Philadelphia Eagles running back Will Shipley (oblique) was listed as a full participant in Wednesday's practice. Shipley injured his oblique in the Week 1 win over the Dallas Cowboys and did not play in Weeks 2 or 3. However, with a return to a full practice on Wednesday, the 23-year-old looks to be on track to play in a Week 4 tilt on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Since he was injured, the Eagles acquired RB Tank Bigsby from the Jacksonville Jaguars, but Bigsby is still learning the offense and did not have a snap on offense in the Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Rams. If Shipley returns to action this Sunday, he'll most likely be sprinkled in alongside AJ Dillon in a change-of-pace role behind starter Saquon Barkley. It's more bad news for Bigsby, whose fantasy value has tanked with the trade to Philadelphia.--Keith Hernandez
