Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott enters Week 11 looking to bounce back after a rough two-game stretch where he averaged just 11 fantasy points, easily his coldest run of the season. Even with the slump, Prescott has been one of the top quarterbacks in fantasy this year, and the underlying metrics still point to a player performing at a high level overall. This week sets up nicely for a rebound. Dallas plays the Las Vegas Raiders, a defense that gives up 214 passing yards per game and struggles to consistently pressure quarterbacks, ranking in the bottom 10 in sacks. Opposing passers have regularly outperformed expectations against this unit, which should give Prescott cleaner pockets and more chances to push the ball downfield. Coming out of the bye, the Cowboys' offense should reset and get back to its usual rhythm. Add in one of the highest implied totals of the week at 49.5, and Prescott is positioned for a strong fantasy outing with plenty of scoring opportunities on the table. He remains a confident QB1 play and is RotoBaller's 4th-ranked quarterback for Week 11.--Chris Moore

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Geno Smith hasn't had his best season through nine games and is coming off another tough performance in Week 10 at the Denver Broncos. Smith completed 16 of 26 passes for 143 yards and an interception, while also taking a season high six sacks. The 35-year-old came out of the game briefly for Kenny Pickett due to a bruised quadriceps injury, but was able to return and finish the game. Smith had the mini-bye after playing on Thursday night to rest the injury and heads into Monday night without an injury designation. The veteran hasn't been a playable fantasy option in most leagues in his first year in Las Vegas, but he has appeal as a QB2 streamer against a poor Dallas Cowboys defense that has allowed the most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks on Monday night. Smith ranks as RotoBaller's QB18 for Week 11.--Kyle McCarthy

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence remains a clear QB2 against a solid Los Angeles Chargers defense in Week 11. Lawrence struggled in Week 10 against a great Texans pass defense, and he has a similar matchup with the Chargers. They rank as one of the top defenses in fantasy against quarterbacks, which means a low ceiling for the former top pick. A lot of his weapons are also banged up, making things even harder for Lawrence. He has had some boom games when he gets involved in the rushing game, but his inconsistency keeps Lawrence in QB2 territory in Week 11.--Seth Quinn - RotoBaller

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Penix Jr. completed just 12 of 28 passes in Week 10 for 177 yards, leaving him with a lowly 58.8 percent completion rate for the season. However, it was the fifth straight game with a touchdown pass, giving him an 8:1 TD:INT over that stretch. While the latter stat is notable, he could have a tough time continuing that trend on Sunday against the Panthers, which is a defense that is middle of the road against the pass and limited the lefty QB to 18-for-36 passing for 172 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions in this matchup back in Week 3. After being sacked three times last week, the 25-year-old will also now be without starting left guard Matthew Bergeron (ankle), and his favorite target, Drake London (illness/back), heads into the weekend questionable after limited sessions Thursday and Friday. In what should be a competitive game, the Falcons have Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier to rely on as well, so it all adds up to Penix being a low-end QB2 on Sunday.--Jarod Rupp

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Flacco (shoulder) didn't practice on Wednesday and Friday (limited on Thursday) due to a nagging right shoulder injury. Fortunately, it won't be enough to keep him off the field for the Week 11 AFC North clash with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Flacco spent over a decade with the Baltimore Ravens, so he's quite familiar with Sunday's opponent. However, despite numerous encounters with the Steelers over the years, Flacco's most recent showing against the team back in Week 7 was arguably his best, with the signal-caller throwing for 342 yards and three touchdowns off 31-for-47 passing. He has played at an elevated level since first suiting up for the Bengals, so expectations remain high. With that said, Flacco is surrounded by a quality supporting cast, at least on the offensive side of the ball, giving him plenty of credibility as a starting fantasy option in any format for Sunday's anticipated high-scoring affair.--Dennis Clausen

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen attempted 40 passes and topped 300 passing yards for just the second time this season in his team's ugly Week 10 loss to the Miami Dolphins. Allen and the rest of the Bills will be looking to make up for last week's performance in Week 11 when they host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Through 10 weeks in 2025, Tampa Bay has been a favorable matchup for opposing passing attacks. The Bucs defense is a bottom-10 unit in terms of yards allowed per pass attempt (7.4). Tampa Bay has also generally been fairly stout against the run, which could force the Bills to turn to the air more often than they would typically like. If there's one area of concern for Allen's fantasy outlook, it's that he will be without one of his top receiving weapons in tight end Dalton Kincaid (hamstring). Still, Allen is a must-start fantasy quarterback in all league formats in Week 11.--Will Brady

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams has been a fantasy superstar in November, averaging 31.9 fantasy points in the last two weeks. Not only has Williams been fantastic through the air, but he's been elite on the ground as well. The second-year quarterback is in the midst of a breakout season, ranking as the QB6 on a per-game basis. He faces the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11, a defense that he has had plenty of success against in his career. In three career games against Brian Flores' defense, Williams has averaged 21.9 fantasy points per game and no interceptions. Williams is a QB1 in Week 11 and is a sure-fire start in all fantasy formats, as he looks to continue his hot streak.--Nathan Harvey

