Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Pickups - Top Fantasy Football WR Adds for Week 13 are Jayden Higgins, John Metchie III, Chimere Dike, Greg Dortch, more

Chimere Dike - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Alex's fantasy football WR waiver wire pickups for Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season. Free agent wide receivers to add, stream, and stash off waivers.

Hello, RotoBallers, and welcome back for Week 13's edition of fantasy football wide receiver waiver wire pickups. If you're still with us, kudos -- 2025 has been a grind. Incredibly, just two games separate us from the fantasy playoffs, so it's time to make one last push ahead of arguably the season's most critical weeks. As always, we're here to quell your WR woes.

Fortunately, passing was up this weekend. Correlatively, we saw a spike in wide receiver output. It was a welcome respite after nearly a month of unideal production. In more good news, Week 13 presents our first full slate of action since Week 4, meaning we'll be at a near-full complement of wideouts. Still, we've highlighted a few below in case you need them.

The prospective waiver adds spotlighted here are all available in more than half of leagues, and are listed in priority order. With that in mind, please consider your league's scoring settings before staking a claim, as PPR is assumed. Be sure to check out RotoBaller's other features for all your waiver wire needs, and happy hunting!

Editor's Note: The FFPC Baby Gorilla Tournament is now open, featuring a $100,000 grand prize and a $675,450 total prize pool! This 12-team, Tight End Premium contest uses a 20-round draft format, with the overall winners determined by total points scored during Weeks 15–17. Wide Receiver Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickups

Michael Wilson, Arizona Cardinals - 47% rostered

It's almost hard to believe that Michael Wilson boasts this kind of production, but I've seen enough in 2025 not to be surprised by anything anymore. The Stanford product continued his dominance with Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendix) sidelined, posting 118 yards on 10-of-15 targets in the Cardinals' 27-24 OT loss to Jacksonville.

Wilson has now racked up an incredible 25/303 line on 33 opportunities in his past two appearances sans Harrison, and there's reason to believe he'll still have fantasy value even after the latter returns.

Arizona leans pass-heavy, attempting a throw at the third-highest rate in the league heading into its clash with Jacksonville (64.05%). More so, the Los Angeles, Calif., native has played a ton from the slot and the perimeter, presenting as a versatile, movable asset for the offense.

With Jacoby Brissett's pass attempts through the roof, Wilson can be leaned on at least until Harrison returns, and potentially farther down the stretch as a low-mid-range flex.

Jayden Higgins, Houston Texans - 22% rostered

The Texans are now 3-0 with quarterback Davis Mills at the helm. Wins over Jacksonville and Tennessee may not be anything to write home about, but even Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills couldn't crack the code of an unrelenting Houston defense. On the offensive side, rookie Jayden Higgins again made his presence felt.

Higgins scored his third touchdown in five games in Week 12, hauling in four of a team-high nine targets for 38 yards. Christian Kirk ranked second with six looks and was the only other pass-catcher to eclipse four.

More importantly, the Iowa State alum cemented himself as the Texans' second receiving option, finishing solely behind teammate Nico Collins in snaps for the third straight contest.

However, Collins is still the leader in this room. That said, Higgins has separated himself from the rest of the pack and should be due for an upgrade with C.J. Stroud (concussion) anticipated back for a Week 13 matchup against an exploitable Colts pass defense.

Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers - 48% rostered

Despite being without running back Josh Jacobs (knee), Jordan Love and the Packers easily put away a struggling Vikings squad, 23-6. The absence of its star running back didn't deter the team from leaning on the ground game. Even with the lack of passing production, Christian Watson still enjoyed a productive showing.

Watson led the team in yards (49), targets (seven), and receptions (five) on Sunday, and was the only Green Bay receiver to tally more than two catches. Moreover, he played more snaps than running mate Romeo Doubs again, marking the third game in which that instance has occurred. The fourth-year pro has also been the team's leading receiver in two of his last three outings.

I've seen enough from Watson over the previous few weeks to feel comfortable starting him, although it's worth noting that through the air isn't Green Bay's preferred mode of transport. He'll have a higher ceiling in more competitive matchups and is worthy of WR3/flex consideration with big-play upside.

