NBA DFS Prop Picks for Saturday (2/3/19) - Monkey Knife Fight

Scott Cullen provides his NBA DFS prop picks for February 3rd, 2020 on Monkey Knife Fight. Make your DFS picks with his fantasy basketball advice.

The NBA offers a 10-game schedule Monday night, which means tons of opportunities to play props and win with Monkey Knife Fight.

Some players are riding hot streaks right now. Damian Lillard is an obvious one but he’s not playing tonight. Bradley Beal, on the other hand. He’s been tearing it up lately and a home game against the Golden State Warriors is a pretty good opportunity to keep the good times rolling.

Also, keep an eye on Nets guard Spencer Dinwiddie, who naturally gets more looks with Kyrie Irving injured and out of the Brooklyn lineup.

STAR SHOOTOUT - EARLY GAMES

View Contest

MORE OR LESS

Bradley Beal MORE THAN 32.5 POINTS – He’s not going to the All-Star game and Beal isn’t happy about it so apparently he’s going to go off every night. In the past six games, he’s averaging 38.2 points per game so even if he’s averaging 28.8 per game at home and going against a below-average Golden State team, he’s riding a current wave that is tough to go against.

Trae Young LESS THAN 29.5 POINTS – Facing a Boston team that is one of the best defensive squads in the league makes for a tough matchup. Young is averaging 30.5 points per game at home but is dealing with an ankle injury and going against strong opposition.

Devin Booker MORE THAN 26.5 POINTS – Another All-Star snub, Booker is putting up 29.9 points per game on the road and had at least 27 points in nine of the past 10 games. The Nets are a little below average defensively, too, so that doesn’t alter this outlook.

Spencer Dinwiddie MORE THAN 25.5 POINTS – When Kyrie Irving was out of the Nets’ lineup from mid-November through January 10, Dinwiddie averaged 24.8 points per game. He goes against a Suns team that is below average defensively so it’s not unreasonable to think that Dinwiddie can remain very productive.

RAPID FIRE

Andre Drummond -3.5 rebounds vs. Deandre Ayton – On the road, Drummond is grabbing 16.5 rebounds per game, which is a monster number. Strangely enough, Ayton is much more productive on the road, too, gabbing 13.3 rebounds per game (compared to 9.9 per game at home) so that makes this close, but Drummond is consistently the better rebounder.

D’Angelo Russell -0.5 three-points vs. Devonte’ Graham – Russell is explosive, averaging 3.6 three-pointers per road game and goes against a Wizards team that isn’t very good. On the other hand, Graham is putting up 3.9 threes per game at home and even though Orlando is strong defensively, they only allow 0.6 fewer threes per game than Washington, so that seems to make Graham a lively underdog.

STAR SHOOTOUT - LATE GAMES

MORE OR LESS

Kawhi Leonard MORE THAN 28.5 POINTS – Even though Kawhi is averaging 26.4 points per game at home this season, he has also scored 30 or more points in each of his last nine games played. Facing the Spurs, he’s probably inclined to run it up once again.

Karl-Anthony Towns MORE THAN 26.5 POINTS – On the road this season, KAT has put up 28.2 points per game and has scored at least 27 in five of the past six. He goes up against a Sacramento team that runs about league average on defense.

DeMar DeRozan LESS THAN 24.5 POINTS – DeRozan is averaging 24.9 points per game on the road and the Clippers are a bit better than average defensively. This is a slight lean towards the under.

RAPID FIRE

Shabazz Napier +1.5 assists vs. De’Aaron Fox – Fox obviously has a more extensive track record. He’s a more proven consistent performer, and yet Napier has moved into a big role with the Timberwolves, averaging 8.1 assists per game in the past nine.

Buddy Hield -0.5 three-pointers vs. Paul George – Hield is averaging 4.1 threes per home game and George is averaging 4.0 per home game, but George is still working his way back from injury and played just 25 minutes in the last game.