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford continues to play at an MVP level, and he should be started in all fantasy leagues ahead of Week 11 against the Seattle Seahawks. Despite having no rushing upside, Stafford has been delivering some of the best fantasy performances of his career lately. He has a whopping 20 passing touchdowns over his last six games and ranks as the overall QB7 in fantasy football this season. Sunday's matchup will pit two divisional foes head-to-head with a chance to gain -- or lose -- key ground in the NFC West. The Seahawks have been tough on quarterbacks this year, but they still surrendered 258 passing yards and two touchdowns to Jacoby Brissett last week. The ceiling remains incredibly high for Stafford, who has repeatedly proven that he is matchup-proof.--Andersen Pickard

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Jacoby Brissett has been a reliable fantasy option in every game he has started so far, and he will look to maintain his success during Sunday's Week 11 contest against the San Francisco 49ers. In four starts with Kyler Murray (foot) sidelined, Brissett has totaled 1,118 passing yards, eight passing touchdowns, one rushing touchdown, one interception, and three lost fumbles. During that span, he ranks as the overall QB9 in fantasy points per game. The veteran signal-caller handled a very tough test last week against the Seahawks, and so he remains an intriguing fantasy option this week in a slightly softer matchup against the Niners. San Francisco has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points and sixth-most touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks in 2025. The 49ers' defense has also forced just one interception, which is the second-fewest in the NFL. Brissett is a low-end QB1 who can be started in most leagues this week.--Andersen Pickard

New York Giants quarterback Jameis Winston is set to make his first start of the season in Week 11 against the Green Bay Packers, filling in for an injured Jaxson Dart (concussion). Winston will get the start over Russell Wilson as he is demoted to QB3. The former first overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft takes over at the helm with interim head coach Mike Kafka after Brian Daboll was fired earlier this week. Winston produced his standard numbers in seven games as a starter in Cleveland last season, completing 61.1% of his passes for 2,121 yards with 13 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. The 31-year-old will be without one of New York's top wideouts in Darius Slayton (hamstring), in a stiff test against a stout Green Bay Packers defense that has allowed the second-fewest net yards per pass attempt (5.1) this season. Winston provides plenty of volatility in a given week, and he'll project as a low-end QB2 for Week 11.--Kyle McCarthy

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson put up a lackluster performance in Week 10, especially for his standards. It was the only game that he played start to finish and didn't end up in QB1 territory. In Week 11, he takes on the Cleveland Browns, who haven't been very easy for opposing quarterbacks. They're ranked as the fifth-toughest matchup for the position and give up an average of 13.83 fantasy points per game. Jackson was one of only two QBs that has already thrown for 200+ yards and three or more touchdowns against this defense, though. He finished as QB3 in that Week 2 showdown and is projected for the same finish this time around.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

Houston Texans quarterback Davis Mills will make his second straight start for the team in Week 11 when they visit the Titans, since C.J. Stroud (concussion) will miss a second straight contest. Last week, Mills led the team to a big comeback win in Week 10 over the Jaguars by running for the game-winning touchdown to go with his 20 rushing yards and throwing for 292 yards and two touchdowns. Mills had to attempt 45 passes and connected on 60% of those passes, finishing with 27 completions. The Texans will hope for a very different game script this week, looking to play from ahead against the Titans. If they can do that, Mills shouldn't attempt nearly as many passes, limiting his ceiling. He's only the QB26 in RotoBaller's rankings, so he's a very shaky play since he should be in more of a game manager role this week.--Zach Thompson

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) has no designation on the team's final injury report ahead of their divisional clash with the Arizona Cardinals in Week 11. Purdy was listed as questionable in each of the last two weeks before ultimately being scratched from both contests. Sunday's action will be his first time back on the field since Week 4 and just his third start of the season. Purdy's return to action coincides with that of Ricky Pearsall (knee), which means the quarterback will have Pearsall, Jauan Jennings, and George Kittle all on the field for the first time since Week 1. Arizona has played well against opposing quarterbacks this season, but backup quarterback Mac Jones (knee) passed for 284 yards and a touchdown with one interception against the Cardinals back in Week 3. Similar results are within reach for Purdy, who projects as a borderline QB1/QB2 in Week 11.--Dan Stephens

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes will take on the Denver Broncos on Sunday in Week 11. Mahomes has been the best quarterback in fantasy this season on a per-game basis and should be ready to compete coming out of the team's bye. The 30-year-old had his worst game of the season in Week 9 before the bye, completing just 44% of his passes while throwing an interception and scoring zero touchdowns in their loss to the Buffalo Bills. Despite having an extra week to rest and prepare, Mahomes could have a hard time getting back on track against the Broncos, who have allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season. Divisional matchups also tend to be lower-scoring affairs given the familiarity between the teams, which could work against Mahomes having a ceiling performance this week. Mahomes is ranked QB7 in our RotoBaller rankings, making him a mid-range QB1 but with lower expectations than in other weeks.--Joshua Costello

Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix will face the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11 at home. Nix is going to have a difficult matchup, as the Chiefs currently rank ninth in total yards allowed per game, with an average of 291.8, and seventh in passing yards allowed, with an average of 187.2. In Week 10, Nix ended his fourth-quarter magic streak and marked his second consecutive game with under 200 yards passing on the day. With running back J.K. Dobbins (foot) being out with an injury this week, it's possible that the Broncos could put more pressure on Nix to get the passing attack back in a flow state, although the Chiefs will make it difficult to do that. As RotoBaller's QB21 for Week 11, Nix is a solid option in Superflex leagues, but managers might want to look elsewhere in single QB formats in Week 11.--Luke DeMarcus
