Christian Watson Says he Feels "100 Percent"
Christian Watson (knee) was back on the practice field on Monday for the first time since tearing his ACL in the Week 18 regular-season finale in 2024. The Packers opened Watson's 21-day practice window for them to activate him from the Physically Unable to Perform list, but he only went through individual drills in his first practice back. "Today I felt like I was 100%," Watson said. It's unlikely that Watson will make his 2025 debut in Week 6 against the Green Bay Packers, but the team will need to officially activate him within the next three weeks, or he'll be lost for the entire season. The 26-year-old has had trouble staying healthy early in his career, but he provides quarterback Jordan Love with an explosive deep threat when he's healthy. Expect Green Bay to ease him in once he's activated, but that doesn't mean he's not worth stashing in fantasy leagues in the meantime. The Packers' WR corps will be even more crowded upon Watson's return, with Romeo Doubs, Dontayvion Wicks, rookie Matthew Golden, Savion Williams, and Malik Heath all vying for targets. Jayden Reed (collarbone, foot) is currently on Injured Reserve.
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson Designated for Return from PUP
Christian Watson (knee) was designated for return from the PUP list. The North Dakota State product has been working his way back from an ACL tear suffered earlier this year. It's excellent news for the Pack, particularly with teammate Jayden Reed (collarbone, foot) dealing with his own injuries. The team will now have 21 days to activate Watson before he's forced to miss the remainder of the season. Green Bay is in dire need of some downfield juice with rookie Matthew Golden still adjusting to the NFL, and Watson is capable of giving them just that. There will undoubtedly be a ramp-up period for the former second-round pick, but he's the team's most explosive pass-catcher. His practice status will be worth keeping an eye on over the coming weeks.

Christian Watson May Return to Practice After the Bye
Christian Watson (knee) after the team returns from the Week 5 bye. The wideout has indicated in previous weeks that was the plan. However, fantasy managers will need to wait for an official update regarding his status. Watson had a down year in 2024, amassing a career-low two touchdown catches. He also suffered a torn ACL during a meeting with the Chicago Bears back in January. With Jayden Reed (collarbone, foot) sitting on the Injured Reserve list, the Packers could certainly use Watson back in the equation. With that said, he'll likely be limited for at least a few weeks upon his return, so his fantasy ceiling won't be as high as usual. Green Bay will have 21 days to activate Watson once he's designated to return. If not, he'll miss the remainder of the 2025 campaign.

Matthew Golden Trending Upwards?
Matthew Golden had the most productive game of his young career in Week 4 against the Dallas Cowboys, recording five catches for 58 yards on six targets. Through four games, Golden has 11 catches for 126 yards on 14 targets. The 22-year-old has seen his usage and snap count go up since the Packers lost wideout Jayden Reed (collarbone, foot) to injury in Week 2. However, Green Bay could be getting Christian Watson (knee) back from a knee injury that sidelined him for the first four weeks of the season shortly after the team's Week 5 bye. Golden has plenty of upside, but he will likely remain difficult for fantasy managers to trust given Green Bay's crowded wide receiver room. Golden's next chance to make an impact will be in Week 6 when the Packers take on the Cincinnati Bengals.

Emanuel Wilson the Clear RB2 in Green Bay
Emanuel Wilson appears to be the team's clear RB2 behind starter Josh Jacobs through four weeks of the season. Wilson played a season-high 30% of the offensive snaps in the Week 4 overtime tie to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night, with Chris Brooks playing just 6% of the snaps and not seeing a single carry. Wilson handled eight carries for a season-high 44 yards while also catching his first three passes of the year for an additional 37 yards against Dallas. Jacobs briefly left Sunday night's game with a cut on his knee in the fourth quarter, but he was able to finish out the game. If anything were to happen to Jacobs this year, Wilson would be a must-add off the waiver wire as the next man up as Green Bay's lead back. For now, Wilson is the primary handcuff for fantasy managers who have Jacobs rostered.

Romeo Doubs has a Career Night, Scores Three Touchdowns
Romeo Doubs had himself a career night in Week 4 against the Dallas Cowboys. For the first time in his career, he scored three times, all from inside the red zone, in the Packers' 40-40 tie against the Dallas Cowboys. In addition to the three scores, he saw a team-high eight targets and hauled in six of them for 58 yards. All three of his touchdowns came from inside the red zone, 15, one, and two yards out. While it was a career night for Doubs, the combination of target competition and Green Bay's preference to run a balanced offense makes him an unreliable fantasy option every week. However, if available, Doubs should certainly be picked up as bye weeks are beginning in Week 5, and fantasy managers will have to find themselves inserting bench players or players off the waiver wire to fill in the gaps. In Week 5, the Packers have a bye before hosting the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 6.

Jordan Love Throws for Three Touchdowns, Leads Packers to Overtime Tie
Jordan Love completed 31 of 43 pass attempts for 337 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 4 tie with the Dallas Cowboys. He also rushed for 28 yards, took one sack, and lost a fumble. The 26-year-old bounced back from last week's ugly loss against Cleveland and turned in his best fantasy outing of the young season. He spread the ball around well, dispersing four-plus targets to seven different receivers and three-plus catches to six different receivers. Love heads into a bye week before facing off against a very poor Cincinnati Bengals defense in Week 6. He's a low-end fantasy QB1 moving forward.

