Ryan Gerard is Hoping to Keep Hot Putter Going at Wyndham Championship
After a T9 finish last week in Detroit, Ryan Gerard has now posted back to back top 10 performances, the fourth in his last seven starts. Mostly all of this recent success comes from a putter that can make putts in bunches, while not really doing anything to separate himself from tee to green. Even with how well he scored last week, he still ranked outside the top 40 in both strokes gained ball striking metrics. The good news is that he's one of the more accurate players from tee to green, which Sedgefield demands. The bad news is he's missed the cut here in two career appearances. Expect him to play all four days this time around, but he'll need to have better production with the iron play to be a real DFS asset.
