Matt Fitzpatrick Has Chance to Cap Off Great Season at Tour Championship

Matt Fitzpatrick finished tied for 28th at last week's BMW Championship and will now turn his focus to preparing for the Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia. Fitzpatrick has only finished outside of the top 15 twice in his last seven starts. So far this season, he has three wins, 14 top-25 finishes, and one missed cut in 25 starts. This week will be Fitzpatrick's first appearance at the Tour Championship since 2023, when he finished tied for ninth. Over the past 12 months, he ranks in the 80th percentile in proximity to the hole on approach shots from 100-150 yards in the fairway.
