Khalil Shakir, WR, Bills
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Khalil Shakir has been the definition of a boom-or-bust fantasy option through the first four weeks of the season, posting point totals of 9.4, 1.7, 12.5, and 15.4.
His limited usage in the offense--typically fewer than six targets per game--makes him heavily touchdown dependent, which creates weekly volatility for fantasy managers. While Shakir's big-play ability gives him upside, it's difficult to predict when those breakout games will come, making him far more valuable in best ball formats than in standard redraft leagues.
Heading into Week 5, Shakir should be treated as a mid-level flex option, ranking behind more reliable volume-based receivers such as Wan'Dale Robinson and Ladd McConkey. Managers seeking a safe floor may want to look elsewhere, but those chasing upside can still take the gamble.
Keon Coleman, WR, Bills
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman will look to bounce back in Week 6 after cooling off since his explosive eight-catch, 112-yard debut. Over his last four games, Coleman has averaged just 3.3 receptions for 28.5 yards while posting a modest 10.8 yards per catch--a steep drop from his 19.2 average as a rookie.
The 22-year-old could see a slight boost in usage if tight end Dalton Kincaid (oblique) is sidelined, but he'll face a tough test against the Falcons' top-ranked pass defense. Atlanta has stifled opposing wideouts all season, and Coleman's fantasy value will likely hinge on volume and red zone looks. He remains a risky, touchdown-dependent WR4 heading into Monday night's matchup.

Kyle Pitts, TE, Falcons
Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts Sr. has been a steady performer so far this year, logging at least five targets and at least four receptions in each of the team's first four games, even logging a season-high 70 yards receiving and catching his first touchdown pass of the season in Week 4.
Week 6 brings a difficult matchup against the Bills, a defense that has limited opposing offenses to the second-fewest yards per game through the air, and it's a unit that has yielded the second-fewest fantasy points to tight ends so far this season.
However, with the Bills' LB Matt Milano (pec) ruled out, intermediate targets could open a bit more, and with the Falcons' WR Darnell Mooney (hamstring) also ruled out, a few more targets could be headed Pitts' way. The 6-foot-6 tight end saw a season-high eight targets in Week 1 without Mooney on the field, and is looking like a low-end TE1 for Monday's matchup in Atlanta.
Drake London, WR, Falcons
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London had his best game of the season by far his last time out, putting up 110 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets and eight catches. The 24-year-old is averaging over nine targets per contest and has had at least five catches in three of his four games, however, Week 6 brings a matchup with Buffalo.
The Bills have held receivers to the eighth-fewest half-point PPR points and are allowing only 154 yards per game through the air, the second fewest in the league. On the other hand, Darnell Mooney (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's contest, and that could mean a couple of extra looks for London, who already owns a team-best 28.5 percent target share and has the most red zone targets of any of the team's wide receivers.
The Falcons could be playing from behind for much of the game as well, so expect London to be the focal point of the receiving corps once again. It may not be a big yardage day for the 6-foot-4 wideout, but his heavy usage in the passing game makes him a mid-range WR1 most weeks, including Week 6.

DJ Moore, WR, Bears
Chicago Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore has gotten off to a sluggish start this season, recording just 16 catches on 21 targets for 173 yards and one touchdown through four games. The veteran wideout appears to have ceded the WR1 role to emerging second-year star Rome Odunze, who has quickly become Caleb Williams' favorite target.
Before the bye week, Williams mentioned that Moore could serve as the "Deebo Samuel" of the Bears' offense, which has fantasy managers feeling uneasy. Fortunately, the Week 6 matchup against the Washington Commanders offers some hope.
Washington has surrendered the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season, providing Moore with a chance to bounce back. Still, Moore profiles as a low-end WR3 for Week 6, as his fantasy production will likely hinge on whether he finds the end zone.
D'Andre Swift, RB, Bears
Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift will look to bounce back after a sluggish start to the 2025 season. Through four games, Swift has logged 56 carries for 187 yards and two touchdowns, adding 13 receptions for 85 yards through the air.
It's been an inefficient stretch for the former second-round pick, averaging just 3.3 yards per carry, with only one broken tackle so far. Rookie Kyle Monangai has impressed early, which could start to pressure Swift's workload if his struggles continue.
The matchup against the Commanders isn't ideal either, as they've allowed the 10th-fewest fantasy points to running backs this season. However, Swift torched Washington last year for 129 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries, showing he's capable of breaking out in this spot. Swift projects as a low-end RB2, as he hopes to rebound off a slow start.

Jacory Croskey-Merritt, RB, Commanders
Washington Commanders running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt broke out with his best game of the season in Week 5 against the Chargers, totaling 150 yards and two touchdowns on 16 touches. The Croskey-Merritt takeover finally happened in Week 5, posting a season-high 50.9% snap share, handling 50% of the team's rush attempts, and running 31.3% of the team's routes.
All marks were the highest of any Washington back in Week 5, and he delivered with a remarkable performance. For the season, he's rushed 283 yards and four touchdowns on 43 carries, averaging a league-best 6.6 yards per carry. Offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury provided some reason to keep the optimism in check, saying that the rookie still has "ways to go" in terms of playing without the ball in his hands. His work in pass protection has improved, but that is still an area where veteran Jeremy McNichols is most trusted.
Third-year back Chris Rodriguez Jr. saw his lowest snap count and fewest carries in a game since becoming active in Week 5, suggesting he may be slipping back into a depth role. Croskey-Merritt should be expected to handle the bulk of the touches again in Week 6 against a Bears defense that is allowing an absurd 6.1 yards per carry and the fourth-most PPR points per game to opposing running backs. He should be fired up as a high-upside RB2 on Monday night.
Zach Ertz, TE, Commanders
Washington Commanders tight end Zach Ertz was held catchless in a game in Week 5 against the Chargers for the first time since Week 13 of the 2014 season, crazy enough. Ertz has been a reliable target over the middle for quarterback Jayden Daniels, but the two did not connect on just one target in Week 5.
He'll look to get back on track Monday night against a Bears defense that has allowed nearly 30 points per game through four weeks. And Ertz could see an increase in targets if star receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. (heel) is unable to play. Ertz remains a low-end TE1 for Monday night.
