Sungjae Im Trending in Right Direction For FedEx St. Jude Championship
Sungjae Im finished tied for 14th at the Wyndham Championship last week and will now focus on preparing for this week's FedEx St. Jude Championship at TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tennessee. Im has had an up-and-down season but is finding his stride at the right time. He has six top-25 finishes and six missed cuts in 21 starts. He finished tied for 17th at last year's FedEx St. Jude Championship and tied for 40th in the 2024 edition. Over the past 12 months, Im ranks in the 8th percentile in greens in regulation on approach shots from 150-200 yards in the fairway. This is important because over 41% of approach shots came from this distance at last year's FedEx St. Jude Championship.
