Maxx Crosby Trending Toward Playing Against Broncos
Las Vegas Raiders defensive lineman Maxx Crosby (knee) is anticipated to be active for Sunday's home tilt with the Denver Broncos, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Crosby appeared on the Raiders' injury report ahead of their Week 12 loss to the Browns, but hadn't really seen his snap share suffer because of it. However, it's worth noting that he'd miss practice twice this week -- and garner a questionable tag -- as they prep for an outing with Denver. Currently, it appears he'll try to gut it out and play, which is excellent news for Las Vegas, as the 28-year-old's eight sacks are more than the following two team leaders combined. If, for some reason, Crosby can't suit up, teammates Tyree Wilson and Charles Snowden would see an uptick in snaps behind Malcom Koonce on the defense's edge.
