Sungjae Im Trending in the Right Direction Heading to BMW Championship

Sungjae Im finished tied for fifth at last week's FedEx St. Jude Championship and will now focus on preparing for this week's BMW Championship at Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis, Missouri. Im has hit a rich vein of form in the final weeks of the 2026 season and will need one to find it again this week to give himself a chance to qualify for next week's Tour Championship. He currently sits at 40th in the FedEx Cup standings and will need to crack the top 30 to make it to next week's Tour Championship. Over the past 12 months, Im ranks in the 11th percentile in greens in regulation percentage on approach shots from 150-200 yards in the fairway.
