The Baltimore Orioles announced that their game on Tuesday at Camden Yards against the visiting Minnesota Twins has been postponed due to inclement weather. The contest will be made up as part of a traditional doubleheader on Wednesday, May 14, with the first game set to start at 12:05 pm ET. Left-hander
Cade Povich was set to take the mound for the Orioles, while right-hander Simeon Woods-Richardson was in line to start on the hill for Minnesota. While nothing is official, fantasy managers should expect those two pitchers to be moved back to one of the games of the twin bill on Wednesday. Los Angeles Dodgers outfield prospect
Zyhir Hope jumped 21 spots on MLB.com's latest refresh of their top-100 prospect list, moving from No. 66 overall to No. 45. The 2023 11th-round draft pick spent most of his time at Single-A in 2024, slashing .287/.415/.490 with nine home runs and eight stolen bases in 54 games, then went on to hit five home runs and collect 21 RBI over 23 games in the Arizona Fall League as a 19-year-old. The now-20-year-old is off to a good start at High-A this year, slashing .286/.375/.516 with six home runs and four stolen bases through 33 games, which should earn him a promotion to Double-A later this season. MLB.com's scouting report indicates the left-handed slugger has the potential to be a 30-home run hitter in the majors, meaning he should be all over dynasty managers' fantasy radar, although he's not expected to arrive for another couple of years.

Milwaukee Brewers pitching prospect
Logan Henderson is expected to be recalled from Triple-A Nashville to be the starter for Wednesday's game against the Cleveland Guardians. The former fourth-round draft pick has pitched well in the minors this season, and after giving up five earned runs in his first start this season, the righty has posted a 1.04 ERA, 0.77 WHIP, and a fantastic 25.2 percent K-BB% in the five appearances since (26 IP). The 23-year-old also already made one start for the Brewers earlier this season, and it was an impressive one, yielding just one earned run on three hits and a walk while striking out nine batters over six innings of work against the Athletics. This makes him an intriguing DFS option, and he could be a speculative add in deeper season-long leagues in hopes he can stick in the rotation this time around.

Washington Nationals shortstop prospect Luke Dickerson has been promoted to Single-A Fredericksburg. The 2024 second-round draft pick debuted this season with the team's Florida Complex League affiliate, going 6-for-22 (.273) with one home run, a stolen base, and a 4:4 K:BB in 26 plate appearances. The 19-year-old has 60-grade speed according to MLB.com's scouting report, so that'll be something to keep an eye on at the next level. The right-handed slugger also has some good pop and already slots in as the Nats' sixth-ranked prospect. Dickerson is still a few years away from the majors, so fantasy managers will want to see him continue to perform well as he ascends before considering him in dynasty leagues.

Grant Taylor has made six starts so far at Double-A Birmingham, but is expected to get some work out of the bullpen over the remainder of the season as a way of managing his workload. The team is exercising caution as the righty missed all of 2023 with Tommy John surgery and a lat injury limited the former second-round draft pick to just 16 IP at Single-A in 2024. In his six starts this season, the 6-foot-3 hurler owns a 1.56 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, and a 13.0 percent K-BB%, which could be higher if not for a gaudy 14.5 percent walk rate. Nevertheless, assuming his health holds up, the 22-year-old could make a push for a debut in the majors next season. While he could be a solid starter in the majors, he's not a stash candidate in dynasty leagues at the moment.

Wenceel Perez (back) said the plan is for him to start a minor-league rehab assignment with High-A West Michigan on Thursday if all goes well early in the week. Perez, who had been rehabbing at the team's spring training complex in Lakeland, Fla., did some running and played catch at Comerica Park before Monday's blowout win over the Boston Red Sox. It looks like the 25-year-old still needs to be cleared to swing before he's allowed to go on a rehab assignment later this week. He has missed the entire 2025 season to this point due to lumbar spine inflammation and won't be eligible to come off the 60-day injured list until later this month. When healthy, the Dominican outfielder will provide depth for the Tigers' outfield after he hit .242 (94-for-389) with nine home runs, 37 RBI and nine stolen bases in his first 112 MLB games a year ago.

