Vikings D/ST a Sneaky Lineup Option Against Bears
The Minnesota Vikings are a playable fantasy defense when taking on the Chicago Bears in a Week 11 matchup in Minneapolis. The Vikings have been tough to read this year, but they have a favorable set of circumstances this week: They blitz more than any team in the league, pressure the quarterback at the second-best rate in the NFL, and will face Bears quarterback Caleb Williams, who is 0-3 in his first three tries against Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores. Of note, the Vikings will be without Pro Bowl defensive end Jonathan Greenard (shoulder), who already has been ruled out, but should be otherwise in decent shape for this time of the season. Against Williams, who takes longer to throw than any other qualified starter, there is a pathway for the Vikings to cause damage with their pass rush, especially if they can slow the run enough to put Chicago in clear passing situations.
