Randy Arozarena Homers For Second Consecutive Game Tuesday
Randy Arozarena continued his mini power surge in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Royals. Arozarena went 2-for-4 with a single, a solo home run, and a strikeout. The 30-year-old got the M's on the board in the second inning, lining a Michael Lorenzen fastball over the left-center wall. Arozarena now has three HR in his last two games and 11 long balls on the season. These have come with a respectable .248/.360/.427 slash line, 38 RBI, and 15 stolen bases in 364 plate appearances. He has been producing at a higher level lately, batting .294 with three HR and six stolen bases in June.
