Matchups Analysis - Sunday 1:00 EST Games
San Francisco 49ers at Cleveland Browns
Matchups We Love:
None
Matchups We Hate:
QB Brock Purdy
Brock Purdy struggled through the air last week, throwing for just 193 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions. Unfortunately, things don't get easier for him in Week 13 against the Browns. Cleveland has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs, and only one QB has finished top-14 at the position against this defense since Week 3. So, Purdy isn't a QB1 this week.
49ers WRs
It's hard to trust either Ricky Pearsall or Jauan Jennings in fantasy this week. Pearsall has caught just three passes for six yards in two games since his return, and Jennings has an extremely tough matchup. The Browns have allowed the second-fewest receptions and second-fewest receiving yards to opposing WRs this year.
Jennings will be a slightly better play than Pearsall in Week 13, given his latest 15.1 PPR fantasy point outing last week. However, both will be risky flex plays in most 12-plus team leagues.
Other Matchups:
Shedeur Sanders will make another start after throwing for 209 yards and one touchdown last week. However, Sanders should be avoided in most Superflex formats against the 49ers. The rookie doesn't have much of a fantasy ceiling in this game, and the 49ers just held Bryce Young to 10.3 fantasy points in Week 12.
SHEDEUR SANDERS GOES DEEP FOR 53 YARDS.

— NFL (@NFL) November 23, 2025
Christian McCaffrey is a fantasy football cheat code. He ranks first among all RBs in fantasy points per game (25.9), receptions per game (6.8), and receiving yards per game (65.4). Therefore, McCaffrey will continue to be a must-start RB1 for fantasy managers this week, even in a tough matchup against the Browns.
Quinshon Judkins saved his fantasy day last week with two touchdowns. Those two touchdowns helped him finish as a top-10 fantasy RB for the first time since Week 7. Following that performance, Judkins will be a low-end RB2 against the 49ers. San Francisco has given up the most receptions to opposing RBs this year and has allowed a top-22 RB finish in nine of 12 games.
WR Jerry Jeudy
Jerry Jeudy is almost unstartable in fantasy this week. He caught just one pass for 39 yards in last week's win over the Las Vegas Raiders, and Sanders only targeted his top WR three times in that game. So, it's best to sit Jeudy in most formats. The 49ers secondary did a nice job bottling up Tetairoa McMillan on the outside last week, holding him to only two catches for 35 yards.
George Kittle will continue to be a must-start TE1 in fantasy this week. He has finished as a top-6 fantasy TE in three consecutive weeks and has seen 25 targets in those three contests. Although Cleveland has allowed the 11th-fewest receptions to opposing TEs this year, that shouldn't matter to Kittle. He should be started in all formats.
Browns TEs
At this point in the season, Harold Fannin Jr. is the only TE fantasy managers should think about starting in this Cleveland offense. David Njoku didn't catch a pass last week and will be a low-end TE2 after playing just 49% of the team's offensive snaps. As for Fannin, he could be a potential start in 16-plus team leagues. The 49ers have allowed a top-16 fantasy TE finish in three of the past four weeks.
Injuries:
None
Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans
Matchups We Love:
Jaguars RBs
Travis Etienne Jr. reclaimed his role as the clear RB1 in Jacksonville's backfield last week, seeing his highest snap share (65%) since Week 2. Now, he gets a favorable matchup against a Titans defense that has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing RBs. That makes him a strong RB2 play in all formats.
As for Bhayshul Tuten, he should only be started in 16-plus team leagues. He only scored 1.7 PPR fantasy points last week and saw just 13 snaps in last week's overtime win. Tuten is just too risky to trust in a pivotal Week 13.
Brian Thomas Jr. has missed the last three games due to an ongoing ankle injury, but assuming he suits up in Week 13, Thomas will be a solid WR2 play. The Titans have given up the second-most fantasy points to outside WRs this year, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba just torched this secondary for 37.1 PPR fantasy points.
TE Gunnar Helm
Gunnar Helm has seen more usage in the passing game in recent weeks. Considering he saw a career-high seven targets in last week's loss, the rookie is worth a look in some 18-plus team leagues. The Jaguars have given up the second-most fantasy points to opposing TEs this season, and this defense has allowed over 40 receiving yards to a TE in eight straight contests.
