Johnny Keefer Needs More Opportunities to Thrive at Greensboro
Johnny Keefer has been putting better of late. The American golfer has gained strokes in each of his last four tournaments putting-wise. Keefer has not been able to find consistency in other metrics. Unfortunately, putts per round is still above 30 at 30.08 (158th). Too many times Keefer puts himself in a bad position with extra putts. At the Genesis Scottish Open. Keefer played well with several excellent approach shots. It was by far his best week of 2026 where he gained 3.15 strokes overall (T-3). Keefer is only 25 so his play can be uneven. It might be worth fading Keefer at the Wyndham Championship.
