Fantasy Football Dynasty Rankings (March 2026)
Dynasty Fantasy Football Rankings: Trending Up
Kenneth Walker III, RB, Kansas City Chiefs (+18)
Previous rank: 59
Current rank: 41
Kenneth Walker III secured that bag, inking a three-year, $45M max deal with $28.7M fully guaranteed with the Kansas City Chiefs just weeks after getting his Super Bowl ring with the Seattle Seahawks.
One man's trash is another man's treasure, and Seattle was unwilling to match the Chiefs' offer for the Super Bowl MVP. For Walker, talent has never been the question. In four seasons with the Seahawks, Walker churned out 3,555 rushing yards and totalled 4,560 yards of total offense, 31 total touchdowns, and averaged 4.3 yards per carry throughout his career.

The question for Walker has been volume. In the last regular season, Zach Charbonnet saw 49% of the Seahawks' snaps, while Walker was limited to 47%. If that isn’t enough to frustrate a running back, Charbonnet led the duo in rushing touchdowns with 12, while Walker was held to just five.
When allowed to prove his worth to team management in the postseason, Walker would go on to average 4.8 yards per attempt, posting 313 yards on the ground while facing formidable defenses such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New England. Walker also factored into the passing game, hauling in nine of 11 targets for 104 yards.
Now in Kansas City, Walker becomes the unquestioned lead back. With an ability to run the ball efficiently and contribute to the passing game, he adds a new dimension to one of the best offenses in the NFL. Don’t be surprised if Walker ends up as a top-5 fantasy option at the running back position in 2026.
Tyler Allgeier, RB, Arizona Cardinals (+93)
Previous rank: 211
Current rank: 118
Another running back whose fantasy value was significantly impacted by free agency is Tyler Allgeier, who has moved out of the shadow of Bijan Robinson and taken his game to the desert and the Arizona Cardinals.
In Atlanta, Allgeier was never going to amount to much more than a change-of-pace option for the Falcons or a backup in case something happened to Robinson. Last season, Robinson led the Falcons in touches, amassing 366 and converting those opportunities into 2,290 total yards. Meanwhile, Allgeier was limited to 143 carries and 14 receptions.
To get a real sense of Allgeier's value, let’s rewind the clock. In 2023, the Falcons drafted Robinson. However, before the draft, as talented as Robinson was, did the Falcons really need to make him the selection? In the 2022 season, Allgeier finished 14th in rushing, rushing for 1,035 yards and averaging 4.9 yards per carry.
For those expecting a breakout in 2026, you may have to wait. James Conner is still in Arizona, but he’s also returning from injury, which likely means that Allgeier will be in a 50/50 split in Year 1. Conner, who will turn 31 in May, will be a free agent this time next season, and it’s then that patient fantasy managers will be rewarded.
We know Allgeier has the pedigree of a 1,000-yard back in the NFL. We also know that since the 2022 season, Allgeier has a 51.5% success rate, which ranks 12th among running backs over that period. He is coming off a season in which his red-zone conversion rate of 21.9% was the third highest among his peers. Like Walker, the talent is there; it’s about opportunity. It's not a matter of if, but when.
Bhayshul Tuten, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars (+34)
Previous rank: 99
Current rank: 55
While running backs like Walker and Allgeier saw their stock rise in relocating backfields, Bhayshul Tuten benefits from another running back's departure. When free agency opened, Travis Etienne Jr. was quickly scooped up by the New Orleans Saints, securing a four-year deal worth $52M.

Similar to Walker and Allgeier, Tuten has shown plenty of promise early in his NFL career. Looking at the box score, you’ll see that Tuten had three games in which he had 10 or more touches. In those three contests, he would average 11.7 touches and convert them into 12.8 fantasy points per game or 1.1 fantasy points per touch.
Tuten is expected to pick up an increased workload as Etienne vacates 296 touches. Yes, Chris Rodriguez Jr. will factor into some of those opportunities, but Tuten is the upside play that Liam Coen will target.
One area in which Etienne struggled last season was in the red zone, where 54 attempts resulted in just five touchdowns, the only running back to receive 50 or more touches and convert at less than 10%. Meanwhile, Tuten converted on 20% of his red-zone opportunities in a limited sample.
Again, the sample size is limited, but Tuten was fifth in the NFL in rushing success rate, 11th in missed tackles forced per attempt, and 17th in yards after contact per attempt. Once Tuten receives a significant workload, the fantasy points are going to add up quickly. One should expect Rodriguez to be the lead back early, before the backfield transitions to a split backfield, and before Tuten takes over just ahead of the fantasy playoffs.
