Belal Muhammad Suffers Third Consecutive Loss
Former welterweight champion Belal Muhammad suffered a unanimous decision loss to Gabriel Bonfim in the main event of UFC Vegas 118 on Saturday. Muhammad was dominated and completely shut out by the Bonfim, who most likely had the best performances of his career. What's interesting is that Muhammad only had two takedown attempts. In 25 minutes of action, Muhammad landed 86 significant strikes, compared to Bonfim, who landed 128. Muhammad hasn't won a fight since winning the title from Leon Edwards at UFC 304 in July 2024, and he's now on a three-fight losing streak.