Aaron Schunk (groin) made two minor-league rehab starts with Triple-A Albuquerque over the weekend and went 2-for-7 with a home run, two RBI and a run scored for the Isotopes as he recovers from a strained left groin. The 27-year-old made one start at second base and one at third base. Schunk isn't a lock to return to the big leagues when his rehab assignment is up, and if he does rejoin the Rockies, it will be in a utility infield role. In 20 at-bats before going on the injured list on April 26, the former second-rounder in 2019 out of Georgia had five hits (no homers), no RBI and one run scored in a bench role for the worst team in baseball. Schunk made his major-league debut in 2024 and hit .234/.265/.330 with two homers and seven RBI in 39 games played. He's only relevant in deep NL-only leagues.

Tampa Bay Rays outfielder
Josh Lowe (oblique) could come off the 10-day injured list for the team's series against the Miami Marlins that starts on Friday, according to the Tampa Bay Times' Marc Topkin. Lowe began his minor-league rehab in the rookie-level Florida Complex League before moving to Triple-A Durham last Thursday. In three rehab games with the Bulls, the 27-year-old left-handed hitter has gone 2-for-9 at the plate. He's scheduled to play in a couple more games at Triple-A this week before the Rays contemplate activating him for the weekend. Lowe has been away from the team since Opening Day, when he sustained a Grade 2 right-oblique strain on a swing. Already with a 20-homer, 30-steal season a couple of years ago, there's no reason Lowe should be floating around on any waiver wires with his return imminent.

Shane McClanahan (triceps) is still feeling discomfort in his left triceps while playing catch from 60 feet, according to head coach Kevin Cash. It's not excellent news, but doctors have cleared McClanahan to continue his throwing program. However, the slight setback means that the 28-year-old left-hander will not ramp up his rehab until the nerve irritation in his triceps is gone completely. The two-time All-Star and former first-rounder has ace potential when he's healthy and should be stashed in all fantasy formats, but at this point, it doesn't look like he'll be able to make his 2025 debut until the second half of the season. When he does return, expect the Rays to be careful with his workload after he missed all of 2024 due to having his second Tommy John surgery in August of 2023. It's also fair to wonder if McClanahan can be as dominant as he was prior to his second TJ surgery.

Yu Darvish (elbow) will begin a minor-league rehab assignment with Triple-A El Paso on Wednesday, manager Mike Shildt announced on Monday night. Darvish tossed 48 pitches during a simulated game last week and is now ready to face live hitters in a game environment as he works his way back from right-elbow inflammation that he first experienced in mid-March during spring training. The 38-year-old has yet to make his 2025 debut, and the Padres aren't going to rush the Japanese veteran back into their starting rotation, so fantasy managers shouldn't be surprised if he doesn't come off the injured list until sometime in late May or early June. The five-time All-Star is past his prime and in the twilight of his career, but he still offered fantasy managers a solid 3.31 ERA and 1.06 WHIP in 16 starts last year, albeit with a career-low 23.6% strikeout rate.

Jose Quintana (shoulder) is now listed as the team's probable starter for Saturday's game at home against the visiting Minnesota Twins, according to MLB.com's Adam McCalvy. Quintana came out of his last outing last Friday against the Tampa Bay Rays with some soreness in his left shoulder, so the team will push him back a few days to give him a little extra time to recover. The 36-year-old veteran southpaw is expected to throw a bullpen session on Wednesday to see how his arm is feeling. Quintana has a solid 2.65 ERA in his six starts so far in 2025 for the Brew Crew, but he's struck out only 24 in 34 innings, and his 4.58 FIP shows that he's been a bit fortunate in the ERA department. The matchup against Minnesota this weekend is a decent one, but Quintana remains a shaky fantasy streamer with limited upside while dealing with a cranky shoulder recently.

Dansby Swanson smashed his ninth home run of the season on Monday night while helping his team to a 5-2 home win over the Marlins. Swanson went 2-for-4 with two RBI and opened the scoring with his towering blast in the fifth inning off
Cal Quantrill. Swanson has a .248 batting average and .336 wOBA to go with his nine home runs and has added 24 RBI and 29 runs scored in his 42 games with the productive Cubs' offense. Swanson remains a solid fantasy starter at shortstop and is heating up after going 19-for-45 (.422) over his last 13 games with five home runs, a .543 wOBA, and a 14.3% barrel rate over that span.
