Hey, RotoBallers! Welcome back to another Two-Start Pitchers - Fantasy Baseball Waiver Wire Streamers and Starts article for Week 15 of 2025, from July 7 to July 13. It's a great time to take a chance on a two-start pitcher before the All-Star break throws rotations into a different order.

Each week of the 2025 fantasy baseball season, this fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups column will identify starting pitchers in line to make two starts in the upcoming week. It will look at fantasy baseball streamers ahead of the Sunday night waiver wire run for leagues with weekly transactions.

There are 34 pitchers currently scheduled to make two starts during this period. We will examine the ideal options with roster rates under 50 percent. Pitchers with roster rates over 50 percent will also be listed. The other two-start pitchers are available, but they are not listed, as they should be avoided.

Best Available Two-Start Pitcher Streamers

Noah Cameron (38% Rostered), Kansas City Royals

Scheduled Starts: vs. PIT, vs. NYM

Noah Cameron ran the gauntlet in his rookie year, but he's come out of a difficult set of opponents with a sparkling 2.56 ERA, 3.96 FIP, 1.01 WHIP, 19.3% strikeout rate, and 8.5% walk rate through 10 starts.

Of course, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. His .206 BABIP, 9% HR/FB ratio, and 84.4% left-on-base rate indicate some luck in the run-prevention department. His strikeout rate is also likely to hover around the league average, considering his 25.6% whiff rate and 28.3% CSW rate.

He's due to regress, but even a light version of Cameron should have an easy time this week with starts against a Pittsburgh offense ranked 27th in runs scored this season and a Mets offense ranked 21st in scoring since June 1.

Riskier Two-Start Pitcher Streamer Picks

Brady Singer (42% Rostered), Cincinnati Reds

Scheduled Starts: vs. MIA, vs. COL

Brady Singer has had a tough go of it recently, resulting in a 4.36 ERA, 4.17 FIP, 1.34 WHIP, 20.5% strikeout rate, and 11% walk rate through 17 starts this season.

A deeper look doesn't help much, as his .268 BABIP, 13.5% HR/FB ratio, 9.7% SwStr rate, and 27.7% CSW rate all spell worse numbers from here on out.

Colorado's away splits (.612 OPS in away games, .728 OPS at home) usually offer favorable streaming conditions for any pitcher lucky enough to go against them on the road. However, going from Coors Field to Cincinnati's Great American Ball Park is not enough of a downgrade to consider them a safe matchup. Miami's offense ranks 16th in scoring since June 1, making them an unsafe matchup as well.

Jose Soriano (39% Rostered), Los Angeles Angels

Scheduled Starts: vs. TEX, vs. ARZ

For all the ups and downs we see from Jose Soriano, he's in the midst of another solid year. Through 18 starts, he holds a 3.72 ERA, 3.25 FIP, 1.42 WHIP, 20.5% strikeout rate, and 10.6% walk rate.

The high walk rate and WHIP are the backbreakers, but a .328 BABIP and elite 69.7% groundball rate should alleviate any concerns regarding Soriano's performance ROS.

Unfortunately, an Arizona offense ranked third in scoring this season is a tough ask for even the best starting pitchers.

Eury Perez (36% Rostered), Miami Marlins

Scheduled Starts: @ CIN, @ BAL

Eury Perez's season debut has unfortunately gone off with a few hitches. Through five starts, he holds a 4.50 ERA, 3.27 FIP, 1.18 WHIP, 22.6% strikeout rate, and 11.8% walk rate.

Perez's 13.6% SwStr rate and 2.79 xERA show he'll be able to push across good starts through sheer will. However, his command struggles make him an unreliable stream at this stage.

Regardless, it would've been difficult to confidently stream him against two offenses that rank among the 10 highest-scoring teams since June 5.

