Rob's Week 13 fantasy football waiver wire pickups, adds, stashes, and sleepers to target for 2025. His top waiver wire adds for Week 13 at RB, WR, TE, QB, K, D/ST.
We're now just a few weeks from the fantasy playoffs starting, and fantasy managers should be shoring up their rosters. This should include reviewing their starting lineups for upcoming weeks and identifying streamers at quarterback, tight end, and defense, if you're streaming those positions.
Try to have one backup running back and a backup receiver whom you trust and feel (decently) confident starting if you need to. If you have one of those, try to add as many lottery tickets and streamers as you can find.

Running Back Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 13
Must Adds
Trey Benson, Arizona Cardinals - 55.7% Rostered
Benson is currently on IR. He was eligible to return in Week 10, but did not do so. They opened his 21-day practice window last week. He returned to practice, and it appears as though Benson will return in Week 13. With James Conner (foot) on season-ending IR, once Benson returns, fantasy managers should expect him to be Arizona's primary ball-carrier, and he should be viewed as a top-24 running back once he's healthy.
Chris Rodriguez Jr., Washington Commanders - 8.8% Rostered
Rookie Jacory Croskey-Merritt has struggled mightily over the past few weeks. This has led to a bigger role for Rodriguez. He's earned it, too. In Week 11, Rodriguez played 30 snaps to Croskey-Merritt's 18. Rodriguez finished with 15 carries to the rookie's nine. Rodriguez was much more effective, averaging 5.3 yards per carry to "Bill's" 3.1.
#Commanders Week 11 RB Usage
- Chris Rodriguez: 45% snaps, 15 carries, 9 routes, 1 target (85 yds)
- Jacory Croskey-Merritt: 27% snaps, 9 carries, 6 routes, 1 target (33 yds)
- Jeremy McNichols: 25% snaps, 4 carries, 7 routes, 2 targets (29 yds)— Michael F. Florio (@MichaelFFlorio) November 16, 2025
Rodriguez received the first eight carries of the game before any other running back touched the ball. More surprisingly, Rodriguez also led Washington's backfield in routes run. He also handled all six of the team's short-yardage snaps and three of the team's five goal-line plays. Rodriguez is a must-add player who should be viewed as an RB3 moving forward and has RB2 weekly upside when he finds the end zone.
Coming out of the bye week, it wouldn't be surprising if Rodriguez's role expands even further. Without Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) and Jayden Daniels (elbow), Rodriguez has been one of their best and most consistent offensive producer.
Kyle Monangai, Chicago Bears - 55.4% Rostered
The past few weeks, D'Andre Swift has operated as the clear No. 1 running back for the Bears. Since being inactive in Week 9, Swift had 34 carries and nine targets compared to Monangai's 19 carries and two targets. We noticed a change this past weekend. Monangai had 12 carries to Swift's eight. He was also significantly more effective, finishing with 48 yards and a score while Swift had just 15 yards.
However, a lot of that may have been due to Swift fumbling earlier in the game. At the time of Swift's fumble, he had a 61% snap share and had six carries to Monangai's three. After the fumble, Monangai had a 63% snap share with nine carries compared to Swift's two.
Swift has been dealing with some injuries, which makes Monangai a priority add as is, but with how the backfield was utilized this past weekend, he becomes a must-add. His 55.4% rostered percentage is slightly above our 50% threshold, but he's certainly worth mentioning.
Kenneth Gainwell, Pittsburgh Steelers - 42.2% Rostered
Gainwell and Jaylen Warren split the snaps 50/50, with Gainwell having the slightest of advantages (37 to 36). Gainwell also ran more routes than Warren (23 to 11), but Warren had more carries than Gainwell (18 to 10). Gainwell was extremely effective with his touches, finishing with 10 carries for 92 yards and six receptions for 30 yards.
He was tackled at the one-yard line, so his 15.2 half-PPR outing could have been even bigger. If Warren were to miss any time, Gainwell would be a top-15 running back. If this is now a committee, Gainwell should be viewed as a weekly RB3.