Other Notable Risers: Chig Okonkwo (+69), Romeo Doubs (+60), Rachaad White (+59), Isaiah Likely (+48), Kyler Murray (+46), Alec Pierce (+45), Will Howard (+40), Jacoby Brissett (+34), DJ Moore (+25), Zach Charbonnet (+24), Malik Willis (+22), Emanuel Wilson (+21), Elic Ayomanor (+20), Daniel Jones (+19), David Montgomery (+18), Wan’Dale Robinson (+14)
Dynasty Fantasy Football Rankings: Trending Down
Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Pittsburgh Steelers (-34)
Previous rank: 73
Current rank: 107
What a world we live in when a wide receiver takes a 34 spot hit going from Daniel Jones to Aaron Rodgers. Of course, we assume Rodgers returns for one more season. If not, how much further could Michael Pittman Jr. drop this offseason under the pretense that Will Howard lines up under center for the Steelers come Week 1?
Pittman is coming off a somewhat disappointing season in Indianapolis, which factored into the Colts essentially choosing Alec Pierce over Pittman after an 80-reception, 784-yard receiving, seven-touchdown 2025 campaign. Now, Pittman finds himself teaming up with DK Metcalf as the second receiving option in Pittsburgh.
Assuming Rodgers is calling plays for the Steelers in 2026, at this point in Rodgers' career, Pittman isn’t exactly an ideal secondary option. Pittman has never been known as an elite separator, or one who gets off the line quickly, but he adds value down the field, something he will need to compete with Metcalf for.
Pittman did see his fair share of quarterbacks during his tenure in Indianapolis, which limited what he could and couldn't do. At 28 years of age, it’s still to be seen whether Pittman's best days are behind him or if a change of scenery can rejuvenate his career.
Alvin Kamara, RB, New Orleans Saints (-22)
Previous rank: 158
Current rank: 180
With the addition of Travis Etienne Jr. in New Orleans, what does that mean for Alvin Kamara’s fantasy prospects as we head into the 2026 season? Kamara will be 31 years old when the 2026 season officially kicks off, which historically puts him right on the age cliff as far as running backs are concerned.
Kamara did say that if he were to be traded, he would drink pina coladas on a beach somewhere, perhaps foreshadowing a possible retirement.
Remember, the Saints and Kamara restructured his deal before signing Etienne, which would give the Saints a little wiggle room should they trade the future Hall of Fame running back or should he retire. Following the money is never a bad idea, and doing so should raise serious red flags about Kamara’s future.
The truth is, Kamara isn’t what he once was and hasn’t been for some time now, and injuries have shortened each of his last two seasons. Many in fantasy have been holding onto that name-brand recognition; over the last four seasons, New Orleans ranks dead last on explosive runs (runs over 15 yards).
There is a market for Kamara’s services, and in the NFL, things can change quickly. While we saw Kamara decrease in value over the last month, a trade could offer fantasy managers one last “sell” window to recoup a little return on their investment.
George Kittle, TE, San Francisco 49ers (-21)
Previous rank: 94
Current rank: 119
The fantasy landscape in San Francisco is quickly evolving this offseason. For George Kittle and the 49ers, the question remains: Can the 32-year-old Kittle evolve with it?
Kittle is still one of the best tight ends in football, but at 32 years of age and coming off an ankle injury in which he tore multiple ligaments, it led to the Achilles injury he suffered against the Eagles in the Wild Card round.
This all came on the heels of a hamstring injury earlier in the season, which forced him out of action for several weeks. Considering the timing of the Achilles injury and the subsequent surgery, a return to form in 2026 seems unlikely.
Even if Kittle were to return in 2026, the additions to the 49ers offense would likely force Kittle to take a back seat. In recent weeks, the 49ers have added another future Hall of Fame pass-catcher to the roster in Mike Evans, as well as Christian Kirk, to work alongside Ricky Pearsall.
You also have the emergence of Jeff Tonges, who filled in admirably for Kittle at several interludes last season. Earlier in the season, there was a six-game stretch in which Tonges, who saw 34 targets, hauled in 25 for 224 yards and a trio of touchdown receptions. After the Achilles injury, Tonges caught 13 of 19 targets directed his way for 133 yards in three contests.
Other Notable Fallers: Kendrick Bourne (-78), Trey Benson (-37), Tyrone Tracy Jr. (-32), T.J. Hockenson (-23), Keon Coleman (-19), Cedric Tillman (-19), Calvin Ridley (-19), Jerry Jeudy (-17), RJ Harvey (-16), Xavier Worthy (-16), Kayshon Boutte (-16), Tyjae Spears (-15), Jauan Jennings (-13), Cam Skattebo (13), Ricky Pearsall (-12), Davante Adams (-12), Stefon Diggs (-12)

Dynasty Fantasy Football Trade Chart: Name to Know
Jalen Nailor, WR, Las Vegas Raiders (+140)
Previous rank: 332
Current rank: 192
When Klint Kubiak took the head-coaching job in Las Vegas, he knew exactly what he needed to make his offense work. First, he knew he was getting a quarterback in the draft, Fernando Mendoza, who fit the scheme he likes to run.
