Donovan Olugbode to Be Missouri's No. 1 Wide Receiver?
Missouri wide receiver Donovan Olugbode enjoyed a solid freshman season as the team's WR2 behind Kevin Coleman Jr., catching 30 passes for 401 yards and two touchdowns. With Coleman now in the NFL, Kyle McAreavy projects Olugbode to step into the WR1 role. "Olugbode will get his time as the primary outside receiver," McAreavy wrote. "I expect a significant piece of this year's Mizzou offense will be designed around getting him the ball." The Tigers' passing game could be much improved with Ole Miss transfer quarterback Austin Simmons replacing Beau Pribula, who was a strong runner but limited as a passer. Additionally, Ahmad Hardy (leg) is set to miss the start of the season, meaning Eli Drinkwitz could lean more on the pass to open the 2026 campaign. It's tough to project what Missouri's offense will look like given its turnover at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, but Olugbode is firmly on the college fantasy football radar after this report.
