NFL Week 15 Power Rankings: Where Do All 32 NFL Teams Stand?

Deebo Samuel - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Ryan Kirksey ranks all 32 NFL teams after 14 weeks of the 2023 season based on how well they have played through their first 13 games.

As we head into the fourth month of the NFL season, we are starting to get a better sense of who these 32 teams are. Injuries, inefficiencies, and mega-popstar distractions have impacted NFL teams in different ways through the league's first 14 weeks. On the other hand, there have been some major positive surprises and stellar play from unexpected sources.

Teams like the New York Jets, the Minnesota Vikings, the Houston Texans, and the Jacksonville Jaguars have all moved drastically since our Preseason Power Rankings from early August. It's just further proof that the landscape of the NFL can change on a dime after any given Sunday.

So what do the NFL power rankings look like 14 weeks into the regular season? Here is our ranking of all 32 NFL teams.

Super Bowl Contenders

1.  San Francisco 49ers (10-3)

If this team is fully healthy and has home-field throughout, who can actually beat them? Their two biggest challenges right now have to be health and past playoff failures.

2. Baltimore Ravens (10-3)

If you're going to find your way to a Super Bowl, inevitably you'll have to win a smash-mouth, nasty, gross win. That's exactly what Baltimore did on Sunday against the Rams and now are in the driver's seat for the one seed in the AFC with all other teams facing big challenges.

3. Dallas Cowboys (10-3)

The other thing you need is your players playing at an unbelievably high level for an extended period of time.

Something To Prove Before Playoffs

4. Miami Dolphins (9-4)

I watch a lot of television (actually way too much), and even I have to admit the Jaelan Phillips torn Achilles moment on Hard Knocks two weeks ago was one of the most emotional things I've seen on my screen this year. This team is getting decimated by injuries lately.

5. Philadelphia Eagles (10-3)

The Eagles are 30th in red zone defense and 32nd in third-down defense this year. These are problems that must be addressed if the Eagles want to get out of the Wild Card round. After their latest loss, they tumbled from first to fifth in the NFC.

6. Kansas City Chiefs (8-5)

7. Jacksonville Jaguars (8-5)

Losing Christian Kirk will be a significant blow for this offense as he was on pace for 87 receptions and 1,176 yards. Parker Washington and Zay Jones will step up as they can, but this offense is not as formidable as it was two weeks ago.

8. Detroit Lions (9-4)

Jared Goff has not been good the last couple of weeks. He has to show he is not 2019-2020 Goff, but can he over the last four games?

The Feel-Good Story

9. Cleveland Browns (8-5)

I have no allegiance to the Browns, but you can't help but love this wrecking crew defense and an offense being capably led by a middle-aged man.

Winning Record, But We're Not In Yet

10. Buffalo Bills (7-6)

Don't look now, but the Bills' offense has caught fire and they end the year with Chargers, Patriots, and Dolphins. There is a real chance that Week 18 against Miami is for the division since Buffalo currently owns the tiebreaker.

11.  Cincinnati Bengals (7-6)

Whatever they can do to keep the Jake Browning momentum going.

12.  Denver Broncos (7-6)

Courtland Sutton (with 10 TDs) is now second to only Tyreek Hill on the season in receiving touchdowns. But at 699 yards, Sutton has done it in less than half the yards as Hill. Touchdown regression might come at some point, but this is an all-time great year for the wideout.

13.  Pittsburgh Steelers (7-6)

Listed above the Houston Texans only because I think would rather have Mitch Trubisky and Diontae Johnson than Davis Mills and whoever is left for Houston. But I feel confident you could buy me a beer and I would change my mind.

14. Houston Texans (7-6)

Tank Dell, Nico Collins, AND C.J. Stroud injured? See you in the playoffs next year, guys.

 15.  Indianapolis Colts (7-6)

"Of course, we're going back to Anthony Richardson next year. There's no way Minshew is starting in 2024. Even if we win our next three games against the Steelers, Raiders, and Falcons and get 10 wins."

Michael Pittman: "Not so fast, my friend."

16.  Minnesota Vikings (7-6)

A Sophie's Choice at quarterback between Nick Mullens and Joshua Dobbs, Justin Jefferson immediately gets hurt again, and now Alexander Mattison is dealing with an ankle sprain. Good luck holding off this next team...

Losing Record, But Don't C0unt Us Out

17.  Los Angeles Rams (6-7)

The way the Rams are playing right now, they really should be up around 12th or 13th, but they did end up losing on Sunday to Baltimore and need help from the Vikings and Packers to get into the playoffs. However, with their next three games against the Commanders, Saints, and Giants, don't be surprised if this team is the sixth seed heading into 2024.

18.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-7)

The Buccanneers are leading the NFC South with their 6-7 record?

19. Green Bay Packers (6-7)

Apparently, for as much progress we have seen from Jordan Love this season, he could be even better.

20.  Atlanta Falcons (6-7)

I'm happy for Drake London and Bijan Robinson now that they have their shackles off, but if you lose to Baker Mayfield at home, you don't get to be higher than 20 in any power rankings.

21. Seattle Seahawks (6-7)

Two winnable games left against the Titans and Cardinals. Two tough games against the Eagles and Steelers. But now they have to fight uphill after falling to the ninth seed and no games left against any of the Wild Card teams ahead of them.

22.  New Orleans Saints (6-7)

By "everything", he means 10 other NFC teams, including two in his own division.

The Darkest of Dark Horses

23.  Chicago Bears (5-8)

Montez Sweat has 3.5 sacks in five games and now leads a Chicago defense that is ninth in opponents' yards per play over the last three weeks. All that, plus the number one pick incoming? Wow.

24. New York Giants (5-8)

Is the NFL broken? Do we need to unplug it and plug it back in?

25. New York Jets (5-8)

With games left against Miami (potentially without Tyreek Hill), Washington, and New England, you better believe Aaron Rodgers is going to try and be back in Week 17 for the Cleveland Browns game. If the Jets win this week, I bet they try for a playoff push.

We Thought It Would Work, But It Didn't

26. Tennessee Titans (5-8)

Presented without context. This is the five-day stock movement for Unilever, the company that owns Hellman's Mayonnaise. The Will Levis Effect?

27. Las Vegas Raiders (5-8)

On Thursday night, it's Aidan O'Connell...

28. Los Angeles Chargers (5-8)

...versus Easton Stick.

Suite In Cozumel Is Already Booked for January

29.  Washington Commanders (4-9)

Sometimes things just align perfectly even when you don't want them to. Sam Howell's league-leading 58 sacks, meet Olu Fashanu of Penn State.

30.   Arizona Cardinals (3-10)

I'm already dreaming of ways to get a Kyler Murray-Trey McBride-Marvin Harrison Jr. team together in some of my dynasty leagues next season.

31. New England Patriots (3-10)

I'm sure all the players will be heartbroken when Bill Belichick leaves this offseason.

The Case for Relegation

32. Carolina Panthers (1-12)

Here we have a team with one lowly win, no first-round pick, and a quarterback who cost them that first pick completing 42% of his passes in a game that counts. Add in the turmoil of the coaching turnover and Bryce Young already saying he is "sick and tired" of all the losing, and you get a team worthy of relegation. Bring up the Alabama Crimson Tide to replace them.
