Amazingly, Week 13 is here! The NFL season continues to fly by as it's already Thanksgiving week. Fantasy managers will have to navigate through injuries per usual, but no teams are on a bye in Week 13. At RotoBaller HQ, we begin our weekly prep for the waiver wire with our Week 13 fantasy football waiver wire rankings for Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season. Nick Mariano has ranked the top 85 free agent options to help you prioritize who to add off the waiver wire.
Several players still have low roster percentages and could have an immediate impact on fantasy teams in 2025. Is Devin Neal the Saints' primary running back with Alvin Kamara sidelined with a knee injury? Is Chris Rodriguez the primary back for Washington? Is John Metchie III the Jets' de facto WR1 with Garrett Wilson on IR? Has Chimere Dike become Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward's top offensive weapon with Calvin Ridley and Elic Ayomanor out?
We have answers to these questions and will guide you with our top 85 fantasy football waiver wire pickups list for Week 13. Time to go make some moves, tweak your fantasy teams, and grab some waiver wire stashes. Good luck, RotoBallers!

Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlooks
Some of the top names include Devin Neal, John Metchie III, Chimere Dike, Chris Rodriguez Jr., Kenneth Gainwell, and more. We recap why these players rostered under 55% in Yahoo! leagues should be on your waiver wire radar for Week 13.
Devin Neal, RB, New Orleans Saints
Week 13 Waiver Wire Rankings: 5
New Orleans Saints running back Devin Neal rushed for 18 yards on seven rushing attempts while catching five of seven targets for 43 yards in Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Neal saw an increase in touches when starting running back Alvin Kamara (knee) exited Sunday's game early with an MCL sprain.
Kendre Miller (knee) is also on injured reserve, leaving Neal as one of the only healthy running backs for the Saints. If Kamara ends up missing time, Neal should see an expanded role and will have a plus matchup in Week 13 against the Miami Dolphins, who rank 30th in the NFL, allowing 5.6 yards per carry.
He has rushed for 61 yards on 17 attempts while catching 12 passes for 64 yards over seven games this season. The Saints' rookie should be added in all fantasy leagues and is a borderline FLEX option with an increased role and favorable matchup versus Miami.
Chimere Dike, WR, Tennessee Titans
Week 13 Waiver Wire Rankings: 28
Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Chimere Dike caught five of his seven targets for 44 yards and one receiving touchdown during Sunday's loss against the Seattle Seahawks. He also had a 90-yard punt return touchdown.
Dike's two touchdowns gave him a nice boost in fantasy football, rewarding managers who started him with the expectation that he'd perform well amidst injuries to Calvin Ridley (leg) and Elic Ayomanor (hamstring). The rookie will remain the top receiving option even after Ayomanor returns to action. He's a solid WR2 in an anticipated negative game script situation against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13.
Chris Rodgriguez Jr., RB, Washington Commanders
Week 13 Waiver Wire Rankings: 8
Washington Commanders running back Chris Rodriguez Jr. was the lead back, handling 15 carries for 79 yards in the overtime loss to the Miami Dolphins. Rumors were swirling about Rodriguez taking over the backfield from rookie Jacory Croskey-Merritt, and he was efficient in his first game as the lead back.
Rodriguez played 45% of the snaps, while Croskey-Merritt and receiving back Jeremy McNichols played 26% of the snaps each. While the Commanders' offense has been lackluster to say the least, reinforcements are on the way, with Jayden Daniels (elbow) and Terry McLaurin (quad) nearing a return. If the offensive production improves, Rodriguez could be a sneaky producer for fantasy managers down the stretch.
John Metchie III, WR, New York Jets
Week 13 Waiver Wire Rankings: 49
New York Jets wide receiver John Metchie III reeled in six of seven targets for 65 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Metchie operated as the Jets' WR1 with Garrett Wilson (knee) on injured reserve and led the team with seven targets in Sunday's loss. Metchie has become a viable option in the red zone for the Jets and has now scored in back-to-back weeks.
The 25-year-old has racked up nine catches for 110 yards and two touchdowns over his last two games. Since joining the Jets, he has 10 catches for 113 yards and two scores across three weeks. While Metchie has been productive as of late, he's mainly an option in deep-league formats as a FLEX play versus the Atlanta Falcons. Metchie is available in almost all fantasy leagues and will look to extend his touchdown streak to three against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 13.
Kenneth Gainwell, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers
Week 13 Waiver Wire Rankings: 10
Pittsburgh Steelers running back Kenneth Gainwell had his second straight big game in his team's 31-28 loss to the Chicago Bears, recording 10 carries for 92 yards and six receptions for 30 yards on six targets. The 26-year-old has emerged as a featured player in the Pittsburgh passing game in recent weeks, recording 13 receptions on 14 targets over the last two games. Notably, fellow Steelers running back Jaylen Warren did not earn a target on Sunday.
Gainwell also out-gained Warren 92 yards to 68 yards on the ground, despite logging eight fewer carries. While Pittsburgh is likely to continue featuring both backs, Gainwell may be eating into Warren's playing time with his recent performance. For the season, Gainwell is now averaging over five yards per touch. He's worthy of flex consideration for fantasy managers heading into a Week 13 matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
