Top Hitter Streamers and Starts - Fantasy Baseball Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 10 (June 2 - June 8)

Connor Norby - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News

Dan's top hitter streamers and starts as fantasy baseball waiver wire adds for Week 10 of 2025 (June 2 - June 8). He analyzes streamers with favorable matchups, schedules.

The calendar turns over to June, and we are officially about a third of the way through the Major League Baseball season. This is the time when fair-weather managers start to tune out their teams, but engaged owners make savvy moves that improve their teams for both the short term and the long term. Be the latter, not the former!

Our hitter streamers fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups column will identify hitters with favorable matchups who can be considered waiver wire streamers ahead of the Sunday night waiver wire runs for leagues with weekly transactions. Players who appear in this article will always be rostered in 40 percent or fewer leagues on Yahoo!

In this piece, every week, I'll look to find hitters playing in the most games and who have the most favorable matchups to help you plug those gaps and fill those holes in your roster. You can also check out the rest of our fantasy baseball streamer content here at RotoBaller. Let's see which hitters we should consider grabbing off the wire as we roll into Week 10 of the fantasy baseball season!

Be sure to check all of our fantasy baseball lineup tools and resources:

What Teams Offer the Most Streaming Value in Week 10?

Most MLB teams are playing six games this week.

Teams playing seven games are CWS, DET, LAD, MIN, NYM, ATH, SDP, and SFG.

Ballpark Upgrades:

  • ARI (3 games @ATL, 3 games @CIN)
  • ATH (7 games at home)
  • BAL (3 games at ATH)
  • CIN (6 games at home)
  • MIA (3 games @TBR)
  • MIL (3 games @CIN)
  • MIN (3 games @ATH)
  • NYM (3 games @LAD, 3 games @COL)
  • TBR (6 games at home)
  • TEX (3 games @TBR, 3 games @WAS)

Week 10 Fantasy Baseball Hitter Streamers

I'll recommend only players who are 40 percent rostered or lower, and all roster percentages are from Yahoo!

Agustin Ramirez, 1B/C - MIA (36% rostered)

The fantasy baseball community feels a little hesitant to commit to Ramirez long term, and I get it, as he's a rookie and has shown a tendency to go cold over multiple games at a time. But his power is legit, and he crushes the baseball when he does make contact.

With him leading off the last three games, his value has only increased. If he was only eligible at catcher, I could understand why managers wouldn't want to carry too many backstops, but with first-base eligibility he makes for a great backup at both positions and he could be a long term investment as something tells me he goes off down the stretch as he gets more experience in the big leagues.

Max Muncy, 3B - LAD (35% rostered)

I wasn't going to include Muncy this week, but then he went out and double-donged last night, driving in seven runs. That makes three homers in his last 10 at-bats, and he may be ready to go on another hot streak.

Even if he's sitting out against lefties right now, he's still worth a look here, as you should get at least four or five games out of him this week.

Tyler Stephenson, C - CIN (31% rostered)

I try not to overdo it with catchers in this piece, but Stephenson is in the middle of a power surge with three home runs in his last five games. The Reds play all six games at home this week in one of the best parks for power in the league, too.

Even if you just add him for the short term to see if he can keep his hot streak going, I think it's worth a shot.

Carlos Correa, SS - MIN (29 rostered%)

Is Carlos Correa finally back and ready to be an everyday fantasy player? It's too early to tell, but the last week's worth of results have been impressive as he's smacked three home runs and scored seven runs while collecting at least one hit in all but one game.

Correa was once an All-Star caliber player. Time will tell if he can ever get back to that level of performance, but in the meantime, he's worth scooping up as he's hitting in the middle of a Twins lineup that is trending up.

Jose Caballero, 2B/3B/SS/OF - TBR (25% rostered)

The ultimate fantasy utility man is having quite a resurgence of late. The Rays have been leading him off against lefties, and the last two days, all he did from that leadoff spot was hit a home run, drive in three runs, score four runs, and steal a base!

He's now hitting .257 and has swiped 19 bags. The power will come and go, but his ability to get on base and steal bases is going to keep him in the lineup more often than not, especially with the other Tampa speedster, Chandler Simpson, on the IL.

Connor Norby, 2B/3B - MIA (20% rostered)

If you have been reading this column this season, you'll know that I am a big fan of Norby's skills, and I have been preaching to add him and hold him, as he's going to be more of a second-half player. If you don't have the room on your roster to stash a player, then Norby probably isn't for you, as his stats don't jump off the page.

Sal Frelick, OF - MIL (20% rostered)

Another player I recommended earlier this season is Frelick. Despite his lack of power, Frelick has still been really productive at the plate and is hitting .392 over the last two weeks while driving in ten runs and stealing three bases.

If you need some steady but boring production, then Frelick is an excellent source of runs, batting average, and a few steals sprinkled in there, too.

Carlos Narvaez, C - BOS (17% rostered)

The Boston backstop has been hitting cleanup for the Red Sox for the last week. He's cooled down a bit, but was having a huge month of May and now sits at a .285 batting average with five home runs and 17 RBI despite only playing 44 of Boston's 60 games this season.

Brett Baty, 2B/3B - NYM (17% rostered)

Baty is quietly having the best season of his career and keeps working his way up the Mets' lineup. He's been hitting out of the five-hole for the last handful of games whenever the Mets face a RHP.

His batted ball metrics are excellent, and he's improved his plate discipline this season. I love the eligibility at second base, too. A mini-breakout of sorts seems to be happening here. I'm on board with adding Baty in just about any format.

Cam Smith, 3B/OF - HOU (17% rostered)

He's hitless in his last two games, but Smith is still hitting .319 over the last two weeks. Where is the power? We were expecting more than three home runs from the talented young prospect. He's still getting penciled into the lineup every day for Houston, so he's going to get a chance to keep hitting and getting experience.

He's another potential stash candidate if you have the patience to wait for his eventual breakout.

Carlos Santana, 1B - CLE (14% rostered)

The old guy is red-hot right now, hitting .457 over the last two weeks with three home runs, ten runs scored, and eight RBI. That's been good enough to crack the Top 20! He will cool off eventually, but I am willing to add him now and ride the hot streak as long as we can.

Week 10 Deeper League Fantasy Baseball Hitter Streamers to Consider

Some widely available hitters (under 10 percent rostered) could be worth a look this week.

Good luck this week, and choose those streaming options wisely!
