Frank's fantasy football league winners, breakout picks for the fantasy playoffs in Weeks 15-17. His top fantasy playoffs sleepers that can win leagues in 2025.
Identifying a league-winner is the perfect way to get ahead of the competition for the fantasy football playoffs. This is a player who hasn't necessarily been an elite producer yet, but either due to favorable team context or exploitable matchups, looks poised to make a major impact when it counts most and lead you to a fantasy championship.
In this article, I'll spotlight five potential league-winners. Each of them is in good spots to be difference-makers for your squads.
So, without further ado, find out why Brock Purdy, Woody Marks, Devin Neal, Devin Singletary, and Jauan Jennings could be breakout candidates for the fantasy football playoffs.

Brock Purdy, QB, San Francisco 49ers
Fantasy Playoff Schedule (PPR PPG vs position)
- Week 15: vs Titans (22.4 PPG, 23rd)
- Week 16: at Colts (19.9 PPG, 17th)
- Week 17: vs Bears (23.7 PPG, 29th)
Purdy is averaging 17.0 fantasy points per game, which ranks as QB16 on the season. It's been an injury-plagued season for Purdy, which helps explain why his numbers are down across the board. However, coming off the Week 14 bye, look for a refreshed Purdy to make a major impact down the stretch, especially with the 49ers fighting for a playoff spot.
You have to love Purdy's schedule in the fantasy playoffs, including smash spots against the Titans and Bears, along with another solid matchup vs the Colts. The game against the Titans is even better than it looks, as this defense has struggled mightily of late.
Brock Purdy should have a spike week coming off the bye vs the Titans.
Titans vs QBs (last 4 weeks):
25.0 PPG (29th)
8.17 Y/A (30th)
277.75 YPG
8 TD, 1 INT49ers have a 28.5-point implied total, which is second-highest on the slate.

Don't be surprised to see Purdy put up his best work when it matters most. Most of you likely have Purdy on your roster as a backup. There's an outside chance that he's even available on your wire.
If that's the case, make sure that you pick him up and/or fire him up for this terrific schedule.
Woody Marks, RB, Houston Texans
Fantasy Playoff Schedule (PPR PPG vs position)
- Week 15: vs Cardinals (26.1 PPG, 29th)
- Week 16: vs Raiders (24.3 PPG, 23rd)
- Week 17: at Chargers (21.1 PPG, 13th)
Marks is banged up with a knee injury, so we'll have to monitor that, but I'm betting that he won't miss any time. That's great news for fantasy football, as Marks is getting a huge workload for the Texans right now.

With Nick Chubb missing a chunk of Houston's win over the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football, Marks had 26 carries and three targets. The efficiency wasn't there at all, but that's because it was against a tough Chiefs run defense. Don't expect that to be the case against the Cardinals and Raiders.
In each of those games, the Texans will be heavy favorites, so it sets up as a positive game script for Marks. If Houston controls the game as expected, that means more rushing volume and more opportunities for Marks to pick up yardage and find the end zone.
With how good the Texans' defense has been this year, expect them to get the offense on the field sooner than later in each of these three games. That also bodes well for Marks' production.
We saw what Marks can do in a spike week vs the Titans in Week 4. Many of you likely have him as a fringe FLEX play on your team. I can see him performing like a high-end RB2 throughout the fantasy playoffs, which would be huge, especially for managers with a thin running back room.
Devin Neal, RB, New Orleans Saints
Fantasy Playoff Schedule (PPR PPG vs position)
- Week 15: vs Panthers (24.7 PPG, 25th)
- Week 16: vs Jets (26.1 PPG, 29th)
- Week 17: at Titans (24.1 PPG, 21st)
Neal has been rock-solid in Alvin Kamara's absence, averaging 12.1 points per game, including 15.4 against the Bucs last week. That's exactly the type of FLEX that you want during the fantasy playoffs.
You have to love the workload that Neal is getting, featuring 19 carries and one reception in Week 14. With Kamara still not practicing, there's no reason to assume that the veteran will return, especially with the Saints trying to see what they have in their young players.

The schedule looks fantastic, including matchups against the Panthers, Jets, and Titans, each of which ranks in the bottom third in fantasy points per game allowed to running backs.
Even though Neal is a bit banged up with an abdominal issue right now, I'm not too concerned that he'll miss any time. With that in mind, make sure that you have him in your lineup for this stretch.
Devin Singletary, RB, New York Giants
Fantasy Playoff Schedule (PPR PPG vs position)
- Week 15: vs Commanders (25.0 PPG, 26th)
- Week 16: vs Vikings (20.4 PPG, 11th)
- Week 17: at Raiders (24.3 PPG, 23rd)
You may be wondering why I have Singletary on this list ahead of Tyrone Tracy Jr. I could see Tracy being the one you want in the Giants' backfield for this favorable schedule in the fantasy playoffs, but I'm going to put my chips on Singletary here.
When we last saw the Giants in Week 13, Singletary had 12 carries for 68 yards and a touchdown, adding three catches for 34 yards. Tracy had 10 carries for 36 yards, with one catch for -3 yards. Singletary has three touchdowns in his last two games, while Tracy has zero during that span.

Perhaps the increased usage for Singletary was because Tracy was banged up, but I'm going to ride with the running back who is more likely to find the end zone.
You have to like the upcoming matchups against the Commanders and Raiders, putting Singletary on the FLEX radar for these spots.
Jauan Jennings, WR, San Francisco 49ers
Fantasy Playoff Schedule (PPR PPG vs position)
- Week 15: vs Titans (35.4 PPG, 24th)
- Week 16: at Colts (36.4 PPG, 28th)
- Week 17: vs Bears (35.8 PPG, 26th)
Jennings has quietly been rock-solid lately. Since Week 9, Jennings is averaging 13.9 fantasy points per game, which ranks as WR21 during that stretch. During this sample, Jennings has seen 33 targets.

While it's a crowded group of pass-catchers in San Francisco, the matchups look mouth-watering against the Titans, Colts, and Bears. Expect the Niners to pour on points in those games, giving Jennings several opportunities to find the end zone.
This is the ideal WR3 that you can slot in your lineup throughout the fantasy playoffs. Bet on Purdy looking much better coming off the bye, which will help the entire 49ers offense.