Devin Neal, New Orleans Saints - 1.8% Rostered
Alvin Kamara left this past weekend's game with a knee injury. Kamara has been largely ineffective all year, and with the Saints completely out of the playoff picture and likely focused on developing their younger players, don't be surprised if Neal gets a shot to show what he can do.
He finished this past weekend with seven carries for 18 yards, but also chipped in with five receptions and 43 yards. If Kamara is inactive next week, Neal would likely be ranked as a low-end RB3 with RB2 potential.
Priority Adds
Emanuel Wilson, Green Bay Packers - 5.9% Rostered
Josh Jacobs was inactive this past weekend due to a knee injury, leaving Wilson largely with the Green Bay backfield to himself. He responded by rushing for 107 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries. He also had two catches for 18 yards. Jacobs was limited throughout the week and wasn't officially ruled out until Sunday morning, indicating he may have been close to suiting up. It certainly seems as though Jacobs will only miss one game.
Still, he's worth adding because of how high his contingency value is in the event that Jacobs misses any more time.
Sean Tucker, Tampa Bay Buccaneers - 28.6% Rostered
With Bucky Irving (foot/shoulder) inactive once again, Tucker led the backfield on Sunday evening. However, he was not as effective as he was back in Week 11, where he totaled an eye-catching 34.0 PPR points with three touchdowns. During their loss to the Rams on Sunday night, Tucker took 12 carries for just 42 yards and brought in one of his two targets for four yards.
With Irving slated to return in Week 13, Tucker is still worth adding, but his value will likely fall into high-upside handcuff territory. However, given the time Irving missed, there is an outcome where Tucker still holds mid-end RB3 value weekly.
Bhayshul Tuten, Jacksonville Jaguars - 29.7% Rostered
Tuten had a huge Week 11 game, finishing with 15 carries, 74 yards, and one touchdown. Before leaving the fourth quarter with an ankle injury, Tuten had more carries than Travis Etienne Jr. It seemed as though the Jacksonville backfield was turning into a committee. That's not exactly how it played out.
Etienne played 40 snaps to Tuten's 13. Tuten may have been hampered by his ankle sprain, but this was not the outing fantasy managers were hoping for. However, despite what looks like a setback, fantasy managers should continue to stash him. His contingency value is that of a top-15 running back if Etienne gets hurt, and we've now seen him exhibit some standalone value even with a healthy Etienne.
RB4/5s with High Contingency Value
Blake Corum, Los Angeles Rams - 13.6% Rostered
Corum's standalone value has decreased in recent weeks. A few weeks ago, the Rams were going series by series with Corum and Kyren Williams. More recently, they've gone back to leaning on Williams. Still, Corum does have some standalone value if you're truly desperate. His real value lies in his value as a handcuff. If Williams were to miss time, he'd be a top-12 running back.
Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falcons - 32.8% Rostered
Allgeier's fantasy value took a little bit of a hit with the loss of Michael Penix Jr. (knee) and Drake London (knee). Allgeier is a better fantasy football asset when the Falcons are winning and can lean on the running game. They'll try to do that more with Kirk Cousins, but the scoring opportunities may decrease.
Allgeier is still a solid touchdown-dependent RB4/5 with high contingency value if Bijan Robinson misses time.
