NFL Power Rankings: Where Do All 32 Teams Stand During OTAs?

Matthew Stafford - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Quincy's NFL power rankings during OTAs. Where does each team stand during OTAs? Read the updated power rankings featuring the Seattle Seahawks and more.

The NFL season is quickly approaching. Offseason workouts are underway as teams look to enter the 2026 season at full strength. Rookies are entering the fold, and excitement is growing. Meaningful football will be here in just a few short months.

At this point in the offseason, we are hearing rumblings from early camps that can provide indications as to how well teams may perform this coming season. This can include how well rookies are faring, how well free agents are adjusting, and how successful new coaches are at implementing their systems.

With the excitement growing, it is time for us to dive in and take a look at where everyone stands heading into the new season. NFL power rankings never stop adjusting, even when there is not a lot going on around the league. Let's jump in and take a look.

No. 32 - Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals are entering the season near the bottom of the league. They made a couple of questionable draft choices and still have not sorted out their quarterback situation. We will have to watch and see how this situation will play out.

No. 31 - Miami Dolphins

Miami is entering 2026 in a full rebuild. The new coaching staff tore this roster down to the nubs. Perhaps keeping them this low on this list is their inability to provide Malik Willis with enough weapons to get a true look at him as a potential franchise quarterback. If Willis fails this year, it will be an organizational failure.

No. 30 - New York Jets

The Jets may actually have a product worth getting excited about this season. The offense is suddenly loaded with weapons, even if the quarterback situation is not sorted out. The defense should also be much improved. If the coaching staff can do its job, the Jets could have a solid season in 2026.

No. 29 - Las Vegas Raiders

Reports from camp suggest that the Raiders are bringing Fernando Mendoza along very slowly. That will be great for his development as he learns the ropes behind Kirk Cousins. This new regime seems to have a great plan in place to finally return the Raiders to relevance.

No. 28 - Cleveland Browns

The Browns did well during the NFL Draft. This defense should be dominant once again, and the offense should be improved. The team has a smattering of quarterbacks to choose from as well. Right now, it sounds like Deshaun Watson may have a legitimate chance to win the QB1 job in Cleveland this season.

No. 27 - Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta is entering this season with a lot of uncertainty. On paper, the roster is not half bad. However, the quarterback situation is unsettled. The new regime will attempt to turn this franchise around.

No. 26 - New York Giants

The Giants look like a team that could be dominant on defense. They have plenty of unproven, yet talented pieces on offense as well. John Harbaugh should do well to get the most out of this roster. The rest of the NFC East may have some competition in New York in 2026.

No. 25 - Tennessee Titans

Tennessee is an absolute sleeper team this year. Early reports from camp suggest that the rookies are acclimating well to the team. The new regime brought in a serious infusion of talent that should help Tennessee be at least competitive in most games. At the end of the day, it all hinges upon the development of Cam Ward.

No. 24 - Washington Commanders

Despite a shallow stable of picks in 2026, the Commanders maximized their selections. They look like a team ready to return to their glory from just a couple of seasons ago. This team will go as far as a healthy Jayden Daniels can take it.

No. 23 - Indianapolis Colts

Positive news out of Colts camp suggests that Daniel Jones is moving around. With a healthy Jones, Indianapolis will hope to return to the form it was displaying over the first half of 2025. Of course, the Colts' schedule will not be quite so easy this season. Jones will need to prove that he truly has turned a corner in his career.

No. 22 - Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings remain mum on their quarterback situation, but both J.J. McCarthy and Kyler Murray seem to be throwing well in camp. The job is seemingly Murray's to lose as he has the experience edge over McCarthy. However, a level up from McCarthy is not out of the question.

No. 21 - New Orleans Saints

The Saints look like they could be ready to take over the NFC South. This team had one heck of an NFL Draft, and it has a great coaching staff in place. New Orleans is definitely on the upswing at this point. Tampa Bay and Carolina better watch out.

No. 20 - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Buccaneers experienced a tough downfall over the second half of 2025 that they will look to avoid in 2026. Unfortunately for Tampa Bay, the rest of the division got a lot better as well. Time will tell if the Buccaneers keep up on a talent level. First and foremost, this team needs to get Bucky Irving back healthy.

No. 19 - Carolina Panthers

The Panthers look like a team ready to take the next step. This roster is now loaded with talent. The biggest question mark lies at the quarterback position. Bryce Young has incrementally improved every season, but he has never taken a massive leap forward. The Panthers will hope this is his year, but it is difficult to project how well Young will play in 2026.

No. 18 - Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys suddenly have a defense after a great draft landed this team plenty of defensive talent. Dallas will look to return to the top of the NFC East, with other teams in the division experiencing quite a bit of change. This will be an interesting situation to watch as it unfolds.