John Metchie III, New York Jets - 1% rostered

Tyrod Taylor was solid for the Jets in their first game post-Justin Fields era, and did all he could to give the offense a fighting chance in the 23-10 defeat at the hands of the Ravens. New York had a bit of rhythm in this one, attempting more downfield passes. For one game, at least, there was some fantasy intrigue, with John Metchie III being the primary benefactor.

The former Houston Texan didn't garner his first look until well into the second quarter, though he'd snag four balls in that frame, ending with team-highs in catches (six) and targets (seven). He also notched his second straight game with a touchdown, churning out 65 yards -- most of which after the catch.

For the time being, Metchie is poised to lead New York's WR corps alongside new teammate Adonai Mitchell. Metchie typically works a bit closer to the line of scrimmage, giving him a slightly safer floor. Who knows, maybe this passing game becomes moderately more interesting down the stretch.

Chimere Dike, Tennessee Titans - 14% rostered

Van Jefferson was highlighted here in last week's feature, but that's only because Chimere Dike was supposedly dealing with a concussion/chest injury. However, he practiced in full all week and wound up tying TE Gunnar Helm for the team lead in targets with seven. Despite Helm being more productive, the rookie looked no worse for wear.

Dike put together another solid receiving line in the 30-24 loss to the Seahawks, reeling in five passes for 44 yards and a touchdown, adding another score on a sweet 90-yard punt return -- the second special teams score in his last three appearances.

It's fair to expect the University of Florida product's output to fluctuate week to week, especially with a rookie QB calling signals. Even still, teammate Calvin Ridley's (fibula) IR stint leaves an opportunity in Tennessee's attack, and Dike should remain heavily involved whilst Elic Ayomanor (hamstring) works back from a soft tissue ailment.

He's trending in the right direction despite his recent box score woes.

Deeper Wide Receiver Fantasy Football Pickups

Parker Washington, Jacksonville Jaguars - 40% rostered

Another week, another Parker Washington recommendation. The third-year pro was at it again on Sunday afternoon, ripping off 71 yards on five grabs (seven targets) -- including another slick TD snag -- as Jacksonville staved off the Cardinals in overtime to improve to 7-4.

Washington has been a reliable outlet for quarterback Trevor Lawrence amid injuries to the Jags WR room. Even with Jakobi Meyers recording the highest snap share of his tenure with the franchise (84%), it was only enough to tie Washington at 52 snaps apiece, retaining the latter's string of five straight games leading the room in plays.

With all that in mind, the 23-year-old drops a bit in the rankings ahead of this week's waivers, with Brian Thomas Jr. expected to be back for next Sunday's road bout against the Tennessee Titans. We've yet to see all of Washington, Thomas, and Meyers on the field at once, and Jacksonville is a top-12 team in rush percentage (44.86%).

Greg Dortch, Arizona Cardinals - 9% rostered

Greg Dortch's mention here could be all for naught, depending on teammate Harrison's status for Week 13's game against the Buccaneers. Still, there's a chance that the second-year pro misses another outing, and the former has been too productive to ignore.

Wilson's recent surge has somewhat overshadowed Dortch, though he's found a way to stay involved even with tight end Trey McBride absorbing 21 targets over the last two weeks. Across that span, Dortch has registered back-to-back six-catch efforts, accumulating 119 yards and two touchdowns while staying active in the return game.

If Harrison is forced to sit again, the 27-year-old would be a nice PPR play against a beatable Buccaneers defense next Sunday. When Harrison returns, Dortch will be more challenging to trust, as Brissett supporting four fantasy-viable pass-catchers isn't a likely outcome.

Tyler Lockett, Las Vegas Raiders - 2% rostered

Las Vegas is among the worst teams in the league right now, amid a 1-9 skid after falling to the Browns 24-10 at home on Sunday. There isn't much to get excited about here, though Tyler Lockett is at least interesting in deep leagues, considering the Raiders will be in a pass-positive game script more often than not.

Lockett played his highest percentage of team snaps yet in Week 12 (76%) en route to a 4-62 line on five targets. It might not be anything special, but the veteran has carved out a decent role in Las Vegas.

Teammate Tre Tucker still played well ahead of Lockett in terms of snaps (75-60), and out-targeted him, too (10). However, head coach Pete Carroll's pass-heavy tendency, paired with a vulnerable defense, should be a boon for his opportunity. The 33-year-old can be avoided outside of PPR formats where he's a safe, low-ceiling asset.
