Arizona Diamondbacks third baseman Eugenio Suarez (pinky) did not enjoy Tuesday's All-Star Game as much as other players, but fortunately, he seems to have avoided any serious injury. Suarez entered the game in the top of the fifth inning as a defensive replacement. He grounded out in his first at-bat, and then got hit in the left hand by a pitch in the eighth inning. He ran the bases before being subbed out defensively, and he did not participate in the tie-breaker home run swing-off. The good news is that X-rays after the game came back negative, per FOX Sports' Rowan Kavner. The 33-year-old has followed up his strong 2024 campaign this season, slashing .250/.320/.569 with 31 HR, 58 runs scored, and 78 RBI in 391 plate appearances. His name has also come up in potential trade talks heading toward the trade deadline.--Connelly Doan