Matchups We Hate:
Titans RBs
Fantasy managers shouldn't be starting either Titans RB this week. Tony Pollard has totaled under 25 rush yards in back-to-back games, and Tyjae Spears has totaled under 35 yards from scrimmage in consecutive weeks. Now, these RBs will go up against a Jaguars defense that has allowed the second-fewest rush yards to opposing RBs this year. So, both Pollard and Spears are risky flex plays in all formats.
Other Matchups:
Trevor Lawrence has been a much better fantasy option in recent weeks. He has finished as a top-12 fantasy QB in five of the past seven games and has scored over 20 fantasy points in two of the last four weeks. As a result, Lawrence can be started as a low-end QB1 in some formats this week. The Titans have allowed a QB to finish top-10 at the position in five straight contests.
QB Cam Ward
Cam Ward had his best fantasy finish of the season in Week 12, scoring 23.9 fantasy points en route to a QB4 fantasy finish. Given that Ward has rushed for over 30 yards in back-to-back games, he could have some appeal in deeper Superflex leagues this weekend. The Jaguars have given up the third-most fantasy points to opposing QBs this year.
Even with Thomas expected to return, Parker Washington has some flex appeal in 12-plus team leagues. He has scored in double figures in three of the past four games, and Tennessee has allowed the 11th-most fantasy points to opposing slot WRs. Considering Washington has over a 22% target share since Week 7, he'll be a high-end WR4 this week.
WR Chimere Dike
Chimere Dike benefited from the absences of Calvin Ridley and Elic Ayomanor last week, as he caught five passes for 44 yards and one touchdown. With Ridley out for the season and Ayomanor's status up in the air, Dike could be a potential flex option in 16-plus team leagues this week. Jacksonville allowed both Michael Wilson and Greg Dortch to score over 16 PPR fantasy points in Week 12.
Brenton Strange made his return to the lineup last week and immediately made an impact. He caught five passes for a season-high 93 yards en route to a TE4 PPR fantasy finish. Although the Titans have given up the eighth-fewest fantasy points to opposing TEs, this defense has allowed a top-12 fantasy TE finish in three of the last four games. For that reason, Strange could be started as a low-end TE1 in some leagues.
Injuries:
- Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle)
- Elic Ayomanor (hamstring)
Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts
Matchups We Love:
Dalton Schultz had a tough matchup against the Bills' defense last week, resulting in a season-low 1.8 PPR fantasy points. However, fantasy managers can expect a bounce-back performance from him in Week 13 against the Colts. Indianapolis has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points and second-most receiving yards to opposing TEs this year. So, Schultz is a low-end TE1.
Matchups We Hate:
QB Daniel Jones
Daniel Jones has been a consistent QB1 option this season, finishing as a top-12 fantasy QB in four of the last six weeks. However, fantasy managers should think twice about starting Jones this week. The Texans have allowed the fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs and haven't allowed a top-12 fantasy QB finish all season.
WR Nico Collins
Nico Collins didn't do much in last week's win, catching just three passes for 55 yards. Now, he has a tough matchup on the outside against Sauce Gardner. Gardner ranks first in catch rate allowed this season, and the Colts CB will likely be shadowing him throughout this game. Fantasy managers should still be starting Collins, but expectations might need to be tempered.
Colts WRs
All Colts WRs get downgraded in this game. Derek Stingley Jr. could shadow Michael Pittman Jr. throughout the game, and both Alec Pierce and Josh Downs might not score many fantasy points against an elite Houston secondary. The Texans have allowed the fewest fantasy points and sixth-fewest receptions to WRs this year. That makes Pittman more of a WR3, and Pierce/Downs risky flex plays.
TE Tyler Warren
Although this is a tough matchup for Tyler Warren, fantasy managers should continue to start him as a TE1. Warren has scored above 10 PPR fantasy points in seven of 11 games this season and currently ranks top-5 in both receptions per game and receiving yards per game among all TEs. So, he's a must-start at the position.