RB5/6s With Contingency Value
- Tyjae Spears, Tennessee Titans - 37.0% Rostered
- Devin Singletary, New York Giants - 34.5% Rostered
- Bam Knight, Arizona Cardinals - 40.2% Rostered
- Nick Chubb, Houston Texans - 48.2% Rostered
Pure Running Back Handcuffs
- Brian Robinson Jr., San Francisco 49ers - 21.7% Rostered
- Tank Bigsby, Philadelphia Eagles - 19.9% Rostered
- Ray Davis, Buffalo Bills - 5.3% Rostered
- Ollie Gordon II, Miami Dolphins - 7.3% Rostered
- Isaiah Davis, New York Jets - 5.6% Rostered
- Keaton Mitchell, Baltimore Ravens - 1.4% Rostered
- Tahj Brooks, Cincinnati Bengals - 0.4% Rostered
- DJ Giddens, Indianapolis Colts - 0.6% Rostered
- Dylan Sampson, Cleveland Browns - 7.2% Rostered
- Will Shipley, Philadelphia Eagles - 2.8% Rostered
- Phil Mafah - Dallas Cowboys - 0.1% Rostered
Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 13
Must Add
Jayden Higgins, Houston Texans - 23.3% Rostered
Houston has finally started to lean on their rookies, especially Higgins, and he's rewarded them for that. He's scored three touchdowns in their last five games. He's also had seven or more targets in four of his last five games. He has scored 7.5 half-PPR points in four of his last five and has scored double-digits in three of them.
Given his rookie status and second-round draft capital, Higgins has some legit potential down the stretch.
Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers - 38.5% Rostered
Reed is currently on IR, and his exact return date is unknown. However, if he's been dropped in your league, stashing Reed could pay dividends later on this season. In Week 1, he had five targets, three receptions, 45 yards, and a touchdown en route to 12.0 half-PPR points. Once Reed returns, he'll have weekly WR2 upside.
Even though he was unable to play in Week 12, Reed returned to practice on Friday as a limited participant. This is an excellent sign, suggesting he is quickly approaching a return. The Packers have an efficient offense, but still lack a proven WR1. Fantasy managers should want a piece of this offense. With Tucker Kraft (knee) sidelined for the remainder of the season, Reed could immediately earn a high target share when he returns.
Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers - 48.8% Rostered
Watson has played like a WR3 since returning from his injury. He's scored 5.5 half-PPR points in five consecutive games and has 45 or more yards in all of his five appearances this season. Watson is also coming off two of his best games of the season.
In Week 11, he had five targets, four receptions, 46 yards, and two touchdowns en route to 18.6 half-PPR points. This past weekend, he had seven targets and five receptions, both season-highs. With Kraft on season-ending IR, the Packers need a new No. 1 pass-catcher, and Watson has been the Packers' most consistent receiver since returning from IR.
Luther Burden III, Chicago Bears - 7.5% Rostered
In Week 11, Burden surpassed Olamide Zaccheaus and officially became the Bears' starting slot receiver. He had five targets, three receptions, and 46 yards this past weekend. The five targets were a season-high. He's also now gone over 45 receiving yards and 6.5 half-PPR points in two of his last three games.
Burden's role is increasing, and while D.J. Moore is coming off one of his better games this season, his play has been incredibly inconsistent. This offense looks like any one of these receivers could pop on any given week.
Parker Washington, Jacksonville Jaguars - 20.2% Rostered
Washington has been Jacksonville's best and most consistent receiver all year. Travis Hunter (knee) is on season-ending IR. Brian Thomas Jr. should return next week from his high ankle sprain, but his play has been dreadful this season. They did trade for Jakobi Meyers, but head coach Liam Coen indicated Washington would remain the slot receiver.
The adjustment. The catch.
Well done by Parker Washington 💯

— NFL (@NFL) November 24, 2025
Washington has scored over 8.0 half-PPR points in four of his last five games. Since Week 7, Washington is averaging 11.2 half-PPR points. He's playing like a must-start WR3, and while there are some questions about how the target hierarchy will look once Thomas is back and especially with tight end Brenton Strange back in the mix, Washington is absolutely worth having on benches.
Tez Johnson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers - 26.4% Rostered
After a quiet showing in Week 11, the rookie wideout responded on Sunday evening, catching his fifth touchdown of the campaign. In their loss to the Rams, Johnson brought in three of his four targets for 21 yards. Even with Chris Godwin back in the mix, Johnson still held a prominent role in the offense, especially near the red zone.
