year. I have a background in both watching football film and statistical analysis, as I worked for Sports Info Solutions as a football data scout, and studied sport analytics as a major in four years of college at Syracuse Univeristy. I also minored in writing, and studied sports journalism for a year of grad school at SU as well. Sports have always been a primary focus of my life, making me an expert on multiple sports, but despite never playing it, I consider myself an NFL expert, especially when it comes to fantasy football. Considering I've spent more years of my life playing fantasy football than not, it would be hard for me not to be an expert at this point. I look forward to producing more content for RotoBaller going forward. I can be reached on Twitter/X @SethFQuinn.

Cam Little a Decent But Not Great Starting Kicker in Week 16

Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little has been solid in 2025. Little has drilled 23 of 27 field goals while converting 39 of 40 extra point tries. However, it might be tough to trust him in the fantasy playoffs with a tough matchup against the Denver Broncos. The Broncos have the third-best scoring defense in the […]

Jaguars D/ST a Decent Start at Best Against the Broncos

The Jacksonville Jaguars DST is a decent starting option most weeks, but could struggle against the Denver Broncos. In important Week 16 playoff matchups, fantasy teams should be looking for defenses with better matchups. However, given the defense's ability to force turnovers, the Broncos aren't the worst matchup. Bo Nix is a good quarterback, but […]

Brenton Strange a TE2 in Tough Matchup vs. the Broncos

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Brenton Strange is tough to trust in Week 16 against the Denver Broncos. He had a down week in Week 15 despite a huge offensive performance from Trevor Lawrence, showcasing that Strange may be falling in the target pecking order. Jakobi Meyers and Brian Thomas Jr. seem to be more at […]

Jakobi Meyers a Solid WR2 Against Broncos

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jakobi Meyers seems to be the primary benefactor of the Jaguars' offense clicking heading into Week 16. The team also just extended him to a three-year contract, so Meyers should be feeling good heading into a tough matchup with the Denver Broncos. Meyers seems especially useful in PPR given his skillset, […]

Brian Thomas Jr. an Intriguing Flex Option in Week 16

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. is a tough player to trust, but he does have upside in Week 16 against the Denver Broncos. The offense is clicking at the right time, making his upside intriguing. However, Thomas Jr. remains a flex option given his struggles this season and a tough matchup. The Broncos […]

Travis Etienne Jr. Remains RB2 Despite Tough Week 16 Matchup

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. should be in many starting lineups despite a tough Week 16 matchup with the Denver Broncos. He mustered three receiving touchdowns in a huge passing day for the Jaguars' offense last week. That receiving work gives Etienne Jr. a high floor. With backup running back Bhayshul Tuten (finger) […]

Trevor Lawrence Downgraded to QB2 in Difficult Matchup

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence had a breakout game last week, but fantasy managers shouldn't overreact for a tough Week 16 matchup with the Denver Broncos. He put up six total touchdowns last week against the New York Jets, but the Broncos are on the opposite end of the AFC standings for a reason. Denver's […]

Cam Little a Decent Kicking Option in Week 14

Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little is a decent starting option for fantasy managers in a Week 14 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. He had some off games in the middle of the season, but he has otherwise been relatively accurate, especially as of late. Little has also shown he has one of the biggest legs […]

Jaguars D/ST Not Startable Against Colts

The Jacksonville Jaguars defense/special teams unit isn't the greatest starting option in Week 14. The Jaguars face the Indianapolis Colts who have been one of the top offenses in the NFL. The Jaguars' ability to force turnovers makes them intriguing in general, but they're ranked 19th this week by RotoBaller rankings, which means they should […]

Parker Washington Questionable in Week 14, Tough to Trust vs. the Colts

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Parker Washington (hip) didn't practice on Wednesday and was limited on Thursday and Friday. He is currently questionable for this week against the Indianapolis Colts. The Jaguars could use all the help they can get in a crucial divisional matchup, but from a fantasy perspective, Washington doesn't seem worth the risk. […]

Brenton Strange a Strong Fantasy TE Option vs. the Colts

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Brenton Strange is becoming a reliable option for quarterback Trevor Lawrence and is performing well on his return from injury. In Week 12 against the Arizona Cardinals, he caught five passes for 93 yards, and last week against the Tennessee Titans, he caught two passes for 45 yards and a touchdown. […]

Jakobi Meyers a Great Flex Option in Week 14

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jakobi Meyers is coming off his best game of the season with his new team in Week 13, hauling in all six targets for 90 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Titans. That makes him a clear potential starter in lineups this week against the Indianapolis Colts. He […]

Brian Thomas Jr. a Boom-or-Bust Option Against the Colts

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. has been disappointing most of the season, and that could continue in Week 14 against the Indianapolis Colts. In his return from injury last week, he had just two receptions for 28 yards in Week 13's win against the Tennessee Titans. Jakobi Meyers, whom the Jaguars acquired at […]