Other Matchups:
Texans QBs
It remains to be seen if C.J. Stroud (concussion) will be healthy enough to play in Week 13. If he isn't, Davis Mills will draw his fourth consecutive start. Whichever QB starts for the Texans this weekend, though, will be more of a QB2 play in Superflex formats. Indianapolis has allowed fewer than 14 fantasy points to a QB in three of the last four games.
RB Woody Marks
While the fantasy results haven't been there for Woody Marks in recent weeks, he has fully taken over this Houston backfield. He has seen at least 16 touches in three straight games and has a rush share of over 60% since Week 10. As a result, Marks will be a solid RB2 option this week against a Colts defense that just allowed Kareem Hunt to total 104 yards and one touchdown a week ago.
For the second time in three games, Jonathan Taylor has scored under 10 PPR fantasy points. However, fantasy managers should continue to start him as an RB1. He ranks as the RB2 on the season, and James Cook just totaled 116 yards and one touchdown against this Texans defense in Week 12.
Jayden Higgins has definitely seen more opportunities in the passing game in recent weeks. He has caught at least four passes in three straight games and seen at least seven targets in four of the last five weeks. So, fantasy managers can start him as a potential flex option in 12-plus team leagues this week. Indianapolis has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing WRs in 2025.
Injuries:
- C.J. Stroud (concussion)
- Daniel Jones (fibula)
New Orleans Saints at Miami Dolphins
Matchups We Love:
Saints RBs
There's a strong chance that Alvin Kamara (knee) does not play in Week 13. That means rookie Devin Neal should see more opportunities out of the backfield. In relief of Kamara last week, Neal scored 11.1 PPR fantasy points en route to an RB23 fantasy finish. If Kamara were to miss this game, Neal would be a low-end RB2 against a Dolphins defense that has allowed the fourth-most rush yards to opposing backs this season.
Juwan Johnson has been a sneaky TE1 option in recent weeks. He has finished in the top 12 at the position in four straight contests and is coming off a game in which he finished with six catches for 46 yards. Now, he gets a matchup against a Dolphins defense that ranks 29th in fantasy points allowed and 28th in receiving yards allowed to opposing TEs. So, Johnson is a low-end TE1 in Week 13.
Matchups We Hate:
None
Other Matchups:
QB Tyler Shough
After finishing with 19 fantasy points in Week 10, Tyler Shough really struggled through the air last week. He threw for 243 yards, zero touchdowns, and one interception. Even though the Dolphins have allowed a top-12 fantasy QB finish in three straight games, Shough should only be started in deeper Superflex formats this week.
Tua Tagovailoa hasn't been a reliable fantasy option for managers over the past few weeks. He has finished outside the top-20 at the QB position in five of his last six games and is currently averaging just 13.1 fantasy points per game. So, Tagovailoa will be a low-end QB2 due to his limited rushing this week.
De'Von Achane should continue to be in all fantasy lineups this week against the Saints. He has scored in double figures in PPR formats in every game this season and has scored above 20 PPR fantasy points in three of his last four contests.
WR Chris Olave
Switching from Spencer Rattler to Shough hasn't hurt Chris Olave's numbers at all. He caught five passes for 104 yards and one touchdown back in Week 10 and then caught nine passes for 70 yards last week. Therefore, Olave will be a solid WR2 play in this matchup against the Dolphins. His 30% target share in these two games should give managers confidence in rolling with him again.
Despite finishing with 8.2 PPR fantasy points the last time we saw Jaylen Waddle in Week 11, he will enter this week as a high-end WR2 for fantasy managers. He has scored above 14 PPR fantasy points in three of his last four games, and the Saints don't really have anyone who matches Waddle's speed on the outside.
Injuries:
- Alvin Kamara (knee)
- Chris Olave (back)
Atlanta Falcons at New York Jets
Matchups We Love:
RB Breece Hall
Breece Hall has a nice matchup in front of him against the Falcons. Atlanta has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing RBs this year, and just a few weeks ago, Taylor ran for 244 yards and three touchdowns against this defense. So, Hall will be a high-end RB2 in this game. He has totaled over 100 yards from scrimmage in three of his last four contests.