While his target share is expected to decrease as Godwin increases his workload steadily, managers should still look to add Johnson as a viable weekly WR3. Since Week 6, Johnson has found the back of the end zone five times and averaged 11.8 PPR points per game.
Michael Wilson, Arizona Cardinals - 3.1% Rostered
Marvin Harrison Jr. (illness) could be back next week, although this is still up in the air. In MHJ's two-game absence, Wilson has scored 26.0 and 16.8 half-PPR points. He has an absolutely insane 33 targets, 25 receptions, and 308 yards over the past two games. If Harrison is out again next week, he's a must-start top-20 receiver. Even if Harrison returns, Wilson is still on the WR3 radar.
Chimere Dike, Tennessee Titans - 11.9% Rostered
Calvin Ridley is on season-ending IR with a fibula injury, and Elic Ayomanor was inactive this past weekend due to a hamstring injury. Since Week 7, Dike has games of 14.9, 12.9, 7.0, 2.4, and 18.9 half-PPR points. While 12 of those points have come via return touchdowns, he has been operating as Cameron Ward's No. 1 pass-catcher.

John Metchie III, New York Jets - 0.5% Rostered
Metchie was traded to the Jets and has now scored touchdowns in back-to-back games. With Garrett Wilson (knee) on IR, Metchie appears to be the Jets' best pass-catcher, and he's certainly played like it. He had 12.0 half-PPR points in Week 11 and followed that up with 15.5 half-PPR points this past weekend.

— NFL (@NFL) November 23, 2025
He's now recorded 10 targets, nine receptions, 110 yards, and two touchdowns in his first two games with the Jets.
WR4/5s with some Upside
Kayshon Boutte, New England Patriots - 28.1% Rostered
Boutte has been a boom-or-bust option all year. He's appeared in 10 games, but left early in one due to a hamstring injury. In his other nine contests, Boutte scored 8.0 half-PPR points or more in five of them. He has scored five touchdowns in four of those nine games. Boutte was held in check this past weekend in his return after missing the last two games.
Potential WR5/6s
- Christian Kirk, Houston Texans - 10.6% Rostered
- Tre Tucker, Las Vegas Raiders - 44.0% Rostered
- Matthew Golden, Green Bay Packers - 49.0% Rostered

- Adonai Mitchell, New York Jets - 2.8% Rostered
- Jalen Coker, Carolina Panthers - 2.9% Rostered
- Dontayvion Wicks, Green Bay Packers - 1.0% Rostered
Boom or Bust, Touchdown Dependent WR6/7s
- Tyler Lockett, Las Vegas Raiders - 2.8% Rostered
- Rashod Bateman, Baltimore Ravens - 11.0% Rostered
- Darius Slayton, New York Giants - 26.9% Rostered
- Xavier Legette, Carolina Panthers - 22.3% Rostered
- Malik Washington, Miami Dolphins - 12.3% Rostered
- Roman Wilson, Pittsburgh Steelers - 0.1% Rostered
- Joshua Palmer, Buffalo Bills - 3.1% Rostered
- Cedric Tillman, Cleveland Browns - 10.8% Rostered
- Marquise Brown, Kansas City Chiefs - 27.4% Rostered
- Isaiah Bond, Cleveland Browns - 0.1% Rostered
- Calvin Austin III, Pittsburgh Steelers - 15.2% Rostered
These players have no consistent volume from week to week. All of these players are touchdown-or-bust. If they don't score a touchdown, you're very likely to be disappointed with their outcome because they do not generate enough volume to make them consistent fantasy producers.
These players should be viewed as boom-or-bust options. The positive for them is that they only need one target to have a productive fantasy outing. All of these players are capable of turning their one target into a 40-yard touchdown (minus Shepard, but he has the benefit of catching passes from an elite quarterback and being in an injury-ravaged receiver room).
That's the pro argument for them. The con argument is that it might be the only target they get.
