Demarcus Robinson Back with Team Ahead of Week 4
Demarcus Robinson has rejoined the team after serving a three-game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy. His return comes at a critical time, as the 49ers' receiving corps has been hit hard by injuries. Brandon Aiyuk (knee), Jauan Jennings (ankle/shoulder), and rookie Jacob Cowing (hamstring) have all missed time, while star tight end George Kittle (hamstring) remains on injured reserve. Robinson wasn't expected to carry much fantasy value entering the season, but the depleted depth chart could open up immediate opportunities, especially with quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) expected back in Week 4. In deeper formats, Robinson is worth consideration as a flex play, particularly if Jennings remains sidelined.
