The Jacksonville Jaguars have an exciting start to the season against the Carolina Panthers. That is mainly because of second overall pick Travis Hunter, who might be the first full-time offensive and defensive player in NFL history. The good news for fantasy managers is he is expected to start out playing more on offense. In what should be a fantastic matchup, Hunter seems like a flex option with intriguing upside in Week 1. However, as a rookie whose play time is unclear, he is a bit of a risk. Fantasy managers who enjoy upside plays should be happy to start Hunter in Week 1 to see what he's truly capable of in fantasy.--Seth Quinn - RotoBaller
