Head coach Andy Reid reports that Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (knee) will undergo an MRI on his injured left knee. Mahomes exited Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers late in the fourth quarter after landing awkwardly on his left knee. It's never good news when an athlete suffers a non-contact injury, leaving questions about the former Texas Tech Red Raider's status for the remainder of the season. For what it's worth, Reid confirmed what most of us watching already knew, that the injury "didn't look good." Journeyman signal-caller Gardner Minshew worked in Mahomes' stead for the remainder of Week 15's outing, and projects to be the team's solution under center if the latter is forced to miss more time moving forward. Fantasy managers can expect an update on the 30-year-old within the next 24 hours.--Alex Ciulla

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy tallied just two receptions and 22 yards off his four targets during Sunday's loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 15. Rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders was under pressure all afternoon in Chicago, and the two have struggled to build a rapport since Sanders took over the starting position in Week 12. Sanders did look for Jeudy once in the end zone, but Jeudy was unable to haul in this fantasy-salvaging pass, and the Bears defender came away with the ball. Jeudy and the Browns head back to Cleveland in Week 16 to take on the Buffalo Bills. Even though this is a neutral match-up for wide receivers, Jeudy remains a fringe WR3/FLEX option in deep leagues moving forward.--Matt McCauley

Minnesota Wild goaltender Filip Gustavsson will guard the crease in Sunday's matchup against the Boston Bruins, Jessi Pierce of NHL.com reports. He gets a chance to log his third start in four games after Jesper Wallstedt beat the Ottawa Senators 3-2 on Saturday. Gustavsson seems to have established himself as the clear No. 1 in Minnesota again. He carries a 9-8-3 record for the season and has posted a 2.64 goals-against average with a .907 save percentage and two shutouts. Beating the Bruins won't be easy, as David Pastrnak's crew ranks seventh in the league with a scoring average of 3.28 goals per game.--Taavi Pailk

San Francisco wide receiver Ricky Pearsall limped off the field and into the team's medical tent following his first catch of Week 15. Pearsall appeared to be dealing with an ankle issue after being tackled by a Tennessee defender. Following a brief stay in the medical tent, the second-year pro was seen exercising on the sideline and has since returned to action against the Titans.--Joe Nicely - RotoBaller

Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey (illness) won't play on Sunday against the Hawks, his second-straight absence. He's under the weather, so his next chance to suit up will be on Friday night versus the Knicks at Madison Square Garden. With Joel Embiid (knee) questionable, Philly may need to rely more on Paul George and VJ Edgecombe to handle most of the work offensively. Quentin Grimes, coming off a 10-point, nine-rebound, one-block, one-steal outing in Friday's win over the Indiana Pacers, will presumably remain in the starting lineup.--Dennis Clausen

Carolina Hurricanes goaltender Brandon Bussi will start Sunday's matchup against the Philadelphia Flyers. The 27-year-old rookie will look to continue his excellent season with another win on Sunday. In his most recent start against the Washington Capitals, Bussi became the fastest goaltender in NHL history to reach 10 career wins, accomplishing this in just his 11th appearance. He has won each of his last eight starts. Bussi has recorded one shutout while allowing 2.07 goals with a .910 save percentage. The Flyers have one of the league's weakest offenses, averaging 2.83 goals per game, making this a very favorable matchup for Bussi.--Taavi Pailk

Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Cam York (upper body) has been cleared to return to the lineup on Sunday against the Carolina Hurricanes. He has been out for four games due to an upper-body injury. York will take Ty Murchison's spot in the lineup. For the season, York has averaged two blocks per game, while posting one goal and 11 assists in 23 outings on the offensive end. The 24-year-old ranks second on his team with an average ice time of 23:31. On Sunday, York is expected to play a major role again as the Flyers seek revenge for Saturday's shootout loss against Carolina.--Taavi Pailk

Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins had the backfield to himself during Sunday's 31-3 loss to the Chicago Bears, but he only managed to turn his 12 rushing attempts into 21 yards. Judkins continued his involvement in the Browns' anemic passing offense with four targets, but his three receptions resulted in a net loss of four yards. This is the second straight week Judkins has failed to gain more than 30 yards, and he was kept out of the end zone in Chicago. The Cleveland Browns face the Buffalo Bills in Week 16, who have recently struggled to defend the run. With fellow rookie running back Dylan Sampson (calf, hand) still managing injuries, Judkins should see the majority of the backfield workload again in a more favorable matchup.--Matt McCauley

Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Jaccob Slavin (lower body) will rejoin the lineup on Sunday against the Philadelphia Flyers, Chip Alexander of The Raleigh News & Observer reports. Following a 29-game absence due to a lower-body injury, the team activated Slavin from Injured Reserve. Slavin has made only two appearances this season and didn't register a point in either of the outings. Joel Nystrom will make way in the lineup for Slavin after he was reassigned to the minors on Sunday. While Slavin's return is big news for the Hurricanes, he is not expected to make a significant impact in fantasy hockey.--Taavi Pailk

Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes suffered an apparent knee injury late in the team's Week 15 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. The three-time Super Bowl winner was replaced by Gardner Minshew on the Chiefs' final possession after taking a hit while attempting a pass. Mahomes did not return to the game and was seen being helped to the Kansas City locker room by members of the training staff. The Chiefs were mathematically eliminated from the NFL playoffs with the loss, marking the first time in Mahomes' career that he's failed to qualify for the postseason.--Joe Nicely - RotoBaller

Chicago Bears wide receiver Luther Burden III (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's matchup with the visiting Cleveland Browns, according to the team. The rookie hauled in 6-of-7 targets for 84 yards (all team-highs) before exiting the contest in the second half with an ankle injury. If Burden is unable to rejoin his squad on the field, fellow wideout DJ Moore projects to see a considerable uptick in volume. Teammate Rome Odunze (foot) has already been ruled out after re-aggravating his foot issue, so Moore, Olamide Zaccheaus, and Devin Duvernay remain as the only active WRs without a designation. Expect an update on the University of Missouri product soon.--Alex Ciulla

According to Darren Urban of AZCardinals.com, Arizona Cardinals running back Bam Knight (ankle) will not return to the Week 15 road outing against the Houston Texans due to an ankle injury. Knight was initially deemed questionable to re-enter the game after he was carted off early on with an ankle injury. However, he'll now miss the remainder of the contest after recording a loss of two yards on his lone carry. Backfield mate Michael Carter has taken over lead rushing duties in the 24-year-old's stead, and he figures to get the bulk of the work this afternoon, considering teammate Emari Demercado entered the game with an ankle issue of his own. Depending on the severity of Knight's ailment, Carter could be a hot waiver add over the week ahead.--Alex Ciulla

According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Green Bay Packers running back Emanuel Wilson (illness) will be active for this weekend's road matchup with the Denver Broncos. Wilson was listed on the Packers' injury report ahead of Week 15 with an illness. However, he'd miss no practice time as they gear up for their outing with the hosting Broncos. With teammate Josh Jacobs (knee) also in line to play, the 26-year-old should assume his established role as the former's change-of-pace option in Green Bay's backfield. Wilson was excellent in Jacobs' stead back in Week 12 (28/107/2), though he's racked up just 24 yards on seven carries over the previous two games, relegating him strictly to handcuff status with the veteran healthy.--Alex Ciulla

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs (knee) will be active for Sunday's contest with the hosting Denver Broncos, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Jacobs has been dealing with a knee injury since Week 11, though he's missed just one appearance because of it. Despite being tagged with two DNPs leading up to this weekend's outing, the 27-year-old will suit up and should be slated for his usual workhorse role against the Broncos. Fortunately for Green Bay, second-string rusher Emanuel Wilson (illness) is also expected to play, meaning the team's ground game will be at full strength against the league's second-best rush defense. Even with the injury, Jacobs is a high-floor RB2 option in Week 15.--Alex Ciulla

Per the team, San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey (back, illness) will be active for Week 15's home matchup with the Tennessee Titans. Fresh off a bye week, the fantasy stalwart gave owners a scare after coming down with an illness. A late-week back issue offered no solace, but it appears that McCaffrey will be out there despite just one full practice this week. Fantasy managers can exhibit no worries slotting him into their lineups, as it doesn't appear he's in any danger of playing less than his typical allotment of snaps. McCaffrey is an elite RB1 option, and, officially, RotoBaller's PPR RB1 in this week's rankings.--Alex Ciulla

