Cleveland Browns quarterback Dillon Gabriel (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of the Week 12 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. Despite returning to practice on Friday, Gabriel won't be active this weekend. He hasn't fully cleared concussion protocol, so he won't suit up. In his absence, Shedeur Sanders will make his first career NFL start with Bailey Zappe backing him up. Gabriel wasn't lighting up the box score when he was healthy, so Sanders might be able to steal away the starting gig with a strong performance. Otherwise, Gabriel should be ready to go for the Week 13 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.--Andy Webb
