Green Bay Packers running back Emanuel Wilson has spent the majority of the 2025 season in a backup role to his superstar teammate, running back Josh Jacobs (knee). However, Jacobs is battling a lingering knee injury that has held him out of practice on both Wednesday and Thursday heading into the team's Week 15 matchup against the Denver Broncos. In the one game that Jacobs has missed so far this season, Wilson recorded 125 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns on 30 touches against the Minnesota Vikings. If Jacobs were to miss additional time, Wilson would immediately vault into being a clear starting fantasy running back. Along with the potential for playing time, Wilson has proven himself capable of solid production. Across 37 career NFL games, he's averaged 4.6 yards per carry and scored eight touchdowns. Until Jacobs proves to be fully clear of the knee injury that has plagued him since Week 11, Wilson is a must-roster player with league-winning upside.--Will Brady

Green Bay Packers running back MarShawn Lloyd (calf) was listed as a limited participant for the second straight day at Thursday's practice, per ESPN's Rob Demovsky. Lloyd's 21-day practice window was opened last week, and he was a limited participant all week, but he wasn't quite ready to return for the Week 14 game against the Chicago Bears. The 2024 third-round pick has yet to play in a game this season, but he could be ready to make his season debut in Week 15 against the Denver Broncos. With Josh Jacobs (knee) missing consecutive practices and trending in the wrong direction to play, Lloyd could end up having a role in Green Bay's backfield alongside Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks if he is activated from IR for Sunday's game.--Kyle McCarthy

Green Bay Packers rookie wide receiver Matthew Golden (wrist) was a limited participant again in Thursday's practice session, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN. Golden has been held back by a nagging wrist injury for a few weeks now, and it contributed to him barely playing on Sunday against the Chicago Bears. The rookie first-rounder played just 9.4% of the offensive snaps and saw one target. It was by far his lowest snap share of the season, with his previous low being the last game he played in Week 11 against the New York Giants. It's difficult to see Golden's role ticking back up with Jayden Reed returning from injury in Week 14, and the Texas product can't be trusted by fantasy managers in a tough Week 15 matchup against the Denver Broncos on the road.--Kyle McCarthy

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant in practice for the second straight day on Thursday, ESPN's Rob Demovsky reports. Reed returned in Week 14 against the Chicago Bears after missing 10 games due to a broken collarbone and a fracture in his foot. The dynamic wideout hauled in all four of his targets for 31 yards while adding two carries for 22 yards as a runner. The 25-year-old only played 49% of the snaps, but that should be expected in his first game back after missing a significant chunk of time. The Packers' passing attack remained very spread out with 10 different players earning at least one target against the Bears, with Reed tying Christian Watson and Luke Musgrave for the most targets at four. Assuming he plays, Reed's snaps and usage should continue to trend up in the Week 15 matchup with the Denver Broncos, where he'll rank as a boom-or-bust WR3/flex in fantasy in a difficult road matchup.--Kyle McCarthy

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs (knee), who missed a second straight day of practice on Thursday, said his knee stiffened up during the second half of Sunday's win over the Chicago Bears, according to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic. Jacobs had another scan on his knee on Monday, and everything is structurally intact. Despite not having practiced yet this week, he's calling himself day-to-day ahead of Sunday's clash in Denver against the Broncos. The 27-year-old initially injured his knee in the Week 11 win over the Giants at MetLife Stadium, forcing him to miss Week 12. He has handled 37 carries for 169 yards and a touchdown while catching three passes for 14 yards in the last two games in his usual lead-back role. Jacobs is trending toward being questionable for Week 15, but fantasy managers would feel a lot better if he can practice on Friday. Emanuel Wilson might be worth a speculative waiver-wire pickup in case Jacobs cannot go this weekend.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that running back Josh Jacobs (knee) will likely miss a second straight day of practice this week on Thursday, and the team will see where he's at on Friday. "He's been battling through it. We'll see," LaFleur said. This is a situation worth keeping a close eye on going into the weekend. Jacobs has been a must-start fantasy RB this year with 12 rushing touchdowns in 12 games, but he could be questionable going into a bad matchup on the road against one of the better defenses in the league in the Denver Broncos. The 27-year-old initially suffered a knee contusion in Week 11 and was held out in the Week 12 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Jacobs only missed one game, though, and handled his normal heavy workload the last two weeks. If he's in danger of missing Sunday's game in Denver, Emanuel Wilson would once again become a plug-and-play fantasy option.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed (shoulder) was limited in Wednesday's practice ahead of Week 15. Reed made his return last week, catching four passes for 31 yards, while adding 22 yards on two carries on the ground. After missing nearly the whole season with a broken collarbone and a fracture in his foot, he was a difference maker in the 28-21 win over the division rival Chicago Bears. Reed was limited to just 49% of the snaps in Week 14, which is down from his 2024 average of 63%, so expect that to improve moving forward. He faces the Denver Broncos defense, which has allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Assuming he's active, Reed will be much needed in Week 15, but he is a high-risk/high-reward option in fantasy this week.--Nathan Harvey

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson has been outstanding since making his season debut in Week 7 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Watson leads the team in receiving since returning, collecting 25 receptions for 452 yards and five touchdowns on 38 targets. Those numbers would put him on a 17-game pace of 60 catches for nearly 1,100 yards and 12 touchdowns. The 26-year-old wideout has two multi-touchdown games in the past four weeks and has cleared 80 receiving yards in three of his seven games played, which is already the most of any Green Bay pass-catcher this season. Watson remains one of the most explosive downfield threats in the league, a perfect fit for quarterback Jordan Love's playing style and willingness to push the ball down the field. However, Watson has a challenging Week 15 matchup coming up against the vaunted Denver Broncos defense and could be shadowed by cornerback Patrick Surtain, last year's Defensive Player of the Year.--Kyle McCarthy

