Chicago Bulls forward Julian Phillips (wrist) is ruled out ahead of Tuesday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. Phillips made his return from a two-game absence on Friday, but is still dealing with this lingering wrist issue. The team will take the cautious approach and hold him out of Tuesday's contest. His absence shouldn't have a huge impact on the rotation, given he's only averaging 9.6 minutes per game. Dalen Terry and Isaac Okoro figure to see more run with Phillips sidelined for this game.--Andy Webb

Milwaukee Bucks point guard Kevin Porter Jr. (oblique) could return to action on Wednesday against the New Orleans Pelicans, The Athletic's Eric Nehm reports. He will miss a sixth straight game on Tuesday against the Chicago Bulls. However, Bucks head coach Doc Rivers sounded optimistic about Porter Jr.'s chances to play this week. If he can't make it back on Wednesday, he will have a good chance to play in Friday's matchup with the Indiana Pacers. With Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) out of the lineup and potentially out of town soon, Porter Jr.'s fantasy stock could explode. In games without Antetokounmpo, Porter Jr. has averaged 20.1 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 8.4 assists this season.--Taavi Pailk

Milwaukee Bucks forward Bobby Portis (hip) won't suit up against the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday. The 30-year-old veteran is dealing with a right hip contusion and his next chance to play is Wednesday against the Pelicans. With Portis of action for tonight's contest, Gary Trent and Pete Nance could see more frontcourt minutes than usual, but neither player brings much to the table fantasy-wise.--Andrew Lennox

Chicago Bulls guard Tre Jones (hamstring) is available ahead of Tuesday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. According to K.C. Johnson, Jones will dress, but he's unlikely to play during Tuesday's contest. He has been sidelined since late January due to a lingering hamstring issue. The Bulls are extremely shorthanded at the guard spot, but it sounds like they don't want to use Jones if they don't have to . That means Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu are likely going to see heavy minutes, with Jones unlikely to dress for this game.--Andy Webb

Los Angeles Lakers guard Austin Reaves (calf) will make his long-awaited comeback on Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets, ESPN's Dave McMenamin reports. After being listed as questionable for a couple of games, Reaves is finally ready to return from a calf injury he sustained on Christmas Day. Reaves will be under a minute restriction on Tuesday and won't start. Still, it's great to see him back in action, and it shouldn't take long for Reaves to get back up to speed. His return will affect the playing time of Marcus Smart and Gabe Vincent.--Taavi Pailk

Chicago Bulls forward/center Jalen Smith (calf) has been upgraded to available ahead of Tuesday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. Smith will make his return to the court after missing each of the last two games due to a calf injury. His return to the court comes at a good time, with the Bulls trading Nikola Vucevic to the Boston Celtics earlier in the day. He's expected to step into a bigger role with Vucevic no longer on the roster. Over his last five games, Smith is averaging 13.6 points and 7.2 rebounds. He should be a popular waiver wire addition with an increased role coming his way.--Andy Webb

According to Eddie Sefko of the Dallas Mavericks' official site, guard Brandon Williams (lower leg) won't suit up against the Celtics on Tuesday due to a right-leg contusion. He sustained the injury during Saturday's 111-107 loss to Houston. His next chance to play is on Thursday against San Antonio. The Mavs frontcourt will have to rely on Ryan Nembhard and Jaden Hardy to take on extra minutes while Williams is absent.--Andrew Lennox

Indiana Pacers center Micah Potter (hip) is ruled out ahead of Tuesday's game against the Utah Jazz. Potter will miss the second game of the back-to-back set due to a left hip contusion. His next chance to play will be on Friday against the Milwaukee Bucks. This season, Potter is averaging 6.7 points, 1.4 assists, and 3.8 rebounds in 17.2 minutes per game. There isn't a ton of playing time to go around, considering he was only averaging minutes in the teens. The assumption is that Jay Huff and Jarace Walker will see more action and have slightly increased fantasy value.--Andy Webb

Portland Trail Blazers guard Scoot Henderson (hamstring) is ruled out ahead of Tuesday's game against the Phoenix Suns. There was a chance that Henderson was going to make his season debut here. The Blazers have officially ruled him out, so fantasy managers will need to wait at least one more game. Henderson is currently working his way back from a torn hamstring that has kept him sidelined all season. Fantasy managers will need to check back on Friday for another update on his status. Caleb Love figures to lose streaming appeal once Henderson is back in the mix. For now, Love is worth looking at as a possible streaming choice for Tuesday's slate.--Andy Webb

Dallas Mavericks guard D'Angelo Russell (illness) won't be available for Tuesday's clash against the Boston Celtics. The veteran is dealing with an illness and has been ruled out after carrying a doubtful tag on the initial injury report. Russell's absence won't affect the Mavericks, as head coach Jason Kidd has used him in only one game since the turn of the year. He appears to have no future in Dallas, despite a reasonably good start to the season. Russell has averaged 10.2 points and 4.0 assists per game with the Mavericks.--Taavi Pailk

Houston Rockets forward Dorian Finney-Smith (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Wednesday's game against the Boston Celtics. This is the first game of a back-to-back set, so Finney-Smith will sit out for rest purposes. This has been an ongoing theme since Finney-Smith returned from injury in late December. The assumption is that Finney-Smith will be back in the mix for Thursday's game. Jae'Sean Tate should see more playing time with Finney-Smith unavailable. Tate will likely only play minutes in the teens, so he's not an appealing streaming option.--Andy Webb

Minnesota Timberwolves power forward Julius Randle (thumb) remains on the injury report with a questionable tag ahead of Wednesday's matchup against the Toronto Raptors. Due to a sore left thumb, Randle was also questionable for Monday's meeting with the Memphis Grizzlies, but he logged 40 minutes of action in the game. This bodes well for his chances of playing on Wednesday. However, Randle is a left-handed shooter, and the thumb issue appeared to affect his scoring ability on Monday, as the three-time All-Star shot only 5-for-14 from the field, including 1-for-6 from behind the arc. Despite his poor shooting, Randle almost pulled off a triple-double, finishing with 19 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists.--Taavi Pailk

San Antonio Spurs guard Stephon Castle (adductor) is questionable for Wednesday's matchup with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Castle may miss his second game in a row due to left adductor tightness. Across 39 games this season, the 21-year-old is averaging 16.6 points, 7.0 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals across 31.1 minutes per contest. If Castle is on the shelf, Dylan Harper could be assigned extra playing time against OKC. Harper has collected 51 points in his last three appearances.--Andrew Lennox

Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Anthony Edwards (elbow) has been listed as questionable for Wednesday's contest against the Toronto Raptors. Edwards has been dealing with a lingering foot issue and was questionable for Monday's action against Memphis due to back spasms. Now, he's on the injury report with a sore left elbow. Despite being banged up, Edwards has averaged 38.0 minutes a night across the last four games. If Edwards must take some time off to rest on Wednesday, Bones Hyland would become an attractive fantasy option.--Taavi Pailk

Detroit Pistons guard/forward Caris LeVert (illness) will be active on Tuesday against the Denver Nuggets. The veteran is finally ready to return to action after an illness took him out for seven games. Coming off the bench, LeVert has averaged 7.9 points and 2.8 assists in 19.7 minutes with the Pistons this season. His addition to the rotation could take some minutes away from Ron Holland II and Daniss Jenkins.--Taavi Pailk