Tight End Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 13
TE2s with Some Upside
Theo Johnson, New York Giants - 55.0% Rostered
Since Week 4, when Malik Nabers suffered a season-ending torn ACL, Johnson has scored 9.0 half-PPR points or more in six out of his nine games. Johnson's play in recent weeks has been trending up, too. His first four games, in which he scored more than 9.0 half-PPR points, required Johnson to find the end zone.
However, his last two such outings occurred without a touchdown. He had eight targets, seven receptions, and 75 yards in Week 10 en route to 11.0 half-PPR points. This past weekend, he had five targets, three receptions, and 77 yards, finishing with 9.2 half-PPR points. Jaxson Dart (concussion) should return in Week 13, increasing his fantasy value.
Juwan Johnson, New Orleans Saints - 49.6% Rostered
Despite the poor quarterback play in New Orleans, Johnson has been incredibly consistent. In 11 games this season, Johnson has scored 7.5 half-PPR points or more in eight of them. Since Week 7, he's averaged 10.7 half-PPR points over five games.
With Rashid Shaheed in Seattle, Johnson has operated as the team's No. 2 target-earner behind Chris Olave. He has six games with seven or more targets. He's produced like a top-12 tight end for most of the season and has an appealing rest-of-the-season schedule.
Colston Loveland, Chicago Bears - 35.1% Rostered
Loveland is becoming a more focal part of the offense in recent weeks. Since Week 9, he has had four straight weeks with 40 or more yards and four or more targets. He's scored over 5.0 half-PPR points in five consecutive games.
Loveland will be a boom-or-bust option. It shouldn't be a surprise if he gets lost a few weeks with Rome Odunze, Moore, and Burden, but the Bears play a tough schedule, and there will likely be plenty of games where Caleb Williams has to pass the ball more. They've been able to lean on their run game during this winning streak.
That may not be a luxury they'll have down the stretch. The increasing number of passing opportunities could boost Loveland's value.
Brenton Strange, Jacksonville Jaguars - 10.9% Rostered
Strange has played in five games this year without leaving early due to injury. In four of them, he scored 7.5 half-PPR points or more. He has four or more receptions and 45 yards or more in four of them. Trevor Lawrence targeted former Jaguar tight end Evan Engram frequently when he was in Jacksonville.

Quarterback Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 13
QB2s with Upside
Jacoby Brissett, Arizona Cardinals - 47.1% Rostered
Brissett is basically our new Joe Flacco. He's averaged 20.88 fantasy points since taking over for Kyler Murray (foot) in Week 6. His worst outing was this past weekend when he scored 18.68 points. He's thrown for more than 250 yards in every game he's started this season and has thrown two or more touchdowns in every single one of his starts except one.
He's turned Trey McBride into a superstar tight end. He was making Harrison look like more than a bust, and he turned Wilson into a must-start receiver in MHJ's absence. Assuming Brissett maintains the starting role, he now has three legit options once Harrison returns and should be viewed as a weekly high-end QB2 with weekly QB1 upside.

Waiver Wire Parameters for This Article
A few rules and notes about this weekly waiver wire article. Every league is different, with varying roster formats and sizes. That makes this one of the more challenging articles because every league’s waiver wire can look dramatically different. Even the host site you use matters. ESPN has rankings that differ from those of Yahoo!, which in turn differ from those of CBS or Sleeper, and all of this impacts which players are drafted and which are not.
We only identify quarterbacks and tight ends with a roster percentage of 60% or less. For running backs and receivers, that number drops to 50%. We don’t delve too deeply into defenses, but I highlight a few streamers to target each week.
Positions are also categorized into different groups, such as RB3 or a potential league-winner to stash. You’ll need to know your roster and what to look for on the waiver. From there, each positional group is arranged based on who you should prioritize first at that position. We use ESPN’s roster percentages for this article.
For example, if you are looking for immediate value, you might be more interested in someone like Benson than Corum right now because Benson is more likely to score points in the short term. Know your team and your team’s needs. If you’re healthy and your starting roster is strong, shoot for upside.