Matchups We Hate:
None
Other Matchups:
QB Kirk Cousins
Kirk Cousins threw two passing touchdowns last week en route to a QB15 fantasy finish. However, Cousins will be a low-end QB2 in Superflex formats this week. He doesn't provide fantasy managers with much upside in your QB spot, and the Jets just held Lamar Jackson to under 7.2 fantasy points in Week 12.
QB Tyrod Taylor
Tyrod Taylor will come into Week 13 as a low-end QB2 in Superflex formats. He only scored 13.8 fantasy points last week, and the Falcons rank in the top 12 in both fantasy points allowed and pass yards allowed per game to opposing QBs. So, there are better options at the QB position than Taylor this week.
Bijan Robinson has been a bit disappointing in recent weeks. He has scored under 15 PPR fantasy points in three of the past five weeks and has scored a touchdown in just one of his last six games. However, fantasy managers should continue to start him as an RB1 against the Jets.
John Metchie III appears to be the top WR in this Jets offense with Garrett Wilson sidelined. He caught three passes for 45 yards and one touchdown in Week 11 and then caught six passes for 65 yards and one touchdown last week. With Metchie playing over 80% of the snaps in both those weeks, he can be a potential flex play in 14-plus team leagues in Week 13.
Tyrod to Metchie for the Jets TD!

— NFL (@NFL) November 23, 2025
With Drake London (knee) not expected to play in Week 13, Darnell Mooney will remain the top WR in this Atlanta offense. Last week, Mooney caught three passes for 74 yards and one touchdown en route to a WR15 PPR fantasy finish. Considering he only saw three targets in that game, though, he will be a lower-end WR3 against the Jets.
Kyle Pitts is certainly not trending in the right direction for fantasy. He has finished outside the top-22 at the TE position in four straight games and has caught just four passes for 39 yards combined over the past two weeks. So, Pitts should only be started in 14-plus team leagues this week. Only one TE has scored in double figures in PPR formats against this New York defense since Week 7.
Injuries:
- Drake London (knee)
Los Angeles Rams at Carolina Panthers
Matchups We Love:
Kyren Williams had his worst game of the season, rushing for a season-low 46 yards in last week's blowout win over the Buccaneers. But we should expect Williams to have a much better fantasy game in Week 13 against the Panthers. Carolina has allowed a top-4 fantasy RB finish in four of the past five weeks, which included McCaffrey running for 89 yards and one touchdown last week.
Matchups We Hate:
QB Bryce Young
It's probably a good idea to sit Bryce Young in most Superflex formats this week. He has scored under 10.5 fantasy points in four of his last five games, and the Rams are going to make things hard on Young in this game. Los Angeles has given up the seventh-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs in 2025.
RB Rico Dowdle
Rico Dowdle has cooled off a bit in recent weeks, as he has rushed for under 55 yards in three consecutive games. To make matters worse, Dowdle will now go up against a Rams defense that has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points and second-fewest rushing touchdowns to the RB position this year. So, he will be a riskier RB2.
Other Matchups:
No quarterback is playing better than Matthew Stafford right now. He has scored over 22 fantasy points in six of his last eight games and currently leads the league in passing touchdowns per game. That's enough reason to start him as a QB1 in most formats. The Panthers have given up their fair share of big games to QBs this year.
Rams WRs
Fantasy managers should continue to start Puka Nacua and Davante Adams in all fantasy formats. Nacua has scored above 16 PPR fantasy points in three of the last four weeks, and Adams has scored nine touchdowns over the last five games. So, both WRs are must-starts against the Panthers in Week 13.
WR Tetairoa McMillan
A lot of McMillan's fantasy success will depend on Young's play on the field. Considering Young will be under pressure all game, expectations should be tempered for the rookie playmaker. The Rams just held Emeka Egbuka to three catches for 32 yards last week, and this defense has given up just three receiving touchdowns to the position since Week 5. So, McMillan is a lower-end WR2.
Colby Parkinson has some sneaky TE1 potential in deeper formats this week. Parkinson has finished as a top-12 fantasy TE in three straight games and has scored a touchdown in all three of those contests. While the Rams playmaker will be a touchdown-dependent option, the Panthers are allowing the sixth-most fantasy points to the TE position.
