Devin McCuin Draws Praise
Senior Ohio State wide receiver Devin McCuin received praise from head coach Ryan Day, as Day stated that "he's as good as we've had here." Ohio State has a track record for developing first-round receivers, but McCuin is not one of the first names that comes to mind when you think of the current depth at the position. That being said, the UTSA transfer has had a steady drumbeat in his favor all offseason. Day said that, "You saw him come in in the spring, do some good things. But in the summer, he's taken off with his body and just the way he's practiced." McCuin had 65 receptions for 726 yards and eight touchdowns last season at UTSA, and is looking to make a big impact in Columbus this fall.