Josh Jacobs at the Center of Packers' Offense Again in High-Scoring Tie
Josh Jacobs rushed for 86 yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries during Sunday's Week 4 tie with the Dallas Cowboys. He also caught all four of his targets for an additional 71 receiving yards. Jacobs briefly exited with an injury but was on the field for most of the game, keeping the score close and ultimately helping the Packers get in position to tie the game as overtime ended. He now has the sixth-most fantasy points among running backs and will continue to rank as a fringe RB1 on the other side of Green Bay's bye week.

Tucker Kraft a Must-Start Tight End in Week 4
Tucker Kraft has recorded 11 catches for 169 yards and two touchdowns on 15 targets through three games so far in 2025. The third-year tight end could be well set up for success in Week 4, as he'll face a Dallas Cowboys' defense that has been one of the worst in the NFL this season. Dallas ranks last in the NFL in yards allowed per pass attempt (9.8) and has allowed the second-most passing touchdowns in the league (seven). Kraft is currently the lead target-earner on the Packers. If Green Bay does have success through the air on Sunday, it could mean a huge game for Kraft. He profiles as a must-start fantasy tight end in Week 4 against the Cowboys.

Packers D/ST A Solid Starting Option Against Dallas in Week 4
CeeDee Lamb, is out for this week's iteration of Sunday Night Football. Even with Lamb out, the Cowboys' passing game is still strong with Dak Prescott, plus George Pickens and Jake Ferguson. The Packers have put up 10 sacks this season, good for sixth-best in the NFL through three weeks, and allow a league-low four touchdowns by opposing offenses this season. A defense that stymied the potent Detroit Lions offense in Week 1 should have a solid day at the office in Micah Parsons' return to Dallas. Fire up the Packers as a starting D/ST in Week 4.

Brandon McManus In The Streaming Kicker Conversation For Week 4
Brandon McManus looks to shake off the blocked kick with under a minute left in Week 3 and bounce back as the Packers head to Dallas to play the Cowboys in Week 4. McManus didn't get too many opportunities in Week 3 with the Packers only scoring one touchdown, but he did make a 39-yard field goal, and his 43-yard attempt was blocked, which would have given the Packers a 13-10 lead. Instead, the Browns moved into field goal range themselves and booted home a game-winning field goal. The Packers are an excellent offense, but that doesn't always translate into giving the kicker a lot of runway for fantasy scoring each week. In a matchup like this against the Cowboys in Week 4, McManus enters the streaming kicker conversation as somebody who could get some volume in a controlled, indoor environment like AT&T Stadium.

Low-End Flex Territory For Dontayvion Wicks Against Cowboys
Dontayvion Wicks could be the beneficiary of a great matchup when the Packers travel down to AT&T Stadium as Green Bay squares off with the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4. Wicks saw his routes increase with Jayden Reed (clavicle, foot) out of the lineup. Seeing just four targets and catching just two balls for 21 yards out of the slot for the Packers, Wicks had a tough matchup like everybody else did against the Browns in Week 3. For Week 4, that matchup becomes a lot easier as the Dallas Cowboys represent one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL. Because the Packers are so spread out on offense and the pass volume is limited, Wicks is merely a low-end flex play in Week 4 despite the great matchup on deck.

Romeo Doubs Out Of Starting Consideration Despite Great Matchup In Week 4
Romeo Doubs runs the most routes for the Packers in most weeks, but we'll see if it translates into fantasy scoring as the Packers take on the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4. Doubs has run routes on 81.8 percent of quarterback Jordan Love's dropbacks this season, the most on the Packers for any pass-catcher. Unfortunately, that's resulted in just seven receptions for 121 yards and a touchdown through three weeks of this season. As fantasy football's WR55 heading into Week 4, Doubs is just a routes-based floor play, minus a lot of the floor. Passing volume concerns and the fact that Green Bay spreads the football around aren't great for fantasy production despite a strong Packers' offense. Against one of the leakiest pass defenses in Dallas, sit the Packers' top route-runner Doubs in Week 4.

Matthew Golden Is An Upside-Laden Flex Play In Week 4
Matthew Golden looks to continue his forward momentum in terms of utilization when the Packers head to Dallas to take on the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football in Week 4. Golden's first three games in the NFL have drawn mixed reviews from fantasy managers who drafted him in the middle rounds. Through three games, Golden has a combined eight targets, six receptions, and 68 receiving yards, with most of that coming in his best game to date in Week 3, where he caught four balls for 52 yards. He ran routes on 84 percent of quarterback Jordan Love's dropbacks and earned 22 percent of the first-read targets as well. To say Golden has been a disappointment is fair, but his role is growing. Golden could keep his ramp-up going in a great matchup against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4, but we need to remember that Golden has a shockingly low fantasy floor. That said, Golden is an upside flex play for fantasy managers in Week 4.

Tucker Kraft Off the Injury Report After Full Practice
Tucker Kraft (knee/elbow) is officially off the injury report and does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's contest against the Dallas Cowboys. Kraft suffered this knee injury leading up to their game last weekend against the Cleveland Browns. While he was able to suit up, Kraft did not make a significant impact on the score sheet, catching just three of his four targets for 29 yards. This week, Kraft remained limited on Wednesday and Thursday but was able to log a full session during Friday's final practice. Despite his quiet showing last weekend, Kraft enjoyed a career outing in Week 2, catching six passes for 124 yards and a score. Given his role as a top target for Jordan Love, Kraft carries high-end must-start TE1 value facing the Cowboys.
