Darren Waller "in Play" to Return in Week 13

Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel reports that tight end Darren Waller (pectoral) could return for Sunday's home clash with the New Orleans Saints. The veteran had his 21-day practice window opened earlier this week, suggesting that he's close to a return. Per McDaniel, he's optimistic about Waller's status for Week 13's game against the visiting Saints, though it's "all dependent on today's [Friday] practice." Barring any setbacks, it appears that the 33-year-old is trending toward being available. While it wouldn't be surprising to see Miami play it slow with his snap count following the layoff, fantasy managers will find it difficult to sit him if active, considering his touchdown upside.--Alex Ciulla
