Kansas State Star Left Tackle John Pastore Out for Season

Kansas State left tackle John Pastore will miss the entire 2026 college football season after suffering a lower-body injury, according to On3's Pete Nakos. This is a brutal blow for the Kansas State offense, as Pastore is the team's only returning offensive line starter, and he was a second-team All-Big 12 selection in 2025 after starting in 12 games. True freshman Oliver Miller will compete to step up in his absence.
