Michael Wilson Set for Expanded Role in Week 12
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson is coming off a historic Week 11 performance against the San Francisco 49ers. The 25-year-old had 15 catches for 185 yards on 18 targets. Wilson finished as the No. 1 wide receiver for the week and has the most receiving yards in a game this season. The former Stanford product will be heavily involved in the offense, with wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendix) being ruled out for a second straight week after undergoing surgery to address appendicitis. Wilson will face a Jacksonville Jaguars defense that has allowed the 10th most receiving yards this season. In an expanded role, Wilson will have plenty of opportunities to make plays downfield against a vulnerable secondary with quarterback Jacoby Brissett under center. In a high-volume passing offense in a favorable matchup, Wilson will be a viable flex option for fantasy managers heading into Week 12.
