NASCAR Practice Speeds, Lap Averages, and Notes for Charlotte - Bank of America ROVAL 400 (2025)

A.J. Allmendinger - NASCAR DFS Lineup Picks, NASCAR Betting Picks

NASCAR practice speeds, lap averages and notes for the 2025 Bank of America ROVAL 400 at Charlotte. Use the NASCAR stats and data to build DFS lineups on DraftKings. AJ Allmendinger was fastest.

The NASCAR Cup Series ran a single practice session at the Charlotte ROVAL on Saturday afternoon in preparation for the upcoming Bank of America ROVAL 400 on Sunday afternoon.

The 37-car field was split into two groups for practice, with each group getting 25 minutes on track.

Below you will find the two groups, key notes from the practice session, as well as the practice speeds for all drivers.

Important Practice Notes

Kyle Larson - The No. 5 Chevrolet got into the wall a bit during practice, and Larson acknowledged that he was just trying to get too much out of the car. He stated, "Up to that point, I felt things were going OK with our car. Yeah, it was a good practice. We'll try to just study and get better."

Erik Jones - It was found that Erik Jones' No. 43 Toyota had power steering issues on Saturday, and he will not make a qualifying attempt for this race. Jones will start at the rear of the field on Sunday.
