Lamar Jackson Suffers Hamstring Strain in Week 4, Set for Further Evaluation on Monday
Lamar Jackson (hamstring) was forced to exit in the third quarter of his team's Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs due to a hamstring strain. Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk reports that Jackson felt a "grab" in his hamstring and will undergo further evaluation on Monday. Jackson finished Week 4 by going 14 of 20 through the air for 147 passing yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also rushed six times for 48 yards. Jackson was replaced by veteran quarterback Cooper Rush, who completed nine of 13 pass attempts for 52 yards against Kansas City. If Jackson were to miss time, Rush would be in line to start Baltimore's Week 5 matchup with the Houston Texans.

Patrick Mahomes Excellent in Clean Win Over Talented AFC Opponent
Patrick Mahomes completed 25 of 37 pass attempts for 270 yards, four touchdowns, and zero sacks during Sunday's Week 4 win over the Baltimore Ravens. He also took one sack and rushed for five yards. This was one of Mahomes' best outings in a long time, as well as the first time he threw for four touchdowns since 2023. The star quarterback has now scored at least 24 fantasy points in three of four games this season, ranking as the overall QB3 so far. He should be viewed as a top-five fantasy quarterback option heading into next week's matchup against a Jaguars defense that is playing surprisingly well.

Matthew Stafford Closes Out Victory as QB Leader in Week 4
Matthew Stafford completed 29 of 41 pass attempts for 375 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 4 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Heading into the Sunday night window with just three games left to be played, he leads all quarterbacks this week in passing yards and fantasy points. The big game was enough to remind fantasy managers that he's a viable option for your starting lineups despite his lack of rushing upside. He picked apart a Colts defense that had been very good entering Week 4, and he should continue to find success heading into a divisional battle against the San Francisco 49ers, who recently lost Nick Bosa (knee) for the year. Stafford is a fringe top-12 fantasy quarterback going forward.

Drake Maye Flashy in Week 4 Win Over Tough Opponent
Drake Maye completed 14 of 17 pass attempts for 203 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 4 blowout win over the Carolina Panthers. He also rushed for 11 yards and another touchdown on the ground. The 23-year-old has quietly produced one of the strongest starts to the season among all NFL quarterbacks, racking up nine touchdowns, 98 rushing yards, and just two interceptions. He ranks as the overall QB4 in fantasy points through four weeks, trailing only Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Patrick Mahomes II. That's an elite class of quarterbacks, so Maye's presence among such a talented group is a testament to the strong four weeks he's had. He has entered must-start territory as a mid-range QB1 entering next week's game against the Buffalo Bills.

Lamar Jackson Questionable to Return with Hamstring Injury
Lamar Jackson (hamstring) is currently questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Jackson exited the contest late in the third quarter due to a hamstring issue. Cooper Rush has replaced him on the field to begin the final quarter of play. Given the current score, the Ravens are likely going to take the cautious approach and hold Jackson out for the final quarter. If he doesn't return, Jackson will finish his day with 147 passing yards, a touchdown, and interception. He also rushed the ball six times for an additional 48 yards on the ground. Fantasy managers will need to check back for another update on Jackson. If he misses time, Rush figures to start under center for the Week 5 game against the Houston Texans.

Josh Allen Scores Three Times in Week 4 Win Over Saints
Josh Allen didn't have a huge day in terms of passing yardage, but was able to get the job done. Allen completed 16-of-22 passing attempts for 209 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. He also added 45 yards on seven rushing attempts with an additional touchdown on the ground. This was a solid three-score game for Allen as they were able to take down the New Orleans Saints. The Bills offense certainly had troubles at times during this game, but they were able to get the job done. Allen will remain an elite fantasy option for the Week 5 matchup against the New England Patriots.

Baltimore Ravens left tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle) exited during the first half of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Kansas City Chiefs. He is officially questionable to return. Stanley was dealing with an ankle issue earlier this week, so it's possible he re-aggravated the same injury. Mac Jones Active as Backup QB in Week 4
Mac Jones (knee) is active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He had been listed as questionable. Jones led the 49ers to a pair of victories in place of Brock Purdy (shoulder) over the last two weeks, and while he played admirably, he'll head back to the bench with Purdy healthy. Jones can be dropped to waivers in all redraft leagues.

Joe Alt Done for Week 4, Feared to Have High-Ankle Sprain
Los Angeles Chargers left tackle Joe Alt (ankle) has been downgraded to out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the New York Giants. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the team believes that Alt suffered a high-ankle sprain, but additional testing will be conducted to confirm his diagnosis. The former first-round pick has been a staple of the Chargers' offensive line. He had played every snap of the 2025 season prior to Sunday's injury, and he also played 100 percent of the snaps in 16 different games as a rookie last year. Austin Deculus will be tasked with protectingAaron Rodgers Throws for 200 Yards, Touchdown in Week 4
Aaron Rodgers completed 18 of 22 pass attempts for 200 yards and a touchdown in a Week 4 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Rodgers has now thrown for 786 yards, eight touchdowns, and three interceptions through his first four games in Pittsburgh. The 41-year-old didn't light up the stat sheet against Minnesota, but he was able to be fairly efficient without turning the football over. Rodgers profiles as a low-end fantasy QB2 at best and will be on his bye week in Week 5.

Big Numbers, Ineffective Game For Carson Wentz
Carson Wentz was mostly ineffective on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but ended with strong fantasy numbers thanks to 46 passing attempts, 30 completions, 350 passing yards and two touchdowns in a 24-21 loss. The Vikings' backup struggled overall to operate the offense, holding the ball to the tune of six sacks, throwing two picks, and nearly being intercepted twice on the Vikings' final drive, on which he committed a back-breaking intentional grounding penalty. Wentz is likely to earn at least one more start with J.J. McCarthy (ankle) injured, but he'll have a tough matchup next week with the Vikings' beat-up line facing Cleveland's excellent defensive front.

Taylor Decker Suiting Up for Week 4

Detroit Lions left tackle Taylor Decker (shoulder) is officially active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Cleveland Browns. He had been listed as questionable, and there was some concern about his availability after he missed all three practices this week. Baker Mayfield, Tristan Wirfs Active for Week 4
Baker Mayfield (bicep) and left tackle Tristan Wirfs (knee) are officially active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Philadelphia Eagles. Both players had been listed as questionable but were trending in the right direction to play. Mayfield has looked great through three games, totaling six touchdowns and zero interceptions while ranking as the overall QB10. His protection has taken a step back this year due to offensive line injuries, but he'll get a major reinforcement this week with Wirfs back in the mix. Wirfs missed the first three games of the season but should have no trouble handling 100 percent of the offensive snaps this weekend. His presence will help the Buccaneers protect Mayfield's blindside.