Injuries:
None
Arizona Cardinals at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Matchups We Love:
Jacoby Brissett is the only QB to finish top-12 at the position in six straight games. Last week, Brissett scored 18.7 fantasy points en route to a QB7 fantasy finish. Given this recent stretch by the veteran, he will be a solid QB1 in a great matchup against the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay has allowed over 19 fantasy points to a QB in three consecutive games.
Matchups We Hate:
None
Other Matchups:
There is a chance that Baker Mayfield (shoulder) plays in Week 13. If he does, he'll come in as a low-end QB1. He has finished as a top-12 fantasy QB seven different times this season, and the Cardinals have allowed back-to-back top-12 fantasy finishes for the first time all year.
Buccaneers RBs
All signs point to Bucky Irving (shoulder/foot) returning in Week 13. This will be his first game action since he suffered a shoulder/foot injury in Week 4. However, fantasy managers should temper expectations for him this week. He will likely see a limited workload, and both Rachaad White and Sean Tucker should be involved in some capacity until Irving is ready for his full workload. So, he'll be a lower-end RB2.
RB Trey Benson
Trey Benson appeared close to playing last week, but Week 13 feels like his targeted return. While fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to see a full workload right away, he could be a solid flex play in most 12-plus team leagues. The Buccaneers have allowed at least 15 PPR fantasy points to an RB in four of the team's past five games.
WR Emeka Egbuka
Emeka Egbuka has been hit-or-miss in fantasy in recent weeks. He has scored under 10 PPR fantasy points in four of the last five games and could be without his starting quarterback on Sunday. If Mayfield can suit up, Egbuka will remain a WR2 option for managers. If Mayfield can't go, the rookie will fall to low-end WR3 status with Teddy Bridgewater under center.
Cardinals WRs
If Marvin Harrison Jr. returns in Week 13, that complicates things for Michael Wilson. Wilson has caught 25 passes for 303 yards in two games without Harrison this season. Even if the second-year playmaker returns, Wilson will still be a solid play in all formats. Harrison would then be a low-end WR2. If Harrison is ruled out again, then Wilson becomes a must-start WR1.
TE Trey McBride
There has been no TE better than Trey McBride in fantasy this year. He ranks first in fantasy points, first in catches, and first in receiving yards among all TEs through 12 weeks. As a result, McBride will be a must-start TE1 against the Buccaneers in Week 13. He has finished as the TE1, TE1, and TE2 over the past three games.
TE Cade Otton
With the Buccaneers starting to get healthier, Cade Otton will lose some fantasy value down the stretch. After catching just four passes for 21 yards last week, Otton should only be started as a TE1 in 16-plus team leagues. If Bridgewater winds up starting for the Buccaneers on Sunday, then it's best to avoid him in most leagues.
Injuries:
- Baker Mayfield (shoulder)
- Bucky Irving (shoulder/foot)
- Trey Benson (knee)
Matchup Analysis - Sunday Afternoon Games
Minnesota Vikings at Seattle Seahawks
Matchups We Love:
T.J. Hockenson hasn’t been the best fantasy option this season, scoring under 10 PPR fantasy points in five straight games, but he could be a potential TE1 option in 18-plus team leagues this year. The Seahawks have allowed nine TEs to score in double figures in PPR formats against them this season.
Matchups We Hate:
Aaron Jones has been the clear RB1 in this Minnesota backfield since returning from injury. He has played over 65% of the team’s offensive snaps in three straight games and has seen 16 targets during this stretch. However, Jones will be a lower-end RB2 against a Seahawks defense that has given up the third-fewest rushing yards this season.
Other Matchups:
QB Sam Darnold
This is a revenge game of sorts for Sam Darnold, who played for the Vikings last season. In this contest, Darnold will come in as more of a QB2 option this week. He has finished outside the top-12 at the QB position in three of the past five games, and the Vikings haven’t let up a top-12 fantasy QB finish since Week 8.
It’s a good sign that Kenneth Walker III has been really efficient with his opportunities in recent weeks. He has totaled over 100 yards from scrimmage in back-to-back games and just played a season-high 63% of Seattle’s snaps last week. Therefore, fantasy managers can trust him as an RB2 in this matchup against the Vikings.
WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba
Jaxon Smith-Njigba has been the best fantasy WR this season. He ranks first in fantasy points per game (23.2), third in receptions per game (7.3), and first in receiving yards per game (119.4). So, you’re starting Smith-Njigba in all formats.
Vikings WRs
With J.J. McCarthy set to miss this week’s game due to a concussion, undrafted rookie QB Max Brosmer will make his first career start. While that doesn’t necessarily bode well for the Minnesota pass catchers, things can’t possibly be worse.
Still, both Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison should be downgraded in this matchup against Seattle’s secondary. Jefferson will be more of a WR2, while Addison will be a lower-end flex play in 12-plus team leagues.
TE AJ Barner
AJ Barner has been a hit-or-miss TE1 play this season. He has scored in double figures in PPR formats in six different games this season, but has also finished outside the top-30 at the TE position five times. So, Barner might be more of a TE2 play this week against the Vikings. There is just too risk in starting the Seattle playmaker in Week 13.
Injuries:
- J.J. McCarthy (concussion)
Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers
Matchups We Love:
Chargers WRs
Both Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston will be solid WR plays this week against the Raiders. Las Vegas has allowed the fifth-most catches, sixth-most touchdowns, and seventh-most fantasy points to opposing WRs this year. Considering what CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens did to this secondary two weeks ago, McConkey will be a solid WR2 option, and Johnston will be a flex option in 12-plus team leagues.
As for Keenan Allen, he could be a potential play in deeper leagues, but he won’t be the best start, given his snap share has been up and down in recent weeks.
Matchups We Hate:
QB Geno Smith
Fantasy managers should avoid starting Geno Smith in most Superflex formats this week. He has scored under 15 fantasy points in six of his last seven games, and the Chargers have been one of the best defenses against fantasy QBs this year. Los Angeles has given up the fourth-fewest Fantasy Points Per Game to the position.
WR Tre Tucker
Fantasy managers should think twice about starting Tre Tucker this week. He has finished outside the top-50 at the WR position in three of the past four weeks, and this matchup against the Chargers' secondary isn't a great one. Los Angeles ranks fourth in fantasy points allowed, third in receiving yards allowed, and fourth in touchdowns allowed. So, Tucker is a must-sit in Week 13.
TE Oronde Gadsden II
Since finishing as the overall TE1 in Week 7 and the overall TE3 in Week 8, Oronde Gadsden II hasn't been as strong a fantasy option. He scored 11.8 PPR fantasy points in Week 9 and then scored under 6.5 PPR fantasy points in consecutive games before the Chargers' Week 12 bye. Now, he gets a tougher matchup against a Raiders defense that has allowed just two TEs to finish as top-12 options this season.
Other Matchups:
Although Justin Herbert has finished outside the top-16 at the QB position in two straight games, he will be a solid QB1 play against the Raiders this week. Las Vegas doesn't have the best secondary, and Dak Prescott just torched this defense for 268 yards, four touchdowns, and a QB3 PPR fantasy finish in Week 11.
With a new offensive coordinator in town, Ashton Jeanty could be involved in different ways in Week 13. Therefore, Jeanty will continue to be a solid RB2 play for fantasy managers. The rookie has caught 14 passes over the past two games and is coming off a 24.8 PPR fantasy point performance against a tough Cleveland run defense last week.
Chargers RBs
It remains to be seen if Omarion Hampton (ankle) will return in Week 13. If he does, fantasy managers should temper expectations in his return. He likely won't see a full workload, and Kimani Vidal will remain involved on offense. So, Hampton would be a lower-end RB2. If Hampton misses again, though, Vidal would be a solid RB2 play against a Raiders defense that is allowing one rushing touchdown per game.
TE Brock Bowers
Brock Bowers will remain a must-start TE1 this week. He has finished as a top-7 fantasy TE in three of his four games since returning from injury and will continue to operate as Las Vegas' top option in the passing game. Although the Chargers have defended opposing TEs well this season, you aren't sitting Bowers in any format.