Washington Commanders wide receiver Noah Brown (ribs) has been ruled out for the remainder of his team's Week 15 matchup against the New York Giants due to a rib injury. Brown suffered a back injury earlier in the game that he was able to return from, but his day is now done due to a rib ailment. The 29-year-old recorded one catch for 28 yards on one target before exiting the game. It's been an injury-marred 2025 for Brown, as he's appeared in just four games for Washington this season. Without him, Commanders wideouts Jaylin Lane and Treylon Burks could both see more playing time alongside star wide receivers Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel Sr.--Will Brady

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Andre Baccellia (neck) has been ruled out for the remainder of his team's Week 15 matchup against the Houston Texans due to a neck injury. ESPN's Josh Weinfuss reports that the 28-year-old has full movement of all his extremities and is headed to a Houston hospital for further evaluation. Baccellia did not earn a target or a reception before exiting the game. The Cardinals entered the week already missing wide receivers Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel), Xavier Weaver (hamstring), and Greg Dortch (chest), so the team is now even more short-handed at the position. Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson and tight end Trey McBride will likely continue to dominate from a target perspective, while wideouts Jalen Brooks and Trent Sherfield Sr. could both see more playing time.--Will Brady

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Noah Fant (ankle) is questionable to return to his team's Week 15 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens with an ankle injury. The 28-year-old did not record a target or reception before exiting the game. Fant entered Week 15 with 33 receptions for 283 yards and three touchdowns on 39 targets across 12 games this season. If he is unable to return in Week 15, Bengals tight ends Mike Gesicki, Drew Sample, and Tanner Hudson could all see increased playing time. Gesicki has worked as the team's lead receiving tight end in recent weeks, earning 16 targets over his last three games heading into Week 15.--Will Brady

Houston Texans rookie running back Woody Marks (ankle) is questionable to return to his team's Week 15 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals due to an ankle injury. Marks recorded seven carries for 30 yards and one reception for eight yards before exiting the game. Houston entered the week already without veteran Nick Chubb (ribs), so the team's running back depth is being challenged in Week 15. If Marks is unable to return, Dare Ogunbowale and Jawhar Jordan would likely see the majority of Houston's backfield snaps for the remainder of the game against Arizona. Ogunbowale and Jordan entered the week with just four combined carries on the season.--Will Brady

Washington Commanders left tackle Laremy Tunsil (shoulder) is officially questionable to return to his team's Week 15 matchup against the New York Giants due to a shoulder injury. The 31-year-old has started all 14 of Washington's games to this point in 2025. Tunsil is generally considered one of the best left tackles in the NFL and is in the midst of another excellent season. Entering Week 15, Pro Football Focus graded Tunsil as the third-best pass-blocking tackle and eighth-best player overall at the position out of 81 qualified players. If he's unable to return, Brandon Coleman would likely handle left tackle duties for Washington for the remainder of Week 15.--Will Brady

The Kansas City Chiefs said wide receiver Xavier Worthy (head) is being evaluated for a possible concussion during Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers. The second-year receiver did not have a catch on one target at the time of his exit. Already on the verge of missing the playoffs, the defending AFC Champions likely will have to run the table to keep their slim odds alive. If Worthy were to miss time, the Chiefs likely would lean into a familiar cast of characters, including JuJu Smith-Schuster, Marquise Brown, and Tyquan Thornton behind No. 1 receiver Rashee Rice.--Nick Piotrowicz

The Washington Commanders deemed wide receiver Noah Brown (back) questionable to return to their Week 15 game against the New York Giants. The 29-year-old receiver has been used sparingly this season, but did connect with backup quarterback Marcus Mariota for a 28-yard gain on Sunday. Fellow receiver Luke McCaffrey (collarbone) remains on injured reserve, opening the door for midseason addition Treylon Burks to step into a larger role. For fantasy purposes, Brown is already in a depth role that doesn't warrant a roster spot in the majority of formats.--Nick Piotrowicz

The Arizona Cardinals said running back Bam Knight (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Houston Texans after departing due to an ankle injury. The fourth-year pro was carted off, just the latest in a brutal season for the Cardinals. Quarterback Kyler Murray (foot), running back James Conner (foot), and running back Trey Benson (knee) are already out for the season, while 2024 first-round pick Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) is out today for the fourth time in five weeks. If Knight is unable to return Sunday, the Cards likely will lean on the tandem of Michael Carter and Emari Demercado (ankle), the latter of whom was questionable for the game but is active.--Nick Piotrowicz