Jeffrey Springs (30% Rostered), Athletics

Scheduled Starts: vs. ATL, vs. TOR

Jeffrey Springs is still struggling in his first year with the Athletics, sporting a 4.07 ERA, 4.77 FIP, 1.23 WHIP, 19.2% strikeout rate, and 9% walk rate through 97 1/3 innings.

Two Sutter Health Park starts already put him on the outs this week. A start in Sutter Health Park against a Toronto offense leading the league in scoring since June 1 should disqualify Springs from consideration.

Landen Roupp (29% Rostered), San Francisco Giants

Scheduled Starts: vs. PHI, vs. LAD

Landen Roupp's first year in the rotation has gone well, with a 3.48 ERA, 3.89 FIP, 1.48 WHIP, 20.6% strikeout rate, and 10% walk rate through 17 starts. Roupp's 30% CSW rate and .319 BABIP undercut command concerns, but his 4.30 xERA is among the significant blemishes in his profile.

With a Dodgers offense leading the league in scoring on the docket this week, it would be wise to leave Roupp alone this week.

Nick Martinez (27% Rostered), Cincinnati Reds

Scheduled Starts: vs. MIA, vs. COL

After a short demotion to the bullpen, Nick Martinez is back in the rotation. He's had a few good starts this year (he took a no-hitter into the ninth inning just a little over a week ago), but it's mostly been rough sailing for the 34-year-old.

Through 97 2/3 innings as a starter, he holds a 4.33 ERA, 4.29 FIP, 1.21 WHIP, 17.5% strikeout rate, and 5.3% walk rate.

Like Singer, Martinez will not be able to take advantage of his subpar opponents because he'll take starts against both Miami and Colorado in the hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park.

Brayan Bello (25% Rostered), Boston Red Sox

Scheduled Starts: vs. COL, vs. TB

Brayan Bello is still managing a well enough season, with a 3.42 ERA, 4.54 FIP, 1.38 WHIP, 16.7% strikeout rate, and 10% walk rate through 76 1/3 innings. While he's managed to keep scoring at bay, his high FIP, walk rate, and low strikeout rate (backed by an 8.2% SwStr rate and 24.1% CSW rate) are of obvious concern.

Bello should be able to eat innings against a Rockies offense on the road, but you can't ask for a clean start against a Tampa Bay offense leading the league in scoring since June 2.

Andrew Heaney (17% Rostered), Pittsburgh Pirates

Scheduled Starts: @ KC, @ MIN

While we're likely past the nadir of his season, Andrew Heaney has given us some terrible innings lately. In his last 11 starts, he holds a 5.21 ERA, 5.40 FIP, 1.40 WHIP, 16.3% strikeout rate, and 8.9% walk rate.

While Kansas City and Minnesota rank among the 10 lowest-scoring offenses in the league this season, Heaney still isn't a reliable bet.

Andre Pallante (10% Rostered), St. Louis Cardinals

Scheduled Starts: vs. WAS, vs. ATL

While he has pitched some good innings this season, Andre Pallante's performance this season grades out as below average. Through 17 starts, he holds a 4.10 ERA, 4.42 FIP, 1.28 WHIP, 15.8% strikeout rate, and 7.8% walk rate.

The Nationals are above water, ranking 14th in scoring this season. The Braves are still struggling, ranking 24th in the league in scoring this season. Pallante isn't a reliable stream this week.

Joey Cantillo (1% Rostered), Cleveland Guardians

Scheduled Starts: @ HOU, @ CHW

With Luis L. Ortiz placed on indefinite leave while the MLB engages in an investigation related to a betting infraction, Joey Cantillo steps into the rotation. Cantillo has pitched well in a relief role this season, with a 3.41 ERA, 4.16 FIP, 1.39 WHIP, 29.7% strikeout rate, and 12.3% walk rate through 31 2/3 innings.

The Astros have had a top-10 scoring offense since June 1, but the White Sox rank dead last in scoring this season. Cantillo's strikeout floor makes him an enticing pick, but the 25-year-old won't throw enough innings to warrant a stream.
