Los Angeles Dodgers outfield prospect Josue De Paula is getting promoted to Double-A Tulsa for the remainder of the season. The Dodgers' top-ranked prospect (MLB No. 12) had a strong season at High-A, where he batted .263 with 12 home runs and a .421 slugging percentage. He also drew walks at an elite rate of 19.0 percent, buoying a phenomenal .406 on-base percentage, which also helped him steal 32 bases. The 20-year-old should move to within the top 10 prospects in all of baseball next year, and could even see a late-season call-up to the big leagues if everything goes right. With a solid all-around toolset, this year's All-Star Futures Game MVP should be stashed away in dynasty formats.--Jarod Rupp
