Minnesota Vikings offensive lineman Christian Darrisaw (knee) logged a DNP on Thursday for the team's first official practice ahead of their Week 1 tilt with the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football. Darrisaw has been recovering from a significant knee injury he suffered last September and has reportedly looked "really good," according to head coach Kevin O'Connell. Still, Minnesota is playing it safe with its franchise tackle, and rightfully so, as he's an integral part of their offensive line. There's a chance the Virginia native is still able to suit up on Monday, but he'll likely need to log at least a limited session this week before doing so. Fellow OL Justin Skule would work in Darrisaw's stead if he were unable to play.--Alex Ciulla
