Ohio State's Devin McCuin Expected to be Day-1 Starter
Ohio State wide receiver Devin McCuin is viewed as the leader in the program to start alongside wideouts Jeremiah Smith and Brandon Inniss, according to Spencer Holbrook of Lettermen Row. McCuin is a UTSA transfer who has tallied 152 receptions for 1,696 yards and 16 touchdowns in 32 career games. Projected backup Kyle Parker hasn't fully practiced due to an injury, while star freshman Chris Henry Jr. is continuing to work his way into the offense. Ohio State has had one of the best wide receiver units in the country for most of the last decade, and that won't change with Smith leading the pack. McCuin has been one of the early stars of training camp, and if he can stand out in that position room, he's worth keeping an eye on when the season begins.
