DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Saturday Evening Slate (9/20/25)

Jordyn Tyson - College Football DFS Picks, NCAA CFB Rankings

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Saturday (9/20/25) evening slate in Week 4. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

We are getting spoiled with these loaded primetime slates this season. I love it! Our seven games tonight have a bunch of good matchups. The Battle for the Seminole War Canoe is on here. The most important game in the Illinois-Indiana series history is on here. Boise State heads to Colorado Springs.

South Carolina heads to Columbia with its starting quarterback looking to play. We have the high-scoring potential of Arizona State and Baylor. We close it out with the Apple Cup. This is a great slate!

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the evening DraftKings slate on 9/20/25, starting at 7 pm Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower end. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Sawyer Robertson, Baylor ($9.2K)

This has the highest implied total on the slate, so you know this is a great place to look for DFS options. Robertson has little rushing upside, but he's second in FBS in passing yards. He doesn't need to run to be a great option.

Robertson almost hit 30 DraftKings points against Auburn. The Arizona State defense is in the middle of the pack in pass defense. Blake Shapen threw for 279 yards on Arizona State. Baylor throws a lot more than the Bulldogs do. We'll see another 300+ yard game out of Robertson here.

Beau Pribula, Missouri ($7.4K)

Missouri loves to run the ball, but South Carolina will likely do a good job of stopping the run. They are going to make Pribula beat them. Maybe he can. He beat Kansas through the air. Pribula threw for 334 yards on the Jayhawks with three touchdowns.

He hasn't had to throw in any other games. It's been token passing in games where Missouri won easily. Pribula came through for the Tigers when they really needed him against Kansas. He can do it here against South Carolina.

Luke Altmyer, Illinois ($6.4K)

The Indiana defense is a good unit. You don't hold a team to 79 yards of offense without being good, no matter who it's against. Altmyer has thrown eight touchdowns and run for three more without recording a turnover.

He's a polished veteran who takes care of the ball. I don't expect huge numbers against Indiana, but he's not going to hurt lineups either. Altmyer has averaged 21.7 DraftKings points per game so far this year. He should be right around that number again.

Also consider these QBs:

  • Demond Williams Jr, Washington ($9.7K)
  • Sam Leavitt, Arizona State ($8.7K)
  • Katin Houser, East Carolina ($7.8K)
  • Bear Bachmeier, BYU ($6.6K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Jonah Coleman, Washington ($7.8K)

Coleman has done all of that in two games, one of those against Colorado State. Not that the Rams' defense is any good, but Washington State's isn't either. North Texas lit the Cougs up for 59 points. Washington's offense is more run-oriented, which is great for DFS prospects with Coleman.

He's a lock for another 100-yard games and will likely score at least once. That's pedestrian output compared to his first two games, but it's also enough for Coleman to be worth our while.

Ahmad Hardy, Missouri ($6.8K)

Two of Missouri's games have been against soft opponents, but Hardy still put up 21.4 DK points on Kansas. His otherworldly performance against Louisiana isn't going to have a repeat anytime soon.

Vanderbilt was the first team to have some success running on South Carolina, but it wasn't much. I expect a solid game out of Hardy, but we are getting to the part of the schedule where there are no easy matchups. We just have to trust the talent. Hardy is one of the most talented backs out there.

Kyson Brown, Arizona State ($4.8K)

Brown is expected to play against Baylor, but Raleek Brown has been excellent in his stead. I have to think that the first Brown gets the job back, but I expect the split to be more 50/50 than it was before Kyson went down.

I'm opting for the cheaper option, though both are solid options. Both Browns will have some room to run against Baylor, but Kyson is more active in the passing game.

Also consider these RBs:

  • Bryson Washington, Baylor ($8.5K)
  • Mark Fletcher Jr., Miami (FL) ($6.2K)
  • Jadan Baugh, Florida ($4.5K)
  • Aidan Laughery, Illinois ($3.8K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Jordyn Tyson, Arizona State ($7.8K)

Arizona State has completed 50 passes this year. 24 of them have gone to Tyson. He also has 314 of the 527 passing yards and four of the five touchdowns. No one's target share is higher. Tyson is a lock in any lineup.

Josh Cameron, Baylor ($6.2K)

Robertson's passing yards go all over the yard, but when push came to shove, it was Cameron who went nuclear in the game against SMU. He caught nine passes for 151 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Cameron is more talented than any of the Mississippi State receivers who got behind the Arizona State defense. He's going to have another huge game here.

Cade Harris, BYU ($5.8K)

Harris is the unusual dual threat of another kind. Air Force doesn't throw a lot, but Harris has five of the 17 receptions for the Falcons. The difference is that Harris also has 16 carries for 138 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Air Force wants the ball in his hands. Do you know how unusual it is for a receiver to get a guaranteed 10 touches?

Hank Beatty, Illinois ($4.9K)

Not only is Beatty a target hog, but he also returns punts for the Illini. He has also scored on a rushing touchdown, so he does a lot of everything. Beatty has 19 receptions on the season. The next closest on the team to him has eight. We can load up on target hogs on this slate without breaking the bank.

Ben Ford, Boise State ($3.9K)

Ford has seven receptions in two games. That's a solid volume for someone this cheap. Boise will have more success throwing against Air Force, and I expect them to do it. Ford should see a healthy number of targets in this one as well.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Denzel Boston, Washington ($7.3K)
  • Elijah Sarratt, Indiana ($6.8K)
  • Anthony Smith, East Carolina ($6.3K)
  • CJ Daniels, Miami (FL) ($5.6K)
  • Vernell Brown III, Florida ($5.1K)
  • Chris Marshall, Boise State ($4.1K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Baylor vs. Arizona State

This is a perfect game stack with the over/under at 60 points. I prefer the Baylor side, but I'm going to give recommendations for both. The obvious three-man for Baylor is Robertson/Cameron/Bryson Washington. TE Michael Trigg and Ashtyn Hawkins are good additions for a five-man stack.

On the Arizona side, Leavitt and Tyson will be in a lot of lineups together. Adding Raleek and Kyson Brown will set you apart. I wouldn't add another Arizona State receiver, so I'm staying with a four-man here.

In order to game stack this, you have to either omit Bryson Washington or one of the quarterbacks. I would opt for Washington.

Washington vs. Washington State

The three really good options are obvious (Williams/Coleman/Boston). Where do we go after that? Adam Mohammed got a decent amount of work against Colorado State, but he has also scored a touchdown in each of the first two games. There's not a lot of crumbs behind Coleman, but Mohammed has scooped up all of them.

Dezmen Roebuck is the only other Washington player that I would consider, but I think this is best left as a four-man stack.

Also consider these stacks:

  • Boise State
  • Missouri
  • East Carolina (GPP only)