Second, he knew he needed to protect his future signal-caller, hence the addition of Tyler Linderbaum to anchor one of the worst offensive lines from a season ago. The third piece was the need for speed on the outside.
Throughout the legal tampering period, Rashid Shaheed’s name was frequently linked to the Raiders. While Las Vegas did not sign Shaheed, it found plenty of speed in Jalen Nailor.
Nailor’s combination of speed, elite acceleration, and use of double moves makes him appear to play faster with pads than he was clocked at during his combine (4.50). We are talking about an athlete with multiple state titles in the 100m and 200m.
61 yards with some stiff arms for Jalen Nailor!
BALvsMIN on FOX/FOX Onehttps://t.co/HkKw7uXVnt pic.twitter.com/9zSE12OqME
— NFL (@NFL) November 9, 2025
In four seasons with the Vikings, Nailor recorded 69 receptions for 1,066 yards, averaging less than 20 yards receiving per contest. However, of those 69 receptions, 57 have come over the last two seasons, where the former Viking has averaged 15 yards per reception over the course of 34 games.
It's about opportunity, and considering the current state of the Raiders receivers room, Nailor should see plenty of it. Nailor’s metrics are nothing to catch one's attention as he saw just 53 targets last season, averaged 1.19 yards per route run, and finished with a 10.3% target share.
But here’s what many didn’t see. In 2025, Nailor ranked 33rd among 110 wide receivers in separation and 51st in route win rate. On the perimeter, Nailor was special, finishing 13th in route win rate and sixth in separation.
A wide receiver who can get separation on the outside can quickly become friends with a rookie quarterback, especially when teams need to account for Brock Bowers in the passing game and Ashton Jeanty in what is projected to be a much-improved run game.
Dynasty Fantasy Football Trade Chart: Maximize Return
Mike Evans, WR, San Francisco 49ers (+27)
Previous rank: 118
Current rank: 91
San Francisco signing Mike Evans is an excellent “win-now” move both for the 49ers' Super Bowl aspirations and for fantasy managers looking to make another run at fantasy glory. It’s also an opportunity for savvy managers to take advantage of to get the best bang for their buck on a return for the soon-to-be 33-year-old wideout.
MIKE EVANS IS A 49ER 😱@MikeEvans13_ | @49ers pic.twitter.com/8gUampChMz
— NFL (@NFL) March 9, 2026
Evans very well could be the missing piece for contenders across the fantasy football landscape. After all, we are talking about a receiver who has not only finished with 1,000 yards receiving in 11 of 12 seasons, but one who has accumulated 13,052 receiving yards and 108 touchdowns in 176 career regular-season contests.
Evans is expected to help take Kyle Shanahan's offense to the next level, which is hard to believe given that it already features Christian McCaffrey. Evans is the “X” receiver the 49ers haven’t really had, and can once again flirt with the idea of finishing as a top-20 fantasy wide receiver.
Again, contenders with short windows to work within should be kicking tires and looking to acquire Evans. Those without championship aspirations should look to move on and acquire draft capital and/or younger assets to build with. The window to deal Evans is open, but it won’t remain open long. It’s better to get out a year or two early than a year too late.
Dynasty Fantasy Football Trade Chart: Buy the Dip
J.J. McCarthy, QB, Minnesota Vikings (-22)
Previous rank: 189
Current rank: 211
Both fantasy managers and the Minnesota Vikings have grown increasingly impatient with J.J. McCarthy's development as the 2025 season concluded and teams entered the offseason. Clearly, the Vikings are questioning whether McCarthy can be that guy to get them back into the playoffs, as they recently signed Kyler Murray, who has also cast doubt on his own abilities in recent years.
Expect Murray and McCarthy to be actively engaged in a quarterback battle throughout training camp, one in which ultimately Murray should come out ahead. Not because Murray is the better quarterback, but because the money trail lends itself in that direction, and the fan base is looking for something more.
McCarthy’s rookie season was null and void due to having surgery to repair his ACL, so last season was essentially his rookie campaign, and he played the part, the part of a rookie quarterback.
Completing just 57.6% of his passes for 1,632 yards and finishing with more interceptions (12) than touchdowns (11) is not exactly going to instill confidence in management, who had invested a first-round selection in him.
Plenty of metrics suggest avoiding McCarthy; however, if the price is right, the risk/reward is intriguing. Remember, McCarthy is younger than many of the quarterbacks entering the 2026 draft. McCarthy is still younger than Carson Beck, Ty Simpson, Garrett Nussmeier, Cole Payton, Jalon Daniels, and Taylen Green.