Injuries:
- Omarion Hampton (ankle)
Buffalo Bills at Pittsburgh Steelers
Matchups We Love:
Steelers RBs
Both Jaylen Warren and Kenneth Gainwell can be started in leagues this week. This Pittsburgh backfield has been a near split recently, and both RBs have been viable options. Warren finished as the RB18 in Week 12, and Gainwell finished as the RB9. Therefore, Warren will be a solid RB2, while Gainwell will be a solid flex play in most formats. Buffalo has given up the third-most fantasy points to RBs this season.
Khalil Shakir had his best receiving day of the season last week, catching eight passes for 110 yards. In Week 13, fantasy managers should continue to expect him to be a high-floor WR3 option. He is Josh Allen's favorite target in the passing game, and the Steelers rank dead last in receiving yards allowed, dead last in receptions allowed, and 31st in fantasy points allowed to opposing WRs this year.
Dalton Kincaid has missed the past two games due to a hamstring injury, but he could return in Week 13 after practicing in a limited fashion on Thursday. If he returns, Kincaid has some TE1 upside in this game. The Steelers have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing TEs this year and just let Colston Loveland finish as the overall TE3 a week ago.
Matchups We Hate:
All signs point to Aaron Rodgers returning in Week 13 following a one-game absence. However, Rodgers will be a riskier QB2 option this week against the Bills. Buffalo has allowed the fewest passing yards through the first 12 weeks, and only one QB has scored more than 15 fantasy points against this defense since Week 2.
Other Matchups:
QB Josh Allen
Josh Allen didn't have his best fantasy performance of the year last week, as he scored a season-low 10.1 fantasy points against the Texans. However, we should expect Allen to bounce back in Week 13. So, he'll continue to be a must-start QB1 in fantasy.
RB James Cook
Cook is coming off a solid fantasy game against the Texans in which he scored 21.9 PPR fantasy points. Considering he ranks as the RB6 in fantasy points per game (18.6) and as the RB2 in rush yards per game (98.5), he should remain in all fantasy lineups in Week 13. The Steelers have allowed an RB to rush for over 90 yards in two of the past three weeks.

WR DK Metcalf
DK Metcalf will enter Week 13 as more of a high-end WR3. He has totaled under 50 receiving yards in four straight games and ranks as the WR31 in fantasy points per game (12.4). Given that the Bills are allowing the 13th-fewest receiving yards to opposing WRs this year, Metcalf isn't necessarily a must-start this week.
Injuries:
- Aaron Rodgers (wrist)
- Dalton Kincaid (hamstring)

Denver Broncos at Washington Commanders
Matchups We Love:
QB Bo Nix
With three straight finishes outside the top-12 at the QB position, some fantasy managers might avoid Bo Nix this week. However, Nix is a strong QB1 play against a Commanders defense that has struggled in recent weeks. Washington has given up a top-12 fantasy QB finish in five of its last six games and currently ranks 29th in fantasy points allowed per game to the position.
RB RJ Harvey
Rookies always seem to get a usage boost after the bye. Considering the Broncos just had their bye in Week 12, RJ Harvey could be poised for a breakout game against the Commanders in Week 13. Washington has given up the sixth-most fantasy points to the RB position through 12 weeks and has allowed a 100-yard rusher in three of its last five games. So, Harvey is a solid RB2 option this weekend.
Broncos WRs
Both Courtland Sutton and Troy Franklin should be in most lineups this week. The Commanders have struggled against opposing WRs this year, allowing the third-most fantasy points and second-most receiving yards to the position. So, Sutton could be in store for a bounce-back game after a few weeks of struggles, and Franklin should carry his recent strong play into this matchup. Both are solid WR3 options.
Matchups We Hate:
With Jayden Daniels (elbow) still nursing his elbow injury, Marcus Mariota is set to make another start in Week 13. Although Mariota has finished as a top-12 fantasy QB in back-to-back games, he will be an extremely risky QB2 play this week against the Broncos. Denver has allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs through 12 weeks.
Chris Rodriguez Jr. has seemed to take over this Washington backfield. He played a season-high 45% of the team's offensive snaps before the team's bye and carried the ball 15 times for 79 yards. While those numbers are a great sign for Rodriguez for the rest of the season, he will be a risky flex play this week. The Broncos have allowed the fourth-fewest fantasy points to RBs.