No. 17 - Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals are ready for a turnaround after addressing plenty of needs this offseason. Now, they will look to keep Joe Burrow healthy and figure out how to stop a nosebleed defensively. If those two things happen, there is no reason why this team cannot win the AFC North.

No. 16 - Pittsburgh Steelers

Aaron Rodgers is officially back in Pittsburgh in what should amount to his final season. The fact that he is showing up and signing now suggests that he is committed to putting in work this season. If this team can get a little more out of Rodgers in 2026, it could make some noise with a ready-made defense already in place.

No. 15 - Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens are ready for change this season after moving on from the John Harbaugh era. Lamar Jackson seems to be sold on the new direction of the franchise. His buy-in is instrumental in this team's success. Baltimore has the talent to make a deep playoff run; now, it just needs to put it all together on the field.

No. 14 - Green Bay Packers

The Packers are in a bit of a precarious position. They play in perhaps the best division in the NFL, and they have been unable to crack through a deep playoff run over the last couple of seasons. The team has plenty of talent, but the Packers have yet to put it all together. They will attempt to do so in 2026 despite all of the competition in their division.

No. 13 - Detroit Lions

The Lions, like the Packers, are looking to get over the hump in the toughest division in football. After reigning over the NFC North for a couple of years, Detroit was the odd man out in 2025, finishing last in the division. With all the talent present in this division, any team could finish in that position. This is going to be an exciting team and division to keep an eye on in 2026.

No. 12 - Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles are entering a transition period with new offensive weapons entering the fold. This season's success is contingent upon the ability of offensive coordinator Sean Mannion and Jalen Hurts to mesh. If that partnership is successful, the Eagles will be successful.

No. 11 - San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers retooled this offseason solidly. They added to their offense and bolstered defensive depth. The key to their success lies in their health. This team can never seem to stay healthy by the end of the year. If it is healthy, it may very well compete for an NFC West title.

No. 10 - Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers are chomping at the bit to take a large step forward as a franchise. They have retooled the coaching staff and have used this offseason to get healthy. Los Angeles has a chance to compete for an AFC West title, but the other three teams in the division will be lurking.

No. 9 - Houston Texans

The Texans continue to boast a dominant defensive unit. Unfortunately, Houston's offense has not done its part to support the defense over the last couple of seasons. 2026 is a big year for the young offensive pieces, especially C.J. Stroud.

No. 8 - Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars will look to run it back and take a step forward with a team that was a Josh Allen effort away from heading to the Divisional Round this past offseason. Jacksonville has the talent to do it. Most importantly, it looks like the Jaguars have the coach/quarterback combination to get them over that hump as well. This will be fun to watch.

No. 7 - Chicago Bears

The Bears made a lot of improvements during free agency, but time will tell if they will keep up with all the other teams in the NFC North. Fresh off a division title, Chicago will look to defend. However, in this division, any success is fragile.

No. 6 - Kansas City Chiefs

Defense. Defense. Defense. The Chiefs are going to field one of the best defensive units in the league once again after spending the majority of their draft capital on that side of the ball. Of course, the recent news involving Rashee Rice and his time away from the team while serving jail time is concerning. The Chiefs will need to hope that some of the young wide receivers on this roster are able to step up this season.

No. 5 - Denver Broncos

The Broncos feel like they were a Bo Nix injury away from the Super Bowl this past season. They retooled by getting Nix some new weapons, including Jaylen Waddle. Denver will have its work cut out this season as it attempts to compete once again in a loaded AFC. After all, it was one of the weaker No. 1 seeds in recent memory.

No. 4 - Buffalo Bills

The Bills will look to finally get over the hump this season. Years of heartbreak can weigh on a franchise and its players. However, whenever you are rolling Josh Allen out on the field, you stand a chance.

No. 3 - New England Patriots

The Patriots' young roster will look to take a step forward as they get over their loss in the Super Bowl. New England seems likely to land Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown, which would take the offense to the next level. There is still a lot of room for growth in Drake Maye's game as well. The Patriots should be right back in the mix despite a much tougher schedule this coming season.

No. 2 - Los Angeles Rams

The Rams are looking like a very strong team this coming season. They plugged holes on the defensive side of the ball and even signed Matthew Stafford to a one-year extension. Stafford's extension suggests that he may just yet play another couple of seasons. There are no glaring weaknesses on this team. Watch out, NFC.

No. 1 - Seattle Seahawks

Seattle enters the offseason training camp with no glaring holes. The reigning Super Bowl champions have as good a chance as anyone of reaching and winning the big game in 2026. The team has weapons everywhere and the league's best defense. The team's biggest obstacle will be the competition it will face in the NFC West.