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs (knee) is not practicing on Wednesday, Bill Huber of Sports Illustrated reports. Jacobs was the lone Packers player not participating in Wednesday's practice session. The veteran was seen riding a bike and doing rehab work off to the side as practice began. It's not a great sign for the 28-year-old to open the week, but the team is likely just giving him a rest day. The 28-year-old missed Green Bay's Week 12 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings after injuring his knee in Week 11 against the New York Giants, but he returned for the Packers' past two games and handled his normal workload. If Jacobs winds up missing the Week 15 game versus the Denver Broncos, Emanuel Wilson would be in line to make another spot start. Jacobs is a must-start in fantasy lineups when active.--Kyle McCarthy

Across 13 games so far this season, Green Bay Packers running back Emanuel Wilson has recorded 438 scrimmage yards and three touchdowns on 101 touches. The 26-year-old has spent the majority of the season serving as the RB2 behind star Packers back Josh Jacobs. When Jacobs is active, Wilson has a very limited production ceiling. In the 12 games Jacobs has played in 2025, Wilson has recorded more than eight carries just twice. However, if Jacobs were to suffer an injury, Wilson would immediately become a starting-caliber fantasy running back. In the lone game that Jacobs missed this season in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings, Wilson recorded 125 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns on 30 touches. In fantasy leagues with 12 or more teams, Wilson could be worth stashing as a handcuff option down the stretch of the season. Green Bay will face the Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, and Baltimore Ravens over the next three weeks.--Will Brady

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs' recent downturn over the last four games has coincided with Christian Watson's ascension in the Packers' offense as the top target. Doubs continues to run routes at a fairly solid clip, with over 72% routes per dropback in the last four games. Despite that, Doubs has just 10 receptions and 101 yards in his previous four games combined. In Week 14 against the Bears, Doubs posted his worst full-game performance of the season, with just two catchless targets. Doubs had some trust in the middle of the season when tight end Tucker Kraft went down with his season-ending injury, but since Watson's return, Doubs has been largely irrelevant for fantasy football. In a tough Week 15 matchup in Denver against the Broncos, Doubs is a desperation flex play at best.--Kevin Tompkins

ESPN's Rob Demovsky writes that Green Bay Packers rookie first-round wide receiver Matthew Golden (wrist) was limited by his wrist injury in the Week 14 win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) was also limited, allowing Bo Melton to step into the No. 4 receiver role. Melton's only catch of the game was a big 45-yard touchdown. The 22-year-old Golden returned to action on Sunday and disappointed, failing to haul in his only target while playing just five offensive snaps. The Texas product had missed the previous two games with shoulder and wrist injuries. Golden should have a bigger role in a Week 15 matchup on the road against the 11-2 Denver Broncos, but fantasy managers just cannot trust him in a tough matchup while being buried in a crowded receiving corps that just got Jayden Reed back from Injured Reserve.--Keith Hernandez

ESPN's Rob Demovsky says that both Green Bay Packers wide receivers Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) and Matthew Golden (wrist) were limited due to their injuries in the Week 14 win over the Chicago Bears, allowing Bo Melton to move into the No. 4 receiver spot. Melton caught a big 45-yard touchdown pass on his only reception of the day. Wicks only played 11% of the offensive snaps on Sunday, with Golden playing 9% of the snaps. Wicks wasn't targeted at all, while Golden was unable to secure his lone target on the day at Lambeau Field. Both Wicks and Golden figure to be on the field more if they can put their respective injuries behind them, but Green Bay's receiving corps is now as healthy as it has been all year with the return of Jayden Reed. Wicks' six-catch, 94-yard, two-touchdown performance on Thanksgiving will most likely end up being an outlier performance in 2025.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed returned from foot and shoulder injuries that had sidelined him since Week 2 in his team's Week 14 win over the Chicago Bears. Reed recorded four catches for 31 yards on four targets and also logged 22 rushing yards on two carries. The 25-year-old played 47% of Green Bay's offensive snaps, third-most among Packers wide receivers behind Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson. Green Bay may up Reed's snap share as he re-integrates himself into the offense, but his upside is limited by the Packers' run-heavy offense and their crowded wide receiver room. Still, Reed has proven he can be a playmaker in the past, recording 1,020 scrimmage yards and seven touchdowns across 17 games in 2024. In leagues where he is available, Reed is worth targeting as an upside play heading into his Week 15 matchup against the Denver Broncos.--Will Brady

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love had a highly efficient day in his team's Week 14 win over the Chicago Bears, completing 17 of 25 pass attempts for 234 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. The 27-year-old's 9.4 yards per pass attempt against Chicago was his best single-game mark since Week 8. Love is also on a touchdown-throwing tear, as he's now thrown for seven scores over the last two weeks. Across 13 games overall, Love has thrown for 3,028 yards, 22 touchdowns, and four picks. While Green Bay prefers to play a run-heavy offensive style, Love's ability to be efficient gives him a chance at solid fantasy production every week. He profiles as a borderline fantasy QB1 heading into a difficult Week 15 matchup on the road against the Denver Broncos.--Will Brady