Commanders WRs
Terry McLaurin will return from his quad injury in Week 13. He has played just one game since Week 4 and has been a very disappointing WR to own throughout the year. In his return, he will face a Broncos secondary that will also be getting back All-Pro corner Patrick Surtain II. So, McLaurin is a risky WR play this week.
As for Deebo Samuel Sr., he is a lower-end WR3 in this game. The Broncos' defense doesn't allow many big plays through the air and has let up just two receiving touchdowns to the WR position all year.
Other Matchups:
TE Zach Ertz
Zach Ertz has done just enough in recent weeks that fantasy managers can roll with him as a TE1 in some 14-plus team leagues. He has caught at least four passes in four straight games and just recently finished as the overall TE14 in the team's Week 11 game against the Dolphins. The good news for Ertz is that Travis Kelce just scored 24.1 PPR fantasy points against this Denver defense a few weeks ago.
Injuries:
- Jayden Daniels (elbow)
- Terry McLaurin (quad)

New York Giants at New England Patriots
Matchups We Love:
QB Drake Maye
Drake Maye has definitely cooled off a bit in fantasy. He has scored under 20 fantasy points in four straight games and has finished outside the top-12 at the QB position in three of the past four weeks. However, Maye has a fantastic matchup against a Giants defense that has allowed a top-12 fantasy QB finish in six of its last seven games. So, Maye is a strong QB1.
Patriots RBs
Even with Rhamondre Stevenson back last week, it was still TreVeyon Henderson's backfield. He played 65% of the team's offensive snaps and totaled a team-high 18 carries in the victory. So, Henderson will be a must-start RB play this week against the Giants. New York's defense ranks in the bottom five in fantasy points allowed, rush yards allowed, rush touchdowns allowed, and receptions allowed to the RB position.
That also makes Stevenson a potential flex play in some 12-plus team leagues. The Giants haven't been able to stop the run in recent weeks, and the 27-year-old should see more opportunities than he did a week ago in his first game back from injury.
WR Stefon Diggs
Stefon Diggs has a golden matchup in Week 13 against the Giants. New York just allowed Amon-Ra St. Brown to total nine catches for 149 yards and one touchdown last week while working primarily in the slot. Given that Diggs plays the majority of his snaps in the slot, he could be in for a solid fantasy day. That makes him an easy WR2 play on Sunday.
Matchups We Hate:
Even though Tyrone Tracy Jr. has scored at least 16 PPR fantasy points in back-to-back games, he will be a risky fantasy play in Week 13. The Patriots have been one of the best run-stopping defenses in the NFL this season, ranking second in fantasy points allowed, first in rush yards allowed, and first in rush touchdowns allowed. So, it's best to sit Tracy in most formats.
Other Matchups:
QB Jaxson Dart
After missing the past two games due to a concussion, Jaxson Dart will make his return in Week 13. Prior to his two missed games, Dart had scored above 19 fantasy points in five straight games (Week 6 to Week 10). So, he will remain a solid QB1 play against the Patriots this week. New England has allowed a top-12 fantasy QB finish in three of the past four games.
WR Wan'Dale Robinson
Wan'Dale Robinson just had the best fantasy game of his career last week, totaling nine catches for 156 yards and one touchdown. While Dart will be returning in this one, that shouldn't really hurt Robinson's fantasy value too much. Therefore, he will remain a high-floor WR2 option against the Patriots.
TE Hunter Henry
Hunter Henry had one of his better fantasy games of the season last week, as he scored 24.5 PPR fantasy points. However, the veteran playmaker will be more of a TE2 option this week against the Giants. New York hasn't allowed a top-12 fantasy TE finish since Week 8.
TE Theo Johnson
Theo Johnson will be a potential TE1 play in some 14-plus team leagues this week. He has scored in double figures in PPR formats in six of the last nine weeks and totaled at least 75 receiving yards in two of the past three games. Given that the Patriots have allowed the fifth-most receptions to opposing TEs this year, fantasy managers can start Johnson in some formats.