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (knee) is questionable ahead of Sunday's game in Atlanta. Fantasy managers are used to seeing his name on the injury report. However, with Tyrese Maxey (illness) doubtful, more attention is on Embiid's availability after he had 39 points in Friday's win over the Indiana Pacers. If he ends up getting ruled out (along with Maxey), that should mean extra scoring opportunities for Paul George and VJ Edgecombe, at the very least. As far as the middle is concerned, Andre Drummond, averaging 10.1 points and 11.8 rebounds in 11 starts this season, remains the favorite to replace Embiid in the rotation.--Dennis Clausen

Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen (finger) is expected to play in Sunday's meeting with the Hornets after missing the last six games. His return can't come soon enough, with Evan Mobley (calf) anticipated to miss 2-4 weeks. While Allen hasn't been as productive on the scoring end, averaging 14.3 points, that may change with Mobley sidelined. Of course, that's assuming Allen is cleared to suit up. If he ends up suffering a setback, Thomas Bryant should enter the starting lineup, which would likely result in a double-double upside.--Dennis Clausen

In a surprise development, Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns after originally being active, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The second-year receiver was given the all-clear to play on Sunday, but re-aggravated the injury before the game and won't play at all. It was an unfortunate development for any manager who started Odunze, as the news arrived just minutes before kickoff without hardly any notice to make a lineup change. Odunze came into Week 15 ranked as the No. 29 overall PPR receiver with 44 catches for 661 yards and six touchdowns, but managers will have to hope for good news in the next couple of days about his status for Week 16 against Green Bay.--Nick Piotrowicz

The Los Angeles Rams plan to prioritize a long-term extension for superstar wide receiver Puka Nacua, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. The Rams will reportedly try to make Nacua one of the highest-paid wide receivers in the NFL during the upcoming offseason. The BYU product is in the middle of his third season and has been dominant every year, establishing himself as one of the best young receivers in football. As a non-first-round pick, Nacua is only under team control for four years after being drafted, which means his contract is currently set to expire after the 2026 campaign. An extension would give the Rams long-term stability at the wide receiver position with Davante Adams, 32, more of a short-term option. Fantasy managers would appreciate the consistency, too, as Nacua was the WR4 in PPR leagues as a rookie and is the overall WR2 so far this year.--Andersen Pickard

Houston Texans tight end Harrison Bryant (neck, shoulder) was activated from Injured Reserve this week and is officially active for Sunday's game against the visiting Arizona Cardinals in Week 15. Bryant will return after missing four games on IR with neck and shoulder injuries. The 27-year-old isn't a realistic fantasy option at the tight end position in his return as a backup behind Dalton Schultz. Before getting hurt, Bryant had only two receptions on six targets for seven yards in his first eight games with the Texans in 2025. He will be battling for TE2 duties the rest of the season alongside Cade Stover. If anything were to happen to Schultz, Bryant would be an option off the waiver wire as a TE2 streamer.--Keith Hernandez

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Darnell Washington (concussion) has been cleared from the league's concussion protocol and has been upgraded to active for the Monday night contest against the visiting Miami Dolphins to close out Week 15 action, according to director of communications Burt Lauten. Washington was initially listed as questionable on the team's final injury report on Saturday, but he has since been cleared by an independent neurologist and will play against Miami. The 6-foot-7, 264-pounder should be treated as TE3 in fantasy despite his growing role in recent weeks. Washington has caught five of his seven targets for 79 yards in the last three games, but having to contend for targets with fellow TEs Pat Freiermuth and Jonnu Smith every week makes him too hard to trust as a starter in fantasy.--Keith Hernandez

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman (ankle) is officially inactive on Sunday against the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals. Bateman was a mid-week addition to the Ravens' Week 15 injury report and will now sit out a crucial divisional clash this weekend. The 26-year-old had the best year of his NFL career in 2024, but he has not continued that momentum into 2025, as he's caught just 18 passes for 217 yards and two touchdowns on 35 targets through 11 games this year. His absence against a porous Bengals defense will create more opportunities for veteran DeAndre Hopkins, who won't be a terrible sleeper choice as a WR4/flex in Week 15. Bateman was limited in Thursday's practice before sitting out on Friday. It remains to be seen if he'll be ready to return in Week 16 against the New England Patriots. He is currently rostered in only 14% of Yahoo leagues.--Keith Hernandez