Travis Etienne Jr. Remains Consistent RB2 Against Colts

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. is once again a solid fantasy RB option in Week 14 against the Indianapolis Colts. Jacksonville's passing offense dominated last week against the Tennessee Titans, but this week's matchup with massive playoff implications for the rest of the season should be a much closer affair. Etienne Jr. is […]

Trevor Lawrence Approaching QB1 Status in Week 14

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence had a big day last week against the Tennessee Titans and will look to replicate the effort against the Indianapolis Colts. Lawrence completed 16 of 27 passes for 229 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions, and rushed for 25 yards in last Sunday's win over the Titans. The Colts' defense has […]

Cam Little a Solid Starting Kicker in Week 13

Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little seems like a solid kicking option for fantasy managers in Week 13 against the Tennessee Titans. He has been both a solid real life and fantasy kicker, which should continue against the 1-10 Titans. The Jaguars should score plenty of points, but how Little's day goes will depend on if […]

Jaguars D/ST a Must-Start in Week 13 Against Titans

The Jacksonville Jaguars defense/special teams unit is a must-start and potential top-tier defense in fantasy in Week 13 against the Tennessee Titans. The Titans are the best matchup for fantasy defenses this season, and the Jaguars D/ST has been a good option all season, considering their high amount of forced turnovers. The combination of the […]

Parker Washington a Speculative Flex Play in Week 13

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Parker Washington has been solid this season, and has a decent chance for another solid outing in Week 13 against the Tennessee Titans. He is coming off a five-catch, 71-yard performance against the Arizona Cardinals last week. Washington has done well when given playing time. That playing time may be up […]

Brenton Strange a Low-End TE1 Against Titans

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Brenton Strange returned from injury with a bang in Week 12, putting up a five-catch, 93 yard performance against the Arizona Cardinals. He was the leading receiver after being out since Week 5. It was an impressive return to an offense in need of a clear number one option, especially with […]

Bhayshul Tuten a Sneaky Flex Play in Week 13

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten has had mixed involvement in the Jaguars rushing attack, but this week against the 1-10 Titans seems like an ideal week to get him involved. In what should be a straight-forward win, the Jaguars have a chance to get their electric rookie more involved than usual. The game scrip […]

Jakobi Meyers a Solid Flex Option Against Titans

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jakobi Meyers has been solid since being acquired by the Jaguars back in Week 10. He's always been a reliable short-field option, making him useful in PPR leagues, but he found the endzone last week to help him produce a good fantasy outing. Over the last two games, he has nine […]

Brian Thomas Jr. a Flex With Upside in Week 13

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) was a full participant at practice on Thursday and Friday and seems well recovered from the injury that held him out for three games. That doesn't necessarily mean he is in line for big game, however, as he hasn't been the most consistent fantasy option this season. […]

Travis Etienne Jr. a High-End RB2 in Week 13

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. should be in line for a good fantasy day against the Tennessee Titans in Week 13. Not only should game script favor the Jaguars running game against their 1-10 division rival, but the Titans defense has been extra susceptible to the run compared to the pass. That means […]

Trevor Lawrence a Low-Upside Play Against Titans

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence doesn't seem to have much upside heading into a Week 13 matchup with the Tennessee Titans. The division rival has the worst record in football, likely meaning a run-heavy game for the Jacksonville offense. That means unless Lawrence can get touchdowns early, then it's hard to see him having a […]

Brian Thomas Jr. a Risky Flex Option in Potential Injury Return

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) is a risky flex play in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers. He missed last week against the Houston Texans, and is currently questionable. BTJ has been underwhelming for fantasy managers this season, so even if he does return from injury, he is tough to trust in lineups […]

Travis Etienne Jr. Remains a Consistent RB2 for Week 11

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis  Etienne Jr. should serve as a solid RB2 once again in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers. In a very inconsistent offense, Etienne Jr. has been a lone bright spot, serving as arguably the only consistent and reliable fantasy option in the Jacksonville offense. Last week, he finished with 77 total yards […]

Jakobi Meyers a Mediocre Flex in Week 11

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jakobi Meyers will continue to get acclimated with his new team in Week 11 against a tough Los Angeles Chargers pass defense. The ability he has shown in the past makes him feel like a solid fantasy option, especially in PPR leagues, but it is still unclear what his ceiling is […]

Cam Little On the Rise Heading Into Week 11

Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little is on the rise after two big fantasy weeks. That rise could continue in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers. Little has a combined six made field goals and five extra points over the last two weeks, with longest distances of 68 yards and 55 yards. His big leg gives […]

Trevor Lawrence Remains a QB2 Against Chargers

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence remains a clear QB2 against a solid Los Angeles Chargers defense in Week 11. Lawrence struggled in Week 10 against a great Texans pass defense, and he has a similar matchup with the Chargers. They rank as one of the top defenses in fantasy against quarterbacks, which means a low ceiling for […]

Parker Washington a Decent Flex Play Against Chargers

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Parker Washington (hamstring) has been great the last two weeks, but that will be tough to maintain in a difficult Week 11 matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers. That is especially true after a week of minimal practice participation. Washington has 16 targets over the last two weeks, with Week 10 putting him […]
